Room was fine and property was quiet. Only complaint is the parking is odd and mostly far away from the entrance which can make it feel a little unsafe when walking from your car with the people who are smoking and loitering on the back side of the building. Employees were nice and room was clean! Easy check in and check out.

Our door won't lock, changed room to third floor, where it was filled with smoke odor. Key entry door damaged and must reroute to front entry. They don't change tower or service room if you stay one week at a time. Hotel is in need of hardware upgrades throughout the property, changed to La Quinta in Conyers, paid a little more but we'll worth it. Staff members were extremely nice and helpful, which the the ONLY thing good from this establishment.

The elevator was out & I as shocked about that. it took me a while to get my stuff from my room to my car. there was no breakfast area it was just coffee with cream & sugar at the lobby. Even though the microwave works but it was loud when I started it. I used the remote control & the previous channel button doesn't work. Everything else worked & it was fine.

I did not know was a extended type of hotel. No curtains. Front desk did not greet us just a next in line. There is no dropoff for key once you are leaving. Just happened to open at time was looking. Probably will not stay here again

This place is a dump. The elevator does not work. We were on the 4th floor! We booked for my daughter’s 16 birthday and it was so awful we left. There’s hair on the bathroom floor the whole place smelled awful. It’s not comforting or inviting there’s no amenities. They will steal your money too as they did ours. I don’t trust hotels.com anymore. Thanks for ruining our trip!

The elevator button does not allow you to go tothe floor. To get to the first floor, someone on the first floor has to push the button when they are on that floor. This really sucks when you are staying in any floor above 1. Building right side door scanner does not work. So you have to either park or walk to the other side of the building. None of the gym equipment work. Was pretty disappointed as it caused me to miss out on my daily run.

I booked this room already paid I got there the lady at the front desk was training or something screen door was pulled down I couldn't have see her manager was on the phone talking her through every single it took seem like almost an hour before I was issued my keys to find out that the elevator was out of commission and the room was on the 4th floor. The manager said she was going to come in in the morning but and make it all right or do something for a special we never saw her again or talk to her it was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had when he alone in my life and I'm 54 years old

I rented a room with Woodspring Suites through Hotels.com. Upon going into my room I killed a roach. I immediately called the front desk and no answer so I went downstairs but no one was there. I left the hotel to go and get dinner and returned around 10pm to find no was at the desk again. I went up to my room and killed another 2 roaches, one of which was crawling on my bed. I waited around the hotel until 11:30pm and when no one came to the desk or answered the phone I left the hotel. That same night I reached out to hotels.com via chat and requested a refund due to not being able to get it from the hotel. My chat with the agent was disconnected and would not load so I waited and attempted again 2 more times. Finally I get an agent via chat and that agent told me I would have to wait for someone to contact me back in 2 hours with an update on my refund request. No one contacted me back after 4 hours so I called and was told that they were trying to contact the hotel to get an approval for my refund but couldn’t get through because there was no answer. I was told to wait until Monday morning for the approval for the refund and someone would contact me back. Today I get an email that there was never any roaches in my room so I would not be able to receive a refund. Hotels never asked me for the photos that I told MULTIPLE agents I had as proof of the roaches. LOOK AT THESE PHOTOS!!

The bed was very uncomfortable. Not enough pillows. Floors weren't clean. Even though the rules clearly stated no smoking of Marijuana the hallway on the 4th floor where i stayed smelled horrible of it

Service wasn’t bad, however I’ve stayed at many hotels and this was the first I’ve seen a roach.. on the counter of the kitchenette. The hallway also smelled like musty feet. The bed was very comfy.

Easy access to I-20 & very clean & quiet property. The room & bathroom were very clean. TV worked great & great wifi connection. The bathroom needed maintenance because the sink drained very slow & the tub/shower faucet needed to be tightened. The shower still worked great with hot water.

Terrible smell of cigarette/m everywhere. The staff made me turn in the dirty towels in order to get new ones, and never received them...they told me they clean the room once a week. I dont recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Housekeepers do an excellent job here. The front desk is very polite and helpful and makes everything go smooth at check in and out. I would for sure stay here again. Good location with plenty of Grocery stores, Food places and convenient stores near by.

Noisy when you're on the first floor. Looks like it is an extended stay facility. Didn't feel safe. Seemed like people living there going in and out all the time and always people waiting in the parking lot.

It's very simple but convenient for us. I like that the rooms don't have carpet on the floor. What I didn't like was that the room offers a kitchen but no kitchenware. They make you buy a pan set and also a plates set. Also there's no hairdryer (which is standard in almost every hotel). Overall the room is ok and it was clean. The kitchen and bathroom seemed new but the armchair in the room seemed very old and falling apart.

I missed somehow when I booked this that it is more designed for extended stay. That maybe explains some of the problems. Room was not very clean. Very basic amenities. Just soap, no shampoo, no kleenex tissues, no hand towels. TV was on and scrolling the menu when I arrived about 9:35 PM. By the time I realized there was no TV remote to adjust or turn it off, I could not reach anyone at the front desk or alternate numbers. Went down to speak to someone and the desk was gated up and closed. Apparently it shuts down at 10, with no managers available on the property. I had to unplug the TV to shut it off. The window only had a draw style shade, no curtains of any kind, certainly not blackout. The next morning I called and they did get me a replacement remote and a couple pillows, as there were only 2 very mushy ones supplied. I am not super picky for just a 2 night stay to visit some relatives, but I will pay more for a better experience next time.

The desk did not have a chair. There was no hand towel or hair dryer in the bathroom. I tried to call the front desk to request a hair dryer but there was no answer. When we left at 9:00am the front desk was closed with a shutter.

It was very loud in the hotel. The big hotel only had 1 small (8yd) dumpster so after quickly becoming full, all the guests threw their trash in the parking lot close to the dumpster. Lots of trash in the parking lot. The internet is absolutely horrible. Most of the time it was out. They had NO dishes in the room but tried to sell you a set of dishes and pots and pans. How ridiculous. The night that I arrived to check in, I got the luggage cart to get my stuff and the cart was fine but the elevator wasn’t. You could only get the elevator to go back down to the first floor if you were standing outside the elevator already on the first floor. The 2nd floor button didn’t work inside the elevator. I had to literally ease the cart down the steps to get back to the first floor to get the rest of my stuff. Horrible experience. Will never even consider a WoodSpringSuites again. I travel a lot and have a lot of people who work for me that travels also. I will definitely be discouraging any and all of my people as well as any other people not to stay at a WoodSpringSuites in the future.
It was very loud in the hotel. The big hotel only had 1 small (8yd) dumpster so after quickly becoming full, all the guests threw their trash in the parking lot close to the dumpster. Lots of trash in the parking lot. The internet is absolutely horrible. Most of the time it was out. They had NO dishes in the room but tried to sell you a set of dishes and pots and pans. How ridiculous. The night that I arrived to check in, I got the luggage cart to get my stuff and the cart was fine but the elevator wasn’t. I really loved staying at this suite. Staff were very professional and sweet . Especially Precious the woman who worked at the front desk. She was so kind and had such a beautiful spirit. This suite was a quite and relaxing place to stay . I would definitely book again !

I missed somehow when I booked this that it is more designed for extended stay. That maybe explains some of the problems. Room was not very clean. Very basic amenities. Just soap, no shampoo, no kleenex tissues, no hand towels. TV was on and scrolling the menu when I arrived about 9:35 PM. By the time I realized there was no TV remote to adjust or turn it off, I could not reach anyone at the front desk or alternate numbers. Went down to speak to someone and the desk was gated up and closed. Apparently it shuts down at 10, with no managers available on the property. I had to unplug the TV to shut it off. The window only had a draw style shade, no curtains of any kind, certainly not blackout. The next morning I called and they did get me a replacement remote and a couple pillows, as there were only 2 very mushy ones supplied. I am not super picky for just a 2 night stay to visit some relatives, but I will pay more for a better experience next time.

I formally request a refund for my recent booking through Expedia, as I was unable to access the property during the time of when I needed the reservation. I arrived late in the evening to travel and attend a funeral, expecting to check in with an immediate checkin time and CEO’s ting to stay only 7 hours to sleep However, I quickly realized the check-in time had defaulted to the following day, which was not my intention nor what I needed. Upon arrival, I attempted to contact the property immediately to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, no one answered the locked door, and none of the emergency contact numbers listed were reachable. I also contacted Expedia, who made multiple attempts to get in touch with your property on my behalf, but they, too, were unsuccessful. At this point, it was nearly 3:00 a.m., and I had no other choice but to find alternate accommodations—incurring an unexpected and unnecessary expense on an already emotionally and physically taxing day. Given the circumstances, I am requesting grace and a full refund. I made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue in real time, but your property was simply inaccessible. I sincerely hope you understand and do the right thing in honoring this refund request.

Room was fine and property was quiet. Only complaint is the parking is odd and mostly far away from the entrance which can make it feel a little unsafe when walking from your car with the people who are smoking and loitering on the back side of the building. Employees were nice and room was clean! Easy check in and check out.

Easy access to I-20 & very clean & quiet property. The room & bathroom were very clean. TV worked great & great wifi connection. The bathroom needed maintenance because the sink drained very slow & the tub/shower faucet needed to be tightened. The shower still worked great with hot water.

The property is an extended stay motel. The lobby area had an unpleasant odor, which i brought to the attention of the African American receptionist. he responded defensively attributing the smell to a customer. While attempting to cancel my reservation in the lobby, I observed customers carrying soiled linens to the reception area and utilizing the luggage carts transport groceries. Furthermore, the exterior environment felt unsafe. However, the Caucasian staff member was very nice. I advised her that I was unaware the motel was an expended stay and she assisted me with the cancellation process. She was courteous and understanding.

The front desk attendant has the most unpleasant and rude attitude. Many questionable people around parking lot and looked more like people staying there were all transients addicted. Will never recommend. Stay away .

The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Housekeepers do an excellent job here. The front desk is very polite and helpful and makes everything go smooth at check in and out. I would for sure stay here again. Good location with plenty of Grocery stores, Food places and convenient stores near by.

The elevator was out & I as shocked about that. it took me a while to get my stuff from my room to my car. there was no breakfast area it was just coffee with cream & sugar at the lobby. Even though the microwave works but it was loud when I started it. I used the remote control & the previous channel button doesn't work. Everything else worked & it was fine.

Us veteran with service dog kicked out because front desk hot precious mess flirting with me then see me in the room with somebody and say my dog went to the bathroom without showing the camera and talked about I walk past it my dog did go to the bathroom one time outside on the sidewalk I immediately cleaned it as I always do but she didn't bring it to my attention instead threw me out without refund after I talk to corporate and said she wasn't able to do that and that they would give me my money back still waiting

We stayed two nights here in an upper floor room. It was fairly quiet & secure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's good for an extended stay but not excellent. Has a regular sized fridge w/freezer and good stovetop, microwave, counter and sink space. But it only has one chair at a small desk and no other seating besides the bed. A good amount of luggage space and kitchen cabinets. You need to bring everything with you, though. There's no pot or utensil at all. Only two sets of towels in the bathroom, though when we asked at the front desk we were given more. Condition was good and room very clean. Not super clean out in the lot, but it was ok. It gets filled up. Convenient location on the highway in Conyers.
