Parkside Inn Anaheim

Good customer service and clean room. I didn’t really like the availability of parking though.

Fairly comfortable bed and a clean room. Not many frills such as a pool or free breakfast, and no late check out. You must be gone at 11am "NO EXCEPTIONS". But if you just need a clear and comfortable room, this will do the trick. I was running late and called ahead and told them that I car problems, and I would be there after 8pm. I received a call from the hotel stating if I didn't arrive soon they were going to cancel my reservation. But I called them first?!?!?! Anyway, still a nice place to stay.

Property is renovated and modern. Basic amenity but functional. Fridge and microwave. Front desk lady is nice. Good value for the price.

I just needed a simple clean hotel room for one night. I love older hotels that have parking literally right outside your door. We had a lot of luggage that we had to take into our room, so the layout was perfect. The room was clean and quiet. No problems.

It was great to get room within 10 feet of our parking space!! The room was clean and very modern furniture and bathroom! The heater/AC was very easy to use, the cardkey also was the powersource (energy saver!) Our only complain was the random noise the refrigerator made at times. It wasn't too loud were it woke up our 1 year old, so we will definitely keep it on our list of place we can stay during the holidays.

The ice machine was not operating but other than that, the place was nice and clean and in a great quiet part of the city. Close to liquor stores, dollar tree, and a mexican restaurant thats open until 12am which was also really good. The staff was polite and helpful when ever i needed something. Hotel is not walkable distance to disneyland but where the location of the hotel is, uber was pretty cheap. Will definitely be coming back!

Good but some rental parking not going far enough that why difficult to get out

Everything was great. This is my second time coming. Only thing is that the ice machine doesn’t work but other than that everything is cool.

Cockroaches greeting you as soon as you walk in and room was dirty as if no one cleaned it.

Toilet had long strand of hair stuck to it, beds had hairs on them when pulled back the sheets, towels had stains on them and so did comforter

I checked into my room late at night. I drove several hours to get to the property. I put my little one to sleep as soon as we arrived given how late we arrived. I went to use the restroom and found poop near the toilet. I used a tissue to remove it. I also took pictures of the feces next to the toilet so I had proof of what I found. I decided to cover it with a towel given my child was sleeping & I was traveling alone. I called the front desk after we woke up and told her what occurred. I requested to be moved or for someone to clean the poop off the floor and grout. She said the cleaning lady would clean it at 10 when she got there. I told her I would be leaving all day and for her to explain what needed to be cleaned. Then she asked if I had a pet with me. I told her I definitely do not have any pets with me. We were going to Disneyland and I don’t travel with pets. I arrived back at the hotel after 12:30 in the morning. We were at the park all day and night. I put my little one down given it was so late again. I went to use the restroom and the poop was still in the floor. I took pictures of it again as well as pictures of the rest of the dirty floors. I moved all of our luggage off of the floors to ensure they cleaned the floors as I requested. I spoke with the man at the front desk about this in the morning. He requested proof so I showed him the pictures. He told me I would not be charged. Then we left. I called Expedia to report what occurred. He still charged me.

The room was filthy, with mold, broken lock, and bugs. We left the hotel and moved to another hotel.

We had the worst experience with this establishment! Cleanliness and customer service was poor! I booked two rooms for 2 nights for myself and my sister. We ended up having bed bugs! When we called the front desk in the morning they were un-sympathetic and offered no apology. They simply told us we could move rooms or they could refund us for one night. They refused to refund us for the first night. When we went to get refunded for the second night their printer was conveniently not working. I have yet to receive my refund. I highly doubt they were going to address the bed bug issue and just book the room after we left. So disgusting! Never again!

Killed 3 cockroach. They were big. It was not a pleasant stay.

Clean room.

The property had a good start. Looks nice, quiet.. but in the middle of the night I was awakened by the sting of bed bugs bites. I found them as soon as I turned on the lights. I have videos and I let front staff know and he offered a different room but at that point we packed up and left.

Floors were not swept. Towels had hair on them. Shower water did not run down the drain properly and there was standing water. Shower head had green sludge.

Cockroach infested. Can’t believe Expedia would let a place like this continue

Walls are very thin you van hear the cars on the road the lady moan next door but the room Looked up to date and clean

The walls are too thin and you could hear everyone else couldn’t sleep well.

If you just need a place to sleep for a Disney this may be the place for you. The cleanliness was okay, the walls weren’t very clean and the furniture was beat up a bit. Also, the walls are paper thin. The a/c unit was making weird noises so we were unable to use it which led to us being hot and cold all night. All night we could hear people loudly playing music, someone throwing up, and at one point a woman screaming. We were only given 2 towels and when we put the sign up for the room to be cleaned and to get more towels by 2 pm no one had done so. We were scheduled to be there 2 nights and after 1 we decided to just leave and go back home. The employee who checked us in was not the friendliest didn’t say much except asking for an ID and electronic signature. She never even said what we were signing and basically handed us the keys and that was it. When we decided to check out early the man didn’t seem concerned nor asked any questions about why we would leave a day early. So, if you’re looking for something cheap to stay at that’s not too far from Disney and just want a place to sleep this may be your place, but I would bring a sound machine just incase.

We reached out to the front desk about their Wifi not working and all they told us was to "keep trying". It never worked. Also, the walls are so thin you can literary hear everything from the other rooms.

The wall very thin. We can hear people's conversation from both side... anytime of the day. At 2am.. 3am.

The check in was super easy as well as the check out and he was very friendly. The place was very clean and very impressed of how the room was very modern. Looked upgraded like if it was a brand new hotel. The walls are a little thin though ( haha) but other than that. It was very nice. I would stay here again

Had another nice stay at Parkside, but they need to work on the Wi-Fi; my phone got very bad reception.

It was noisy, but expected from being near a major road. The room was clean, newly renovated and actually better than I had expected.

Seven minutes or less to Disneyland park by freeway, walls are thin, but room was good size and clean.

This hotel is very clean overall great value for the money. Shower was absolutely amazing. My only complaint is the beds are very cheap and not comfortable. I travel to Anaheim all the time and would stay here quite frequently if they had better mattresses.

Great staff

The property owners were rude and the maid came into our room without knocking twice. I was asleep and startled by her coming in. The owner and employees are very rude and disrespectful. The toilet clogged and the owner said it was my fault and kept deposit.

The front office staff was very rude and unfriendly. And just a tip if you try and check in past 12 am for whatever reason you will lose your reservation.

By far the worst experience I've had at this location! Its not my first time here at Park Side and I've never had an issue before until this past booking. It will definitely be the last for me coming to this location. The room and check in ran smoothly what made me angry and upset was having one of the cleaning lady's knock and open the door at 10AM mind you i was barely waking up and had no clothes on. I complained at the front desk when i dropped the key off and the lady at the front just smiled and kind of giggled about the situation which is not okay at all! I told her what if you and your family were exposed like that and then she said okay so sorry ill talk to her... like I understand checkout is before 11 but if i didn't turn in my key why are they coming into the room before then and just barging in! Note to self ALWAYS have the do not disturb sign on so this type of situation doesn't happen to you or anyone that you know.

Front desk was rude and they discriminate against people they watch every move you make and they use it against you..The housekeeper was very sweet and works very hard. For the price there are much better places to stay. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

This is close to Disney mess then 10 minutes drive. The room was very clean, the shower and bathroom worked. Nothing was broken, it was very comfortable. There was even every refrigerator. The check-in process was extremely fast and easy, and there was only a $100 deposit which was able to be paid with debit card and I always appreciate that do that. so just leave the key at the front desk. I would stay here again. Very quiet, clean, accommodating. Surrounding area was just OK but for what you’re paying, the property itself was great.

Clean room but area was not that nice

I recently stayed at the Parkside Inn Anaheim in Anaheim, California. It was a nice stay. The staff was great, and the location was convenient. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The property was clean and looked great, and everything worked properly. I really enjoyed my stay here, and it's an affordable hotel. Plus it's in a good location.

The room only had one small shampoo bottle and one small body wash even thought I had booked for four people in the three rooms that I reserved. The bed sheets were not soft at all and one of my kids got an allergic reaction to them. The furniture in the rooms were either broken or very worn down. It’s very close to Disneyland and it’s convenient but it needs work on the comfort part.

Freshly remodeled and nice and only 7 min from Disneyland which was perfect. Could go and come back really easily

It was a quick stay but I felt safe and everything around was literally walking distance. Perfect.
