Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino & Hotel

The check-in process was impressively smooth, and the lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind and resourceful, assisting me with all my questions efficiently. The room was pristine, with spotless linens and a comfortable bed, and I appreciated that the floor I was on was notably quiet, allowing for a restful stay. I only wish there had been more entertainment options available, such as a TV with a broader selection of channels or on-demand services, and a greater variety of nearby restaurants offering dine-in options to enhance the dining experience. Aside from these minor inconveniences, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

We were given a “Murphy bed” because the hotel was “overbooked”. Every time we moved, the springs creaked and woke us up. When I mentioned something about it at the front desk, we were told that many other people had complained about it. The room was outrageously expensive for such poor quality. There was an adjoining room to ours and you could hear people coughing and talking much too easily. We will not stay there again.

The front desk employees were rude and sat on the phone taking customer calls while we tried to check in and left us waiting for 15 mins while they took calls infront of us

Everything was good except that there is still a smoking side in the casino. You can still smell the cigarette smell in the nonsmoking side. If they were like Foxwoods and Mohegan which are nonsmoking and just have designated smoking areas outside the casino, it would be great! Thats just me because I don’t smoke cigarettes.
