We were excited to stay at the Inn and check in was fine and our room looked was nice. We quickly discovered the hot tub was out of order and no one told us when we arrived. Another problem we found was they have a load heater above the bed and it made it impossible to get to sleep. We were hoping for an enjoyable weekend but it ended up being a disappointment.🙁

The property was very nice-however the only reason I booked the suite was for the jaccuzi tub- it was not in working order.....very disappointing.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and keep the dining room stocked with water, soda, coffee and snacks anytime of the day. Kind of a mix between a hotel and bed & breakfast. Also run the wood fired pizza restaurant on the bottom floor - very good. 3rd time staying with these folks and will stay again when in Little Falls.

Nice boutique hotel in a former mill. Very different experience from any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Basically there is no staff on premises between 5 pm and 8 am. We got a text with a code to get in the front and instructions to take the elevator to the 3rd floor. There was a front desk with no one there and a room key with our name on it In the morning housekeeping staff appeared and a nice young woman was at the desk. The room was nice enough. Queen size bed was too small for two but there was a very comfortable recliner that I slept in. We could hear everything that the people in the next room were saying as well as very loud footsteps in the hallway. There was also a very loud train that passed by all night The topper was a horrible WAAH- WAAH noise coming from the fridge when it cycled on. Thankfully I had earplugs and white noise machine. Full time access to the kitchen and drinks was nice. continental Breakfast was not worth bothering with but we found a nice diner in town. Oh the ice machine also wasn’t working.

My wife felt this was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in that wasn't the normal chain hotels, which we often frequent . It was very clean , spotless in fact. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was updated nicely. We enjoyed a pleasant breakfast in the conference room while chatting with other travelers.

There is a nice small park next door and interesting natural thinks to see and explore nearby like Moss Island and Butttermilk Falls. The staff was very friendly. There only one thing I wasn't too pleased with. The shower head sprayed water out the side and onto the floor outside of the shower.

Wonderful stay. Check in was easy- actually quiet as did not have to speak to anyone. Room was very clean and it was very quiet. The view was really cool. Bed was comfortable and temperature was just right. Would love to stay again when in area.

We loved this place, it was different than a regular hotel. The view from the old mill building was very pretty with the water flowing down below. Everything inside the room was nice and we had lots of room. My only complaint was that we could hear right through the wall where our bed was. The people next to us were talking and we could hear them clearly as we were trying to fall asleep. Then in the morning, we were awakened to the same talking before we were ready to get up. Otherwise it was good. There was a little musty smell as well.

It was close to bike trail and restaurants. We never saw the manager tho she was available by phone. AC unit in our room didn’t work so we got moved to another room.

Beautiful view over the canal. The am breakfast was great. Rooms are large and less than flashy but it is a recovered old brick mill so what I’d expect. The downtown was old w some closed shops but we still found plenty to do. Visit an old castle near town for a real step back in time. I would stay at Stone Mill again.

Wonderful cozy Inn. The employees and the manager are super friendly, thoughtful and helpful with whatever you need. My wife and I had a wonderful time and were very comfortable. Beautiful right on the Mohawk River. The room we stayed in had a living room a bedroom and a full bath with tub and stall shower with River views. Fantastic experience. This is our second stay here over the last few years I will be back again as we are up here looking for our own house in Little Falls. We came up here from Long Island New York.

Very nice spot. The walls are quite thin so you definitely hear your neighbors. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated. Convenient location in a very quaint town.

My girlfriend and I wanted a unique, clean place to stay while taking a trip to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. After researching hotels within an hour of Cooperstown, I decided to give The Inn At Stone Mill in Little Falls a try. I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The town of Little Falls is a quiet, serene area, and was a nice escape from our busy daily life. Before we came, we planned on spending most of our time in Cooperstown, but by the end of the trip, we ended up spending the majority of the time exploring Little Falls. There are plenty of places to walk and bike ride, and the surrounding restaurants, all within walking distance, were excellent. As for the Inn itself, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered numerous amenities during our stay and they also gave numerous suggestions on what to see and do. The room was spacious and clean and we were able to relax and spend our evenings and nights in comfort. I normally don't post any reviews on any site, but after suggesting The Inn at Stone Mill and Little Falls to family and friends after my return, I figured I should also post on here. To the staff of the inn, and all the locals we encountered on our trip, thanks for everything. I look forward to coming back soon!

The personal attention to detail and communication was excellent. The room was well lit, well air conditioned. I could hear what people were saying in the other room and I was glad they weren't really loud and annoying. I felt this place was classy!

Wonderful stay. Check in was easy- actually quiet as did not have to speak to anyone. Room was very clean and it was very quiet. The view was really cool. Bed was comfortable and temperature was just right. Would love to stay again when in area.

The breakfast was disappointing. The cereals were all for children. No microwavable foods. There was no one onsite during our entire stay. It was like a ghost b&b.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and keep the dining room stocked with water, soda, coffee and snacks anytime of the day. Kind of a mix between a hotel and bed & breakfast. Also run the wood fired pizza restaurant on the bottom floor - very good. 3rd time staying with these folks and will stay again when in Little Falls.

Wonderful cozy Inn. The employees and the manager are super friendly, thoughtful and helpful with whatever you need. My wife and I had a wonderful time and were very comfortable. Beautiful right on the Mohawk River. The room we stayed in had a living room a bedroom and a full bath with tub and stall shower with River views. Fantastic experience. This is our second stay here over the last few years I will be back again as we are up here looking for our own house in Little Falls. We came up here from Long Island New York.

This Inn is AMAZING. Tucked away in a small courtyard, it is a welcoming oasis with a cute creek beside it. the staff is totally warm and they treat you like family. there is a kitchen with goodies and a wonderful breakfast to boot. I will come again, just to enjoy the charm of this place. I went for the baseball hall of fame and it was fantastic!

Very nice spot. The walls are quite thin so you definitely hear your neighbors. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated. Convenient location in a very quaint town.

Nice boutique hotel in a former mill. Very different experience from any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Basically there is no staff on premises between 5 pm and 8 am. We got a text with a code to get in the front and instructions to take the elevator to the 3rd floor. There was a front desk with no one there and a room key with our name on it In the morning housekeeping staff appeared and a nice young woman was at the desk. The room was nice enough. Queen size bed was too small for two but there was a very comfortable recliner that I slept in. We could hear everything that the people in the next room were saying as well as very loud footsteps in the hallway. There was also a very loud train that passed by all night The topper was a horrible WAAH- WAAH noise coming from the fridge when it cycled on. Thankfully I had earplugs and white noise machine. Full time access to the kitchen and drinks was nice. continental Breakfast was not worth bothering with but we found a nice diner in town. Oh the ice machine also wasn’t working.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel is unique, and we enjoyed sleeping with the windows open, listening to the river rapids right outside the window. Quaint town with everything in walking distance. Staff and local resturants top notch and very accomidating.

Beautiful view over the canal. The am breakfast was great. Rooms are large and less than flashy but it is a recovered old brick mill so what I’d expect. The downtown was old w some closed shops but we still found plenty to do. Visit an old castle near town for a real step back in time. I would stay at Stone Mill again.

The Inn at Stone Mill is a fantastic place and Little Falls is a very friendly town, as we pulled up and got out of the car people were saying hello and wanted to chat. Even the staff at the Cafe were very friendly and wanted to help. Little Falls and The Inn at Stone Mill get 10 out of 10 awesome spot.

My wife felt this was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in that wasn't the normal chain hotels, which we often frequent . It was very clean , spotless in fact. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was updated nicely. We enjoyed a pleasant breakfast in the conference room while chatting with other travelers.

A delightful stay in an interesting area. We planned our trip to get to Beardslee Castle for dinner and ride some Canal Pathway the next day. The Inn at Stone Mill was a perfect landing point. The room was big and clean woth an awesome view. We also walked to lock 17 and saw a 40' rise!! Great stay, lovely area we will be back
