Front desk was awesome, but rooms had issues and were just ok. Room reserved (king) was not available because storms had killed all TVs in those rooms. First room received was in some weird little secured area that required a key to get in to access the 2 rooms. Old food left in that entrance made the small area smell. From there, the room itself wasn’t ready at all. Pillows thrown everywhere and mattresses and box springs were tipped up on their sides. Next room we got was better, but room felt like it went back and forth between 65 and 80 degrees all night and we woke up to everything feeling damp - even our shoelaces.

The room was not very clean. The pool bottom has loose cement where you feel like you are stepping on rocks. The breakfast buffet was nasty. The 2nd shift desk clerk was very kind. I will definitely pick a different motel if I stay in the area again.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful beautiful outdoor space with the fire pit and grills My kids really enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast was a great start to the day

The hotel is in a good location and close to the highways. Staff barely makes eye contact with you especially the front desk staff that wouldn’t acknowledge you due to her being on her cell phone. Suite was nice, but shower backs up and shelves in tub are falling down. Half a roll of toilet paper and no soap in the kitchenette. Housekeeping was off due the holiday and garbage just sat in the hallways by room doors. Not worth the nearly $200 a night charge.
