Very clean and recently upgraded. 10 minute walk from train station. Steps from great cafe and restaurant. Close by laundry and ATM. Owner will call cab for you. Good security cameras on site. Good front door and apartment door locks with room safe.

Amazing, helpful host, fantastic instructions for check in. Very easy. Great location, very quick walk from train station. Elevator made bringing luggage up to the room a breeze. Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Host provided free tea, coffee and water. Map of town inside room. Best of all was the little patio outside the room with table and chairs. Great for an evening drink with a small view of Mount Vesuvius, and lovey gardens below.

Perfect location for a city break. Situated within a 5 minute walk to the local train station, cafes, shops, restaurants, piazza and entry point to the ruins. The accommodation was spotless and cleaned daily. Teresa, I would argue was the best host we have come across. She had her finger on the pulse when asked for advice in recommendations to travel to and from and Places to eat. Theresa made sure our stay was comfortable and insured there was plenty of english tea and the ceramic mugs arrived promptly when asked for...thank you

La résidence est très agréable, très moderne, calme, entièrement rénovée, une propreté impeccable, accès sécurisé et sous vidéosurveillance. Notre hôte est à nos petits soins, n’hésiter pas à communiquer avec elle par téléphone ou messages, elle vous répond sans problème. Le quartier à proximité propose de très bons restaurants . Possibilité de se garer devant la résidence dans la rue (parking payant), la résidence est a 15 min à pied de l’entrée principale du parc archéologique.

Wonderful place — clean, comfortable, quiet, renovated, modern. The place is two blocks from the train station (Pompeii City - not Scavi!) so we could skip the taxi. The apartment is close to the main restaurant streets but not at the main street — which gave us the silence we needed for a great night of sleep. Breakfast is at a cafe nearby (one block) serving one hot beverage and pastry, which is the usual in Italy (we didn’t find any place serving the egg-bacon-frutis-granola breakfast so we joined the locals!) The ruins were a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Communication with host was always quick and efficient. Thank you, Teresa!!

This was such an amazing stay! Our host, Teresa, was beyond helpful! Any time I contacted her, she responded immediately. And even sent a driver for us in a not so ideal situation. She made the stay exceptional, and had great recommendations of places to try and a winery. The location was walking distance to great food. Walking distance to the church, views of Vesuvius, and entrance to the Pompei ruins. 10/10. We will definitely stay here again. Very clean room, easy to access, great air conditioning, big bathroom, and very comfortable bed. Would recommend to anyone.

Mange takk for et veldig fint opphold. Det var veldig rent, pent og moderne. Et veldig hyggelig og sentralt sted, har har du alt du trenger i nærheten. Dette stedet kan absolutt brukes som base for å reise videre på dagsturer til nærliggende byer og Amalfi. Enkel og rask kommunikasjon, veldig god service og selv inn- og utsjekk er enkelt. Jeg anbefaler stedet på det varmeste, får jeg anledning kommer jeg tilbake! En stor takk til Teresa som gjør sitt beste for sine besøkende!

Check in was very easy with Teresa. The room was immaculate and modern. The shower was hot with a lot of water pressure. The Pompeii archeological site was a five to ten minute walk. There were innumerable restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. Our room was on the second floor and there is an elevator. There is a train station that is a five minute walk away that you can take to Herculeum. I would absolutely stay here again. Teresa made some fabulous suggestions for restaurants nearby. Many thanks Teresa, you were the perfect hostess.🌼

The room was very clean and comfortable, water & coffee/tea available at no charge. Easily accessible by foot to both Pompei train stations, restaurants, and a quick walk to one of the entrances to the Archaeological Park & the Cathedral. Teresa offered lots of restaurant suggestions, Pompei Mercato dinner was amazing and the gelato and pastries at De Vivo were some of the best our whole trip.

Perfect location. Down a side street but central enough to get to train stations, restaurants and archaeological site within minutes on foot. Very comfortable bed and everything spotlessly clean. Teresa is a dream come true and so helpful if you should need anything or any information. Highly recommended.

Our stay was amazing , the property was immaculate and modern , our room could be cleaned daily but it was our choice to have it cleaned every other day . Theresa the owner was lovely and advised us on restaurants, train times and anything else we needed to know . The hotel is a very short walk to the town square and the centre of Pompei , 5 minutes at the most . We would recommend this hotel to all , if you are looking for a place with a lovely atmosphere , friendly staff and immaculate at a great price then this is your place .We would go back again for sure .

This property was spotless with lovely little touches. Ideal location for transport and lovely restaurants. Teresa was easy to get hold of and gave lots of useful information. During our stay we visited Mt Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Naples all by public transport. The Pompei ruins are within walking distance. A wonderful stay 5/5.

La résidence Madonna est très bien située dans Pompéi. Proche de la gare, des restos et des sites. Très bon contact avec Thérésa qui a été super accueillante et serviable. Chambre impeccable, je recommande vraiment.

We loved our 10 day stay at Residenza Madonna. It is very close to the train stations and restaurants. The room was absolutely spotless and very comfortable for a long stay. Teresa was so helpful and always available....we were very grateful for her help with getting our lost luggage into the room while we were gone. We highly recommend this hotel!

This was phenomenal. I have already recommended it to everyone I know. The owner let us be unless we needed her, she was always accessible through WhatsApp. The view was great and I loved being able to walk to the church and city shopping. Close to the ruins and a lot of space. We were so happy here.

Walkable distance from train station and archeological site. Close to city centre, shopping and restaurants. The host recommended a really great pizzeria. Room was newly renovated with all the modern conveniences. Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and charm on the city.

Check in was very easy with Teresa. The room was immaculate and modern. The shower was hot with a lot of water pressure. The Pompeii archeological site was a five to ten minute walk. There were innumerable restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. Our room was on the second floor and there is an elevator. There is a train station that is a five minute walk away that you can take to Herculeum. I would absolutely stay here again. Teresa made some fabulous suggestions for restaurants nearby. Many thanks Teresa, you were the perfect hostess.🌼

We loved our 10 day stay at Residenza Madonna. It is very close to the train stations and restaurants. The room was absolutely spotless and very comfortable for a long stay. Teresa was so helpful and always available....we were very grateful for her help with getting our lost luggage into the room while we were gone. We highly recommend this hotel!

The property consists of 6 apartments on the 1st & 2nd floors. It is located in the centre of the modern town of Pompei. The main restaurants are a 3-minute walk away, but the best, Todisco, is literally next door. One of Pompei's 2 train stations and bus stop is a 5 minute walk. The Amphitheatre entrance to Pompei Archaeological Park is a 10 minute walk. In contrast to the site's main entrance at Pompei Scavvi Villa dei Misteri which is congested with long lines this entrance had no lines during our visit. Teresa and her family manage the property and were friendly and very helpful. Recommended.

Teresa is wonderful! We decided to stay overnight in Rome and she very kindly messaged to make sure that we were ok when the staff noticed we hadn't been back since the day before. Very attentive and gave the absolute best suggestions for places to eat! Highly recommend these accommodations.

This hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything in Pompeii. Teresa the host was so responsive and helpful, with perfect English ~ we felt so well taken care of by all the staff. And the room was spotless! I highly recommend Residenza Madonna.

Perfect location for a city break. Situated within a 5 minute walk to the local train station, cafes, shops, restaurants, piazza and entry point to the ruins. The accommodation was spotless and cleaned daily. Teresa, I would argue was the best host we have come across. She had her finger on the pulse when asked for advice in recommendations to travel to and from and Places to eat. Theresa made sure our stay was comfortable and insured there was plenty of english tea and the ceramic mugs arrived promptly when asked for...thank you

The owners, staff, and condition of the property are all wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. I wasn't really looking forward to 9 days in Pompei, but it was great, in part because of owner Teresa and her lovely staff and family!

This was such an amazing stay! Our host, Teresa, was beyond helpful! Any time I contacted her, she responded immediately. And even sent a driver for us in a not so ideal situation. She made the stay exceptional, and had great recommendations of places to try and a winery. The location was walking distance to great food. Walking distance to the church, views of Vesuvius, and entrance to the Pompei ruins. 10/10. We will definitely stay here again. Very clean room, easy to access, great air conditioning, big bathroom, and very comfortable bed. Would recommend to anyone.

Mange takk for et veldig fint opphold. Det var veldig rent, pent og moderne. Et veldig hyggelig og sentralt sted, har har du alt du trenger i nærheten. Dette stedet kan absolutt brukes som base for å reise videre på dagsturer til nærliggende byer og Amalfi. Enkel og rask kommunikasjon, veldig god service og selv inn- og utsjekk er enkelt. Jeg anbefaler stedet på det varmeste, får jeg anledning kommer jeg tilbake! En stor takk til Teresa som gjør sitt beste for sine besøkende!

Very clean and recently upgraded. 10 minute walk from train station. Steps from great cafe and restaurant. Close by laundry and ATM. Owner will call cab for you. Good security cameras on site. Good front door and apartment door locks with room safe.

Wonderful place — clean, comfortable, quiet, renovated, modern. The place is two blocks from the train station (Pompeii City - not Scavi!) so we could skip the taxi. The apartment is close to the main restaurant streets but not at the main street — which gave us the silence we needed for a great night of sleep. Breakfast is at a cafe nearby (one block) serving one hot beverage and pastry, which is the usual in Italy (we didn’t find any place serving the egg-bacon-frutis-granola breakfast so we joined the locals!) The ruins were a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Communication with host was always quick and efficient. Thank you, Teresa!!

I stayed for two nights while visiting Pompeii ruins and touring Amalfi coast. Very nice place. The street where it is located is not very walkable, but close enough to walkable areas with a lot of option for dining. It is also very close to una of the entrances to Pompeii ruins and a couple of blocks from the trains station. Teresa is supper friendly and makes her beat to help you.

This property was spotless with lovely little touches. Ideal location for transport and lovely restaurants. Teresa was easy to get hold of and gave lots of useful information. During our stay we visited Mt Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Naples all by public transport. The Pompei ruins are within walking distance. A wonderful stay 5/5.

This property was spotless with lovely little touches. Ideal location for transport and lovely restaurants. Teresa was easy to get hold of and gave lots of useful information. During our stay we visited Mt Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Naples all by public transport. The Pompei ruins are within walking distance. A wonderful stay 5/5.

The room was very clean and comfortable, water & coffee/tea available at no charge. Easily accessible by foot to both Pompei train stations, restaurants, and a quick walk to one of the entrances to the Archaeological Park & the Cathedral. Teresa offered lots of restaurant suggestions, Pompei Mercato dinner was amazing and the gelato and pastries at De Vivo were some of the best our whole trip.

Very comfortable room with balcony and view of Mt Vesuvius. Good Wi-Fi. Great location to use to see pompei and the Amalfi Coast, close to main train station. 10 minute walk to the ruins. A Shuttle bus runs from the main station to Pompei Scavi-Villa station ~ the train line to Sorrento. Teresa was very helpful - full check in details provided via what’s app so it was easy to access the room.

Teresa and her father are charming hosts who can't do enough for their guests. Their pre-arrival information and check-in process was excellent. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, bright, modern and sensibly furnished. The aspect from our room with balcony over a small square was super relaxing and helped with our enjoyment of the rich history right on our doorstep. Pompei is a nice town with good facilities and restaurants. If you are in the region to visit the archeological parks at Pompeii and Herculaneum you will find it much more pleasant staying locally and avoiding the crowded train network.

We loved our stay in the beautiful room with a balcony. Everything was spotless, clean and the location was great. Terese was amazing and so helpful. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

The host, Theresa was so lovely, contacting me before my stay answering questions and so helpful with reccomended places to eat, travel and checking in with me, so reassuring as a solo woman. Thersa also advised an alternative train when she saw the train i was due to get to return home was shut for works! Room was gorgeous, lovely size, high ceilings, and big window. Sofa bed, fridge with drinks and snacks, large bathroom with double shower abd large wardrobe area. Entry system to get in, very secure, and key card for room It was an easy 10 minute walk to two tain station which i used fir arrivalabd departureabd a trip to sorrento, regular busses as well. 5 minute walk to the piazza where there where many restaurants and bars, very lively on the Friday and Saturday nights and good choice of eateries and shops. 15 minute walk to entrance to the ruins, highlight of the trip! And a tour company for excursions at the end of the road i used for mount vesuvius but book this in advance! Would definitely return to the accommodation and beautiful area!
