Positives: clean, lots of space, good kitchen, true to pics. Little extras to make it nice. Easy check in/out and good location Negatives : overflowing trash can outside had not be taken to curb. Two beds were broken with center piece held on with Velcro. Biggest couch sagging in middle and uncomfortable when 3 people sat on it

The place is clean and the stay was great. Everyone of my family love this place. We like it a lot and probably will rent it again if we return to Tampa next year.

We absolutely loved this charming property! Richard was incredibly responsive to any questions. The location was quiet. The home was so nicely appointed and had wonderful amenities. There were four of us middle-aged cousins staying in the property and we were so pleased with our choice. The only thing I might recommend is the addition of blackout curtains to the clean, bright, and beautiful bedrooms!

The property was spacious, 6 adults and no one felt as if they were on top of each other. The home was clean and all necessities were provided. The pool table was definitely a plus. Be sure to read all the signs throughout the house. Withoit a doubt would stay here again when staying in Tampa.
