Everything good. Good rest, clean, helpful. Safe to stay. Restful. Note Homeless issue in Newnan(every town) is a problem. Lock your doors on your car. Watch for lurkers. Don't engage unless you have to. No indecedence where i felt threatened. Saw a homeless couple having sex in the bushes near the lot here. Hotel is doing all they can. You could see this sort of thing at any hotel, in any town, especially near a major interstate.

Horrible!!! Front desk lady was very strange and sketchy. Room number one had a roach, switched rooms only to be in a room with bugs everywhere! Phone didn’t work either. Hair in the bath tub. Second room smelled AWFUL. wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

I accidentally booked this room for the wrong weekend, which was my fault entirely. The only way they would allow me to cancel my booking without penalty is by booking another room for this weekend instead of the weekend I accidentally booked, as I didn’t have cancellation insurance. I understand why and hold the blame for making the mistake in the first place. However, on the first night, my girlfriend and I killed a roach and a spider. We weren’t seeing anything else, so we let it go. But then on the second night, we killed three more roaches. I’m an exterminator for a living, so I know what roaches they are and how quickly they reproduce. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels, because nobody cleaned our room after the first night. It was a little bit frustrating, but the young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful, which always helps. The breakfast was decent at best. But it was free, and it’s hard to argue with free. P.S. We read the reviews on the second night and there are quite a few complaints about roaches. For the staff’s information, our problem was on the third floor. I’d suggest doing something about it, but given the fact that there are reviews complaining about it that are months old, it’s doubtful to me that anything will be done.

Had people staring into our car on arrival, walked inside smelled like pot. Walked to our room, it was dirty with stains and mold in the bathroom the entire room reeked of pot. Went to immediately check out not even 10 mins on property no refund despite not using the room and terrible conditions.

Check-in was smooth. However, my child got sick at the property overnight, and the next morning I needed housekeeping to freshen up the room with new linens. My husband informed the front desk about the situation. The response we received was pitiful. I wasn't expecting housekeeping to handle the dirty sheets; I had already put them in a garbage bag, which my husband explained. For housekeeping to be nasty and say that's all they were doing is unacceptable. If you don't like your job, find a new career because the compassion was lacking. I hope the nasty lady doesn't have kids. To add to this, the lazy housekeeper left the mattress pad with vomit on it and just put clean sheets on top.

Good stay overall. Check in was slow as clerk was new and did not see any support. Someone was assigned my room a few minutes after I unpacked trying to enter with a key card. He went back down got a new room. Had to ask for towels on the 3rd day.

Hostess at breakfast was very nice and went out of her way to make you feel welcome. They did run out of items (waiting on truck). Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful when there. Need more desk personnel available and should not be left unattended especially checkout times.

My husband and I stay here when we come to visit our son and DIL. We haven’t been disappointed. However our check in this trip was a bit frustrating. We do book through a 3rd party Hotels.com. We had a confirmed King room. Granted we did book the same day. When we got there we were told there were none available and that we will have 2 Queen beds. While I waited for my husband in the lobby the same clerk stopped someone from housekeeping and asked if “the 3 king” rooms had been cleaned to which the person responded “all 3 are clean”. I said to the clerk, “I thought you had no King rooms”. She pretty rudely told me they were already reserved for people that didn’t book through a 3rd party. I understand we probably paid less and the queen room is acceptable but she treated us like we were pretty much the bottom of the barrel guests. My husband and I are retired and on a fixed income so we do try to save when we can. We come to visit our son as much as possible and enjoy staying at your hotel. It was just a bit embarrassing for us.

Overall the bed was comfy and the location easy to find. The staff we dealt with was professional, I think his name was Brian. The problem we had is as soon as we checked in we saw roaches interspersed through the room. I probably found 10 throughout the night. The other thing was the exit light they had at the door. It was bright and there was no way to dim the thing or turn it off.

The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Great variety. Nia was very kind and friendly. She always "had a beautiful smile on her face.

The gentleman who checked me in was extremely polite. However, the young lady who was handling the counter, and the breakfast in the morning was anything but polite. The beds were very comfortable but housekeeping could stand a little improvement. Maybe they just need a new vacuum cleaner and duster. Breakfast was the worst part they had run out of eggs and sausage. And they had not put out any butter or syrup for the waffles. When I asked about that they brought up empty container of sir did you had to take the lid off to pour out little remained. Overall it was OK but based on other hotels I have stayed in it was over priced. And like a lot of Expedia rooms, I had a great view of the entrance roof.

Good except the breakfast was pathetic. Warm dried out scrambled eggs and sausage. Make your own bland waffles. Two or three dry cereals. No fruit. No bread or toast. Nothing else. We were there during posted breakfast time.

Hostess at breakfast was very nice and went out of her way to make you feel welcome. They did run out of items (waiting on truck). Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful when there. Need more desk personnel available and should not be left unattended especially checkout times.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The air conditioning was loud and the room had some damage, including in the bathroom, though it was all functional. The staff was very friendly.

Stayed overnight on a longer trip. Very nice, clean, updated, and quiet. Had good free breakfast too.

Room was spotless and an extremely comfortable bed. Reception staff were really helpful and went out of there way to help print off directions. Breakfast was pleasant with a choice of cereals,waffles,bagels,toast,yoghurt and fruit. Happy to return if in the area again.

I had no issues except for the refrigerator had the room smelling horrible the whole stay even after maintenance came and thawed it out!!! Perfume did not mask the horrible smell!!

We had a pretty good stay. The lady at the front desk when we checked in Friday night was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and in good shape, except for our shower curtain which needs to be replaced. It was falling apart in a couple places. We also had some trouble with the TV, but the front desk attendant promptly came and helped us figure it out. The only complaint I had about our stay was rude breakfast service the first day. To be fair, we did not realize breakfast service ended at 9. We got downstairs at 8:50. I helped my two younger kids get their food and get settled. I was finishing up making a waffle for my oldest child and starting my own plate when whoever was in charge of breakfast came in, turned off the lights, and started packing everything up while another gentleman and myself were in line. I thought that was incredibly rude and tacky. I get that breakfast closes at 9 and she had a job to do, but in the hospitality industry, you have to have grace for the people you’re serving. If she had waited five minutes, I could have grabbed what I needed and been done. There wasn’t anyone else coming down to eat, so she could have easily closed up after we finished. She could have kindly addressed us and let us know the kitchen was closing and to please get what we needed. Turning off the lights and putting stuff away while people are actively in line, not caring if they get enough foodis not hospitality. I’ve never been treated like that at a hotel before.
