Breakfast was better than expected. Pool was small but fine - colder than expected but it works for a hot day!! Room was less than sanitary but we appreciated the big space of a suite.

The front desk staff is very nice. I appreciated there was a mini store next to the front desk where I purchased snacks. There was a big bowl of apples on the counter, and near it coffee, decaf, and hot water was available all the time. The free breakfast was wonderful, and I never had trouble getting a table. My room was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I expected and needed. It was a convenient location for attending a wedding at a winery.

Very upset the hotel didn’t have my reservation so I had to stay with a friend and slept on the floor. I was told the hotel never received my reservation this was very disappointing and created a huge inconvenience not only for me but for my friend. I already requested a full refund but I think I should be compensated some how not just giving a full refund.

It was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and staff were very nice. Called the morning of reservations and allowed us an early check in and was very grateful for the allowance. Rooms are much smaller than shown in pictures but it was a good experience and I would stay here again.
