APA Hotel Ueno Inaricho Ekikita

Lots of amenities compared to similar hotels. Has everything I needed.

ホテルの近くに24時間スーパーマーケットが有り、徒歩3分に、コインランドリーも有り、上野駅にも近く、非常に 便利でした、特にコストパフォーマンスは、ビックリものです。

Needs a second elevator .. The cleaning staff monopolise it most of the day from 9AM to 4PM They regularly hit all the buttons for all the floors making it easier for them to hop and and off , regardless of how this affects the guests

Compared to the other APA we stayed in in the same trip, this hotel is quite far away from the station, the hotel is a little older too. There's only 1 elevator which is a problem in the morning when we're heading out. You always have to wait for 2 or more elevators before you can get in if you're on a lower floor. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and that's the main plus. Because it's not close to an station, the restaurant selection is also limited. All in all its just ok. I'd rather stay at APA Ekimae.

-very nice hotel, quiet, clean, tidy, safe and nice staff -single room is large enough to open the luggage and the bed is comfortable. -no laundry inside hotel, need to take 5min walk to coin laundry. -walking distance to JR, metro and bus station. -can watch sunrise inside the room next to skytree.

Nice facility, would stay there again.

Extremely slow elevator. Only 1 elevator for the entire building. Waited almost an hr for an elevator in order to check out during peak time. Otherwise, staff are nice and room was clean.

すぐ隣に24時間営業のスーパーがあり、とても助かりました。下からは中が見えない特殊なガラスも、面白いです。

가격대비 아주 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 깨끗했습니다. 바로옆에 24시간 슈퍼마켓도 있어서 편리했습니다. 다만, 2층복도에서 고양이 오줌냄새가 조금 낫습니다. 저도 고양이를 키워서 금방 알아차렸는데 이유가 궁금하네요. 그외에 역이랑도 가깝고 여러모로 편하고 훌륭했습니다.

部屋はとても過ごしやがったのですが、お風呂の排水溝に髪の毛が大量に溜まっていてとても不潔でした。ドライヤーの風量も弱く、残念でした。

Hotel staff was very rude and the condition in the room was not acceptable, i found hair on my bed before using it, toilet tub was leaking, the room size is terribly small, i have booked 2 rooms, 2 adults, 1 teenager, passport copy were made by the hotel staff when check-in, however, when hotel realized, they have missed to take the passport of the 3rd person, they keep on contacting me by calling to the room, sending letter to the room, sending message to your TV screen which made me feel like i've done something not appropriate, I forgot my key in the room and requested to open the door when i need to use the toilet urgent, the lady at front desk made me waited until after she questioned about me and made me waited for her to finish her message using computer and show me the translation. There is only one lift in the hotel for the entire building which made the waiting time even longer. I personally do never come back to this hotel again, it was my Christmas holiday, despite the room charge may be lower than the other hotel in the markets but this hotel totally ruined my family holiday. Again, i did not do anything not allowed, i have booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 1 teenager. What is wrong with this hotel. The check out at 10am is something not acceptable as well, we do not even have time to fresh up before check out after breakfast. Please review your hotel situation and most importantly, treat guest nicely, we all need to pay for our stay, not free of charge.

Walk to Ueno station is 12 minutes and to Inaricho station is 5 minutes. The first room I was given was dusty but when I notified the front desk they inspected another room and gave me that one within 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and professional. The room is extremely tiny so to move around you will need to store your luggage under the bed. Otherwise, you will need to climb over the luggage to get to the bed.

The cassette aircon fan coil unit in the room I stayed in (1409) had black mould and had a very musty smell. The staff tried to clean it but I think it requires deeper cleaning by an aircon professional. Good thing it was early spring so I could open the window in-lieu of turning on the air-con.

Room was small but very functionable and nicely decorated. Staff was super nice. Reasonably close to Ueno station. We would stay there again.

The room was smaller than I thought, but comfortable. They cleaned the room thoroughly and were attentive to requests. Thank you!

Tiene parada de metro cerca; de ueno queda como a 15minutos. Área tranquila. Habitación cómoda.

This hotel is situated in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There's a metro close by 4 min walk. The JR Ueno station is a 10 min walk with lots of dinning and shopping option in that area. Overall it's reasonably priced for the location and cleanliness.

酒店要由上野站再轉線，交通不是很方便，附近有超市就非常便利！

A few minutes walk from Inaricho metro station. Near Asakusa and Tokyo skytree.

The room was perfect for a solo traveler and at a 3 minute walking distance from the station.
