Property was ok, but the environment was not. Room smelled strongly of marijuana and multiple other guests were smoking right outside their rooms. Pool was drained. The person at the front desk was working at 2 locations, but was understanding and switched us to their other property. Both are right on the road and train tracks.

Comfortable and clean. Nice that it had a mini frig & microwave. The renovations were nice but little things should have been done as well such as the stainless steel fixtures are rusted and shelf that holds microwave needs to be replaced.

Convenient location for this stay. Seems upgrades and updates are taking place. I found my room to be clean and functional with fridge and microwave. Pleasant stay. Thanks

Had a wonderful experience and stay here. Room was newly renovated (as most of the property was) and very cozy. Rob was fantastic and truly one of a kind!

It was great location, i feel over priced for quality. They are doing a lot of upgrades so its in transition. No usb ports in room. But it was comfortable enough.

Cute & quiet little place, I enjoyed my stay & the man who did my check in was super sweet & kind. Would def recommend & will be coming back. Loved my little room & the pool was cute and clean

The pleace is recently/currently being upgraded, we had a brand new bed which was so nice. Space is so clean and even if certain areas had not been upgraded yet, it was clean and all things working perfectly!

Very friendly and addressed problems immediately. They're renovating the property so my room was fresh and clean. Not as expensive as other hotels in area. I would stay there again.

Reviews made it sound nicer than I experienced. This is apparently a motel under a new owner and it may become a very good place to stay but it still has a ways to go. Bed was very comfortable. Floors looked new as did the desk chair. TV was new but a bit hard to navigate since it is strictly a ROKU menu. Wifi was iffy - great in the bedroom but non-existent in the bathroom. Shower had a large patch of black mold on the ceiling. Smoke alarm was missing from room. Bathroom window did not lock. Neighborhood has deteriorated since I lived there in the 70s but I didn\'t feel unsafe. Had an old fashioned window type HVAC unit that was high on the wall and hard to reach/control. I always keep the fan on as "white noise" and it is definitely needed as there is a lot of traffic noise and trains passing throughout the night on the tracks about a block away. Manager was very friendly but was not at the location when I got there late afternoon. I had to call a phone number taped to the door and wait about 10 minutes for him to arrive in order to check in. I would avoid this location until more upgrades/repairs are in place.

The room was spacious and spotless. The mini split a/c was more than adequate. The manager was great. He allowed early check in and showed me thr room prior to me just going up there. I highly recommend the upgraded king room.

Pros: The interior of the room looked nice, like it had been recently updated. It was very clean and well-kept. The overhead rain shower was great. Wifi and AC worked well. Communications/service from the front desk were good. Cons: The TV didn't work in the first room I entered, so they moved me to a different room. Both rooms had a bit of a lingering odor of cigarette smoke (at this price I was not expecting to smell this). Not too bad but noticeable at all times, and could smell it on my clothes when I exited the room. Pillows could have been better quality. There were some stains on the ceiling which appeared to be mold. A lot of shady characters walking around the immediate area surrounding the property.

We open the door to room 19 on second floor, immediately strong scent of bleach was overwhelming and led me to wonder what they’re trying to hide. Pull the sheets back and found a pubic hair. I immediately called the front desk and they did come and change the sheets the next morning, as we were leaving at 7 AM there was no light at the bottom of the stairs and my husband tripped on the stairs. We had a flight to catch so I called and spoke with the manager, who basically had no resolution for my complaint.

Recently under new management, it was clear staff was working hard to deliver a good experience. Tiny things - the need to request soap, no tissue, no extra blanket in the room - would have made a huge difference. Big things - new mattress and bedding, cleanliness - were all great.

The staff and management are friendly and helpful but the clientele lower the rating. The rooms have very thin walls. You can hear everything happening in the adjacent room. Our neighbor blasted bass all night and we couldn’t sleep. People hanging out in the parking lot, going up and down the stairs and balcony all night being loud. In my opinion this is not a place for travelers or families who are seeking a safe and quiet night’s sleep. All of that being said, the room seemed clean and in good condition.

The room we had was number 4. It was so cute and funky. Bed canopy, turquois fridge and microwave. Clean and bug free. Cannot complain. Do not expect the Ritz, no frills, but we enjoyed our 2 days.

It’s your average motel, nothing special. However, the rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable.

Had to wait for someone to show up to check in at 3pm. Balcony is unsafe.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The only issue I had was that I was a late arrival. I was dropped off by an Uber to find that the office was closed. There was no manager or employee on site. There was a phone number to call on the door. I called that and it didn’t connect to anyone. That was an unsettling experience, a woman traveling alone sitting on the curb trying to come up with plan B. After about 15-20 minutes someone arrived, checked me in, and escorted me to my room. The room was upgraded beautifully and was very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again. But travelers should be made aware that there may not be anyone on site if a late arrival.

Just recently purchased and the new owner was very nice upon check in. He’s in the process of fixing the hotel up. Brand new bedding in the room, very clean and near to West Palm and Delray. The area is not the nicest but we never felt unsafe. I hear the area is very up and coming. Price was very reasonable considering the beautiful towns near by and their extremely high prices.

Did not area not safe

Not as advertised. Surrounding area felt unsafe. People lottering on the steps and walkways.

The property on the outside looks ran down. The room had holes in the wall that had been patched up. The bathroom was outdated bathroom had a smell of spoiled towels. The area around was horrible, police activity all night. They even went as far as having me and my partner enter the room due to a police operation happening on there property. Internet doesn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here.

Nice gem 15 m8nutes from Kravis Art ceter....great location. The only few things were no cups or tissues in the room...other than that it was great...no elevator to the second floor.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Affordable especially including breakfast.
