the house is beautiful. the property is well maintained, and right by the water. it is a nice area.

The location of the place is truly remarkable, offering a wonderful setting for your stay. The owners are absolutely amazing, providing exceptional service and ensuring your needs are met. The breakfast served is not only delicious but also bursting with delightful flavors that will satisfy your taste buds.The food is crafted with love and you can definitely tell!!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Ocean Bay House! We chose the property for it's proximity to the Fire Island Ferry (a scenic 15-20 min walk) but ended up wanting to spend more time on property instead of on Fire Island! The pool was beautiful and there are so many nice places to sit outdoors. We enjoyed some wine on the front porch and the back outdoor table is a beautiful place to have a meal. Our room was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. The included breakfast was delicious. It was a perfect Staycation for us and we will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for a bed n breakfast. I highly recommend it.

the rooms need a wastebasket and maybe a small desk and chair. the house is beautiful and having the music on all the time was wonderful. Liz is great. would stay there again
