Hotel staff does not understand the word service. No smile, no one opened the door, etc etc. when checking in, all we were told was when to check out. In the morning, got a call at 10:30 to inform that check out is in 30 minutes. The hotel facilities itself was fine. Pool and hot tubs were closed for maintenance so no comments there. Best part was the convenient location. There are better options out there worth checking out

The property is in a very convenient location, right next to Jian Tan MRT station. The staff at the hotel is really nice and helpful. Really enjoyed the Nanobubble hot spring in the room. The room is really quiet and has nice view. Highly recommend this hotel!

入住劍潭天閣酒店是相當愉快的經驗，一定會再來住一次。雙人房房間的空間不算很大，但沒有侷促感。最棒的是衛浴。免痔馬桶可以電動掀蓋，浴缸是按摩浴缸，水很熱又很大，一分鐘就裝滿浴缸。而水龍頭又很特別，應該是高檔貨。而床的軟硬適中，訂的二晚睡得很舒服。整個房間的感覺就是很精緻，直逼五星級。入住時剛好有寒流，飯店的暖氣洽到好處，不會有悶悶的感覺。如果有訂早餐，你會發現早餐居然有"主餐"，例如：卡拉豬肉漢堡、牛肉井飯、雞腿麵線......；而且主餐居然可以打包外帶！換句話說，如果你是省錢一哥，你可以吃不能外帶的Buffet當早餐（土司、麵包、沙拉、火腿等等），然後主餐打包帶走當午餐。地點當然也很好，離捷運劍潭2號出口不到一百公尺，交通很方便。附近有不少可以逛的，例如：士林夜市、劍潭親山步道、台北藝展中心。註：運劍潭2號出口有一家小小的7-11，營業時間就是7-11。

とても静かな環境で、良い睡眠が出来ました（他のホテルに泊まった際は夜中、早朝に起きることがよくあるのに、朝までぐっすり眠れました。近接のMRTや車、ホテル内の騒音がほとんど無く、ベッドの寝心地も大変良かった。常宿としたいと思いました。ありがとう

房間設計很奇怪，廁所正對著床位，但是廁所隔間卻是用半遮蔽的，等於是你在裡面上廁所，外面的人很輕易就能看到裡面，廁所門也沒辦法完全闔上，我們是家人同住都覺得這樣的隱私很有問題，如果是跟朋友一起住的話那應該非常尷尬! 至少做的可以拉起來的實體窗簾吧

Stayed here before in 2019 & was truly impressed so I came back with family this time. Unfortunately, it was a little disappointing. We stayed for 2 nights in their Power Studio. Reception was a tad cold & staff were not very helpful even though they weren’t busy. It seems they have only 2 toilet cubicles in separate location in the lobby & not easy to find. Some of the charging ports in the room were not working properly. The TV in the bathroom was also not working. Only after my complaint, did they give me a remote controller to activate it the next day. The room was nice & clean as I remember it. Breakfast is now a semi buffet with a choice of fixed main plus a small buffet spread. Cafe staff were friendly & breakfast was delicious. Hope I’ll have a better experience next time if I do come back.

The best feature of this hotel is its location. Mrt in front & close to Shilin night market. This hotel is above the average & charges more than the average hotel. Rooms are well furnished, though not big, are decent in size & well appointed. Breakfast was great. Especially their focaccia & scallion rice. Understand they change their menu quarterly. A comfortable stay.

지엔탄역 2번출구 바로 앞이고, 버스정류장도 인근에 있어 이동이 정말 편리했어요. 스린야시장도 도보 7분 거리였아요. 미니바 무료 사용도 좋았구요. 화장실 변기 센서가 너무 예민해서 ㅎㅎㅎ 자꾸 놀란 것 빼곤 다 좋았어요.

We stayed for 10 days in early March. The hotel is across the street from MRT station. The hotel is clean, well maintained, in a safe area. There are two hot pot restaurants 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are very knowledgeable and polite.

생각보다 너무 별로였습니다 예약시 확인한 사진과 느낌이 달라요 그래도 어느정도 고급스러운 비즈니스 호텔정도는 될거 같았는데 국내 강남에있는 모텔 보다도 분위기가 저렴합니다 싼마이 느낌.... 룸 실내 조명, 층별 복도의 알록달록 조명 싼마이... 직원들의 친절도는 훌륭하였으나, 기대와는 다른 분위기 및 자재, 소재들이 별로였습니다. 조식은 맛있었으나, 둘째날 주문한 메인디시가 30분이 지나도 나오지 않아 물으니 주문이 실수로 안들어갔다네요 체크아웃때문에 시간이없어 재주문을 기다리지 못하고 메인디시는 먹지도 못하고 나왔습니다. 아마추어한 직원들 역량이 아쉽네요

Variety of foods for breakfast was very small. General feeling of whole staff is very cold, mostly not acknowldging you whenever you see them, just very convienient location, and not many hotel in Shilin, so guess they have a 3 hotel monopoly?

Location of the hotel is great, literally opposite the mrt station. Room is nice and modern, we had 4 TVs! 1 in the living area, 2 in the bedroom, 1 in the bathroom. Cleaning was fine on the surface, but when we tilted out one of the TV (that’s supposed to be tilted out to face the bed) there was soooo much dust behind the tv and on the stand.

1. The door card didn't work to use the elevator, even with the help of the front desk. Then he had to replace it with another door card. Later, it was still inconvenient using it. 2. There was a sleeper left on the floor by the bed. 3. The AC control unit doesn't work. It was showing that the room was at 25 degrees Celsius but felt like 21 degrees. I had no idea adjusting it. 4. The quilt is too heavy, but it will be good for someone who sleeps in the winter in Alaska outdoors. 5. TV: I played the remote control for 10 minutes, and the only thing I could get was a self-paced movie and nothing else. 6. The breakfast: The main meal was cold. The sign shows free breakfast worth $480 New Taiwan Dollars. To me, it is only good for $100. 7. The swimming pool: It was Wednesday. In the lobby, there was a sign, "In Maintenance." The water level in the pool is close to my knees. The front said they were filling the pool, although I didn't see any water flowing into it. This level is dangerous. At this level, it is difficult to get up or swim.
