Room smelled like cigarette smoke although it is advertised as smoke free hotel. Carpet was stained with some type of grease. Sheets smelled as if they were not cleaned after previous guest. Window courtains had blood stains. Ice machine not working. Pictures showed a hardwood floor room but was carpet. ADVERTISED AS A 3-STAR HOTEL AND IT IS DEFINITELY NOT A 3-STAR HOTEL!

Old , was probably great 50 years ago. Paint in rooms is peeling, rugs look decrepit. No laundry facilities for guests. We rode in on motorcycles and were caught in a near monsoon. Staff doesn’t even know if there is a local laundromat nor offered use of their industrial dryer to dry our riding gear. Many other better choices including other Days Inn in this town

the room was fine but the rest was last year dirty. leaves in hallways from last fall. Lobby had to be 100 degrees. Outside was hot but waiting for counter person which took a while. I was sweating terrible. website pictures were very miss leading. I would never stay again.

Awful! Do NOT stay here. They have us a room with someone else it it. Security cameras were hanging off the walls and they couldn’t serve breakfast due to a private party taking over the dining space. Seriously thought it was a sex party with all the windows covered in black and the clientele walking in. Asked for a refund. They argued about hotels.com had to give it to me and hotels.com stated hotel charges me. Then see hotel DID charge me. I will have to dispute Monday.

I would not stay at this facility again nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. First, I noticed that when entering the wing that my room was on, there’s definitely a need for some TLC. My room in particular had a very musty smell that was very irritating. Another thing that really bothered me was in the parking lot, there were three broke down vehicles with flat tires and at other times I saw two other guests (I assume) that had the hoods of their cars open and we’re working on their vehicles in the parking.

I would not stay at this facility again nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. First, I noticed that when entering the wing that my room was on, there’s definitely a need for some TLC. This run down hotel got a lot of room available . New owner brought it open the door right away. They're doing remodel at night which make noises. Lobby smelled like india foods. Not a good choice to stay in this hotel.

I refused to stay here! The property was totally misrepresented on Expedia! The area outside the entrance was dirty, the lobby was worse. Before I would check in I asked to see the room. The hallways were dirty, there was a huge hot water heater in the hall appeared to be in use and leaking. i opened the door to the room and the smell was overpowering! The carpet was stained and dirty. I left, went to the front desk and told the clerk I would not be staying due to property conditions. I won't be dealing with Expedia again!

This facility was great in its day, but it is terribly run down. unless someone takes action to renew this facility, it won't be long and it will have to close its doors. Either business will decline to the point of having no business or the health department will close it. I feel there is an opportunity to correct this situation, but it will have to happen soon.

Hotel was filthy and run down, pictures on Hotels.com were didn't represent the actual condition of the property. I was shown 3 rooms all were filthy, the last one have several large stains on the carpet and several spills or splashed on the walls. The outside look just as rundown as the inside.

Is nothing like the photos! Paid 900 for 4 days here. Based off the pictures, totally worth it. Getting there... the carpet has wet spots where standing water has been, there was a new smell each time we walked in, never got clean towels much less someone in our room to clean any of the days, pur blankets/sheets were stained brown at the top due to dirt and lack of attempting to clean them, the room was not much bigger than a cereal box, the ceiling light had two bulbs missing, the entire place looked and gave sketchy vibes. Had we had another option, we would of taken it. Thankfully walmart was across the street because that was our first stop. Clorox wipes, lysol, magic erasers, and microban. We legit cleaned and disinfected our room and bathroom before doing anything. We got an airfreshener for our room to cover the musty cigarette smell. Please, take it from someone who was throughly upset and unhappy about spending almost 1k on a room, go stay anywhere but here, you'll thank me later, promise.

The hotel lobby was dirty and the hallways were littered with debris. When I got to my room I noticed cobwebs hanging in the corners. The beds had big stains on the spreads and I lifted the mattresses and found crumbs and dirt between the mattress and box springs. I was in town on a family emergency and didn't have many options to get a room quickly. As it turned out my family member passed away and I was fortunate enough to leave the hotel before even setting my luggage down. Entire facility gave me an uncomfortable feeling.

The room was decent. Needed to continue repairs in the bathroom where it was spackled on the wall. The hot water could have been hotter and wish there was carpet on the floors. Other than that, we had a nice stay and the staff was very friendly and courteous.

I knew pulling in the lot at check-in it was an old property, but, the place didn’t smell like old moldy carpet, the room I was placed in was quite surprising. Newer laminate wood flooring, a very decent mattress, and a shower head that works for a taller guy like myself. (Kind of nice to not have to bend down and rinse my hair) Additionally, breakfast was ready every day at 0600, biscuits and gravy, with cereal options and a waffle maker.

Needs updated, check in took forever, then key wouldn't work that took about another 20min. Cause person at desk wasn't at the desk. Room was dirty, as a matter of fact the whole motel was dingy and dirty. But it was quiet.

Dani at the front desk went above and beyond serving up and she was super friendly and prompt and right there to make sure we were properly accommodated every time we called me personally to be completely honest don't really care for the hotel simply because of its geographical location and some of the people that frequent this particular Hotel but after getting the service that I did from her I would most definitely return for another stay

Dani at the front desk went above and beyond serving up and she was super friendly and prompt and right there to make sure we were properly accommodated every time we called me personally to be completely honest don't really care for the hotel simply because of its geographical location and some of the people that frequent this particular Hotel but after getting the service that I did from her I would most definitely return for another stay

Is nothing like the photos! Paid 900 for 4 days here. Based off the pictures, totally worth it. Getting there... the carpet has wet spots where standing water has been, there was a new smell each time we walked in, never got clean towels much less someone in our room to clean any of the days, pur blankets/sheets were stained brown at the top due to dirt and lack of attempting to clean them, the room was not much bigger than a cereal box, the ceiling light had two bulbs missing, the entire place looked and gave sketchy vibes. Had we had another option, we would of taken it. Thankfully walmart was across the street because that was our first stop. Clorox wipes, lysol, magic erasers, and microban. We legit cleaned and disinfected our room and bathroom before doing anything. We got an airfreshener for our room to cover the musty cigarette smell. Please, take it from someone who was throughly upset and unhappy about spending almost 1k on a room, go stay anywhere but here, you'll thank me later, promise.

The room was clean and fine. There is some construction going on inside so there was a strong chemical smell in the halls and dining area. The breakfast was stale biscuits and sausage gravy. No decaf and no juice. Did have toast, yogurt, pancakes, and regular coffee. Not bad for the money

Awful! Do NOT stay here. They have us a room with someone else it it. Security cameras were hanging off the walls and they couldn’t serve breakfast due to a private party taking over the dining space. Seriously thought it was a sex party with all the windows covered in black and the clientele walking in. Asked for a refund. They argued about hotels.com had to give it to me and hotels.com stated hotel charges me. Then see hotel DID charge me. I will have to dispute Monday.

I knew pulling in the lot at check-in it was an old property, but, the place didn’t smell like old moldy carpet, the room I was placed in was quite surprising. Newer laminate wood flooring, a very decent mattress, and a shower head that works for a taller guy like myself. (Kind of nice to not have to bend down and rinse my hair) Additionally, breakfast was ready every day at 0600, biscuits and gravy, with cereal options and a waffle maker.

This hotel is very run down. Has smell all over. Breakfast was set out one hour LATE. Just put out biscuits and gravy. HAD TO GO ELSEWHERE TO GET BREAKFAST. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The room was dirty so I asked for another room. That one was cleaner but not great. If I wasn’t so tired I would have left and went elsewhere. This is the first time I experienced this.

There was mold, rust, nothing was clean at all. Sheets had stains. The sink moved and was dirty. We requested to move due to these issues and were accomodated but found the same maybe slightly cleaner. This made me question why we got a dirtier one first. Seems the owning family lives and works there so I'm sure the only decent rooms are theirs. Breakfast was not worth even offering and not refilled so if you dont come right away you will not get what little they do offer. Waffle maker broken. They're currently under some sort of renovation. I truly considered leaving and even calling the health dept with the amount of mold present but as a non resident travelling with our child for my husbands job it was inconvenient to do any of that. In VA quality inns are NOTHING like this so maybe the area orrrr it was trash when they bought it but WOW. Definitely got what we paid for but had already drove 15+ hours and genuinely just did not feel like switching hotels but id advise avoiding this location unless you absolutely have no other choice or the renovations are done. We cleaned both rooms pictures are shown even the rolling chair at the desk made the wash cloth brown we had to use all the towels they gave in the room to clean it well enough.
