Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center

The property is right next to the Toy Story parking lot. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the loading/unloading area. The hotel is updated throughout as of March 2025. Breakfast had great options and varies day to day. In general they had eggs, sausage, potato/hashbrown, fruit, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, coffee, etc). and food was good. Parking is $32/day tax. There were several restaurants nearby and Starbucks.

The property was well taken care of with great staff. The only issue I encountered was that the elevator was out for a few hours and guests had to use the stairs outside.

The front desk service was excellent. The location was great for visiting Disney. Walking distance or walk to Toy Story lot and take shuttle. Breakfast was good for families trying to save a few bucks. Didn’t use pool or hot tub but they looked nice. The gym was good. Nice free weight section and machines were ok. Beds were a little too firm and not super comfortable. That’s my only complaint.

Very clean and new. So many hotels nowadays are outdated and have a musty smell- not this one. We also loved the pool area, location, temperature and the fact that there were showers and bathrooms and plenty of seating. The breakfast included was awesome! So much variety and sufficient seating for once. Usually we are left standing or waiting for a table to open up at other hotels. They even had balloons for the kids! Definitely returning

Fab place to stay. Spotlessly clean, well appointed rooms, with a lovely pool, spa and gym. The laundry was a bonus - one suggestion: install a change machine for quarters for the laundry. Would definitely stay here again. The wet bar option was great.

Great place for families. Clean & fun atmosphere. I loved the washer & dryers that were available. We will be visiting again.

The staff are courteous and attentive to check in on how your stay was going, and were helpful when there were issues with the room above being noisy in a professional manner. Parking is secure and convenient with a gated entry. The location is centrally located in Anaheim making it convenient to the Disney Parks, Los Angeles, and Orange County attractions with convenient access to Interstate 5. Complimentary breakfast was an amazing perk as well with options regularly changing daily with a wide selection of food and beverage options. Overall extremely satisfied with the excellent level of service and amenities with this property!

This is our go-to Disneyland hotel. We love the 24-hour coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate station (though it is sometimes in need of a re-stock/ refill in the middle of the night). Some other Disney-area hotels may be spacious but they have a run-down, greasy, dirty feel. Hampton Inn feels clean, airy, and inviting without feeling overly-attentive (the staff is available, but doesn't hover). Their breakfast has good options, their hot tub is always warm and bubbling, the sheets are clean and comfy, and the bathrooms are not tiny.

They do t have enough parking spots for the hotel of its full. Cars were boxed in.

This was a nice property but the parking is a huge issue. Cars were double parked-you’re forced to valet due to the limited amount of parking. If you plan to leave you’ll come outside to find you can’t go anywhere because there will most likely be a car blocking you in.

We arrived sooner than expected, called and they accepted an early check-in. Staff was amazing, very kind. Room at first view looked good. We saw about 3 spiders crawling on the wall. Dirty walls Dusty bed headboards Shower was out of shampoo and conditioner Towels had a lot of hair in them. Shower curtain was ripped and dirty. Looked like it was the wrong size and they just did a quick wave cut in the bottom so uneven. Called front lobby they brought clean towels and refilled conditioner and shampoo bottles quickly. Bed was a spring mattress Clean bed sheets Overall I won’t be back but it was ok I guess. 7/10 bathroom was a big issues -10 for me

I didn't like the hair i found in my sheets upon my arrival. The breakfast was tasty.

We booked this property for our most recent Disney stay. While it did the trick, it was a rough stay. First, we had to wait a little over 30 minutes for our room to be ready (it was almost 4 by the time we checked in) and I had checked in via the Hilton app the day before. When we got into our room it smelled like they had cleaned with a dirty towel. It smelled moldy/musty but looked clean so that’s all I could figure. The bathroom had a foul smell and I could not figure out what it was. The room itself was spacious and had a fridge and microwave which was nice. The tv is not a smart tv (so no way to stream without using a Roku or Firestick situation - would love to know this prior to booking especially with kiddos). The room we were in was on the Katella side (the big street). All three nights were sooo incredibly loud. Sirens, street cars reviving engines, paper thin walls. We barely slept. I wish we had a room on the other side of the building. We were exhausted for our Disney trip. The walk to the Toy Story lot was a perk. It was a 10 minute walk there at a slow pace. You can take the shuttle there directly to the parks. There is also a Starbucks less than 10 minutes walk and some casual places to eat - these are all located across Katella. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good, gets very busy after about 815-830. Overall, it’s a doable stay but the things listed above are things I wish we knew before we stayed!

Being new, the appearance is clean at first glance, but there were hairs on the doorknob and bathtub, and there was mold behind the sink. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate. Although the name includes 'Convention Center,' it actually takes nearly 30 minutes to walk to the convention center. There is a bus from the adjacent parking lot, which is convenient for those going to Disneyland.

I loved staying at this hotel. I had never stayed in such a clean hotel before. The bedding smelled like fresh clean. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The room smelled so clean. The breakfast was also a plus with various options.

Bathroom was super clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Bed were uncomfortable. Beds weren’t clean, shower was to hard to start hair all over the bedding that wasn’t mine. They double booked our room.

We love staying here after a long day at Disneyland. The rooms are modern and very clean. Check-in is easy despite coming in after midnight. The staff are ver friendly! The complimentary coffee and breakfast in the morning is awesome!

Decent but super noisy and cheap feeling bed

The room was nice. There was a sliding partition between the kids room and the master room. My mother didnt like the amount of street noise that she could here in the kids room. The shower head they used, only half of the nozzles worked causing the pressure to be way to high. It hurt my children when they needed to shower. The breakfast was nothing special. Dry sausage, very wet eggs. The pancakes were good though. The biggest issue I had was that i asked for a late checkout 3 times. 1st time was when i checked in. The frontdesk told me to check at breakfast the next day. 2nd time was at breakfast the next day. A different staff member said to check later on in the day. 3rd time i talked to a diffferent person and was told to check in the morning of when i was checking out. The property is only 1 mile from disneyland. I woud say a 20-30 min walk or a 10 min drive.

Pros: - newer, up to date hotel - clean - rooms with the bunk beds and sofa beds were great for larger families - convenient access to the Disney Toy Story Parking/Shuttle lot. - Breakfast buffet had a decent selection every morning but ended at 9:30am which is quite early. Cons: - $35 a day for parking which is totally just a cash grab. - NOISY! Sound insulation was terrible for our room. We had an end unit room facing West towards Disneyland. You could hear every motorcycle/loud truck drive by. You could also hear everyone opening and closing their doors at 6am every morning - pool and spa were ok but by 8pm there were no clean towels left at the pool deck. Seems like they were only stocked once per day. Overall I would stay here again but would request a south facing room

Property was located in a great spot. Plenty to do around the area. Room and bathroom were very clean. Only two small complaints. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable and the walls were paper thin. We can hear everything and everyone in the halls and the room above us.

The room was spacious and nice! Clean and comfortable! The only complaint I have is that they gave us an accessible bathroom that had a chair in the tub so the tub couldn’t be used for a bath, and the bathroom had a sensor light that came on when you opened the bathroom door and would wake everyone up at night if you needed the bathroom!

The family suite was very comfortable. Everything was updated and we especially liked the solid wood doors that close to separate the bunk bed and couch area from the king bed. Both also have their own TV. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The nearby food options were very good. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious. Staff members were super friendly and polite. Free breakfast was great, especially the self operate waffle maker. Parking was a little tight (most spaces were filled up by the time qe got back at around 10pm) and expensive ($35/day).

Very beautiful hotel!!! Great staff and wonderful amenities. Only complaints we had very firm bed(we prefer softer), motion sensors for lights in the room(at night some of the plugs didn’t work because of the motion sensors would shut them off, so charging phones and other electronics were difficult). And low water pressure.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were kind of strange. There was a motion activated light that only worked if the motion was in a very specific narrow area and there were no drawers or feasible storage to unpack clothes, the bedside lamps could only be turned on by a switch that was across the room. I'm not sure what the logic was in the design of these rooms, but it didn't make sense to me. That all said, the rooms were very clean and the staff was great, which is all that really mattered.

The property itself and the room looks nice and is well maintained for the most part. When we got there our TV did not have signal and it took a very long time to get someone to fix the issue. The second day I had to work and did so remotely from my room and the thermostat kept resetting the room temperature to 80 degrees and above and I could not reach anyone over the phone all day. I was told via text, hours later, and I quote "Goodness, my apologies, our line is busy with calls, let me send maintenance!!!!" and shortly thereafter maintenance came and confirmed thermostat is broken and manually set room to pur desired temperature. In the meantime I was in 80-83 degrees in my room for almost 12 hours. I like the pool area, but the pool and jacuzzidefinitely

the hotel is clean and great but i found it weird that everyone else was given complementary two bottled water by front desk and a snack but not us. also waited half an hour to get our room when we already arrived 1 hour after check in time. i was treated differently by this one front desk clerk. hopefully not because im not white or latino.

The hotel is very clean. And Nola at the front desk was amazing! She was so kind. We will be staying here again real soon!

I just wanna say that our family stay of two nights in two rooms and the service there especially the front desk was absolutely fantastic especially Nola the young lady that helped us and went above and beyond. This is a five star hotel with five star service. Thank you so much for making our vacation a wonderful and happy success.

I never write bad reviews. This is a first. I want to start by saying the property was very clean and location is great. The staff was terrible. Every single one of them. I arrived two hours early (1:00 pm) and had called hours before to see if we would be able to check in early. The answer I got was no check ins before 3:00 but if when we arrived they had a room ready we could get in sooner. Great. I understand. We arrive and I ask if we can check in early. I’m met with a very rude very fast talking young man telling me there are no check ins before 3:00 available and there is a list of people ahead of me for early check in of people who called or came before me. Ok ? I called hours ago. Why wasn’t I made aware of the list I asked ? Oh well we already have people on the list. He put me at the end This was the answer. Ok. So after sitting in the lobby for about 10 minutes I ask if we can just do a pre check in to keep our bags there so we could hit the park. He then tells me no and then when I say ok and walk away he calls me over and says you know what let me check with house keeping to see if there’s a room. Low and behold there was. He said the people that were before me told him they didn’t need early check in. When ? When within the last ten minutes of me sitting there did this happen. I know this doesn’t sound major but you had to be there. The guy blew me off, lied, was rude. I don’t have enough space to write about how rude the young lady was when I checked out.

I’ve stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions and I’ve always had a good experience. However, they allowed an intoxicated woman, who isn’t even a guest of the hotel, to have access to my room. I had my two daughters with me and this woman barged into our room at 11pm. I’m absolutely dumbfounded on how they allowed this to happen.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating even gave us recommendation on some activities around Los Angeles

I’ve stayed here many times while visiting Disneyland. This visit wasn’t as impressive… Low water pressure in shower. Very noisy 12-1am Front desk not as friendly during check in & out. Bring your own water bottle because they pick & choose who to give water bottles to.

This was out first trip for Disney. This hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was typical hotel offerings. I did appreciate that there were different options each day. We walked to the Toy Story lot and utilized the shuttles to Disney. The best part of our visit was the staff. I'd come back just to experience the service level that was provided. Even after checkout, you have the capability to store your luggage and utilze the amenities which is pretty awesome. Calling out that Maya and her front desk supervisor were top notch in customer service. You could tell that they both genuinely care and take pride in their roles. Thabks again for everything!

Great stay this is our third time staying here we had an issue with the people above us stomping and yelling a quick message to the receptionist and they handled it quickly but clean room great service will definitely stay again

It's a great location for our Disneyland trip. Very close to the Toy Story shuttle and the complimentary breakfast is nice and super-convenient. We love how Hampton Inns have refrigerators and microwaves in the room and they are very clean for a Disneyland-area hotel. The parking lot is secured and the area feels safe. It's also conveniently located near Garden Walk mall and lots of restaurants/ shops. We also like how the parking has in/out privileges all day.

Wonderful. Great location close to Disney shuttle and restaurants. Very quiet and clean. Only complaint is poor shower water pressure. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Avenger Park and the Disneyland was accessible from the hotel. It was one block to the shuttle. The shuttle ran approximately every 15 minutes. You didn’t have to drive and pay extra money for parking. Great location to other restaurants.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Disneyland. So convenient next to Toy Story shuttle and great restaurants nearby.

Stayed here for Disney race weekend. Hotel is across the street from starting line. To get to Disney, we hopped on the shuttle at Toy Story lot down the street. So many restaurants within walking distance. The perfect off property Disneyland hotel.

Everything was good about this property except it would be great if the breakfast was open for longer. All the other amenities were great!

Breakfast was the same everyday eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, toast, cereal. There is a waffle station but there are only 3 waffle makers. And the juices were very watered down. The hallways smelled awful everyday. The rooms were just a regular room it was cleaned once while we were there and when i say cleaned the only thing that was done was the beds were made no sweeping, vacuuming or additional towels. We were there to celebrate my daughters birthday and on the second day Bryan sent up some snacks for her this was the best part of the stay he really went out of his way to do something nice for her. We chose this hotel because it had such good reviews so I expected alot more than what it was. It was really just a room and eggs for breakfast nothing more.

Check in was easy and fast. Room perfect. Breakfast was horrible and disgusting. Kitchen staff lacked keeping counters cleaned at all times and lacked keeping food stocked for guests. Food was not hot or prepared well. Cooks need more training. I was very disappointed with the lack of quality of food served! I do not think any well established hotel using the HILTON name should be serving Keilbasa for breakfast and multiple times within 4 days. Pathetic. I did wash 1 load of clothing and I never would have had I paid attention to the washing machines. Staff needs to pay attention ton to details and clean and disinfect washers daily! Disgusting!

You need to request room service every day. If you forget, no onr cleans your room. The breakfast is suposed to be until 9:30, but at 9 they start taking food out amd 9:20 they close the door every day, even with the room full of people trying to get something to eat.

Excellent value for the price. Breakfast options were a lot better than the traditional continent breakfasts usually are. The hotel is always clean, and the staff is very attentive! Hotel is conveniently located to Disney parks and many options of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again.
