Anything you would want to eat or buy is within a couple minute drive. The Hotel is a very clean and modern faciility. The pool area is our grandkids favorite reason to visit. The breakfast they provide is very tasty and fresh.

We lost power at our home like most in our part of the state. All of the Towne Place Suites staff were so nice and friendly even under the stress of trying to accommodate everyone that was in need of a warm place to stay. I'm sure many of them were also without power but they always had a smile on their face. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a full kitchenette for our family. We have a dog that would typically bark hearing people outside but you couldn't hear any hall noise so it didn't bother him at all. The only thing I didn't care for was the fitness room was attached to the lobby/breakfast area by all windows. It was just a little awkward for my comfort level working out because the hotel was at max capacity and people were in the lobby/lounge all day waiting around and looking for rooms.

We had a suite with a separate bedroom, which was nice. I knew I had to ask to have the room cleaned, and I talked with the front desk clerk about having the room cleaned. I was advised that a "refresh" was scheduled every two nights, but I could ask for it more often. I understood this to mean the room would be cleaned. Instead, all that was done was clean bathroom towels were put in, kitchen towels taken but not replaced, and a winter-style comforter put on the bed (when it was 90 degrees outside). No garbage was taken out of the containers, the comforter was put on top of an unmade bed, and nothing was cleaned. That night I asked to have the room cleaned, realizing that a refresh is not the same as a cleaning, and it was then scheduled for the next day. Make sure you understand the terminology that a refresh is not a cleaning. But even a refresh should have meant a little more than just putting in new bathroom towels.

This hotel was great! We stayed here after a NASCAR race in Brooklyn, and the location was perfect being only 20-30 minutes from the racetrack and centrally located to a lot of food options. The front desk and breakfast attendants were very friendly, and the room was modern and very clean. Will definitely be back next time I’m at the Michigan NASCAR race!

Our room was disgusting, leftover hair in the bed (like a clump of someone else’s hair), dog hair all over the couch, What looks like a dog poop stain in the middle of the carpet that no one had done anything about. We needed a place to stay, so we made it work, but definitely would not return. If I had any chance of getting money back, I would. Front desk, staff, when present, was friendly

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and my favorite part was the comfortable beds and pillows. Nice front desk staff. However, when taking a shower, I noticed hair (not ours) and a used bar of soap. I notified the front desk and asked for someone to re-clean it. When we came back from being out, it was still there.

Room was filthy upon entry. Used toilet paper in closet on shelf. Exterior walkway full of cigarettes and trash. I refused to stay and walked next door to Courtyard, it's sister hotel where it was clean and tidy and stayed there. I am fighting with hotels.com now to get a refund. It is noteworthy to state front desk person at this hotel agreed that I should leave given the circumstance and condition of the room.

I booked through Hotels dot com. I was booked for 3 rooms. They only had 2 rooms. The front desk person was not helpful in trying to help accommodate us. I showed her the booking info gave her the confirmation # and she didn’t want to help and told me she doesn’t deal with it and call Hotels dot com. One room she gave us was not ready so then had to change rooms. It was a horrible experience I must say

Anything you would want to eat or buy is within a couple minute drive. The Hotel is a very clean and modern faciility. The pool area is our grandkids favorite reason to visit. The breakfast they provide is very tasty and fresh.

This hotel was great! We stayed here after a NASCAR race in Brooklyn, and the location was perfect being only 20-30 minutes from the racetrack and centrally located to a lot of food options. The front desk and breakfast attendants were very friendly, and the room was modern and very clean. Will definitely be back next time I’m at the Michigan NASCAR race!

Clean. Everything was clean. Pool was very nice and the rooms were outstanding. Easy to get to from the highway and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Very nice staff and the Hotel is very nice. The breakfast they provided was very good. The cleanliness was apparent. Loved the pool area. You have so many options for dining within minutes.

Front desk was awesome, but rooms had issues and were just ok. Room reserved (king) was not available because storms had killed all TVs in those rooms. First room received was in some weird little secured area that required a key to get in to access the 2 rooms. Old food left in that entrance made the small area smell. From there, the room itself wasn’t ready at all. Pillows thrown everywhere and mattresses and box springs were tipped up on their sides. Next room we got was better, but room felt like it went back and forth between 65 and 80 degrees all night and we woke up to everything feeling damp - even our shoelaces.
