Otel gerçekten her şey dahil konsepti ile çalışan otellerden çok az farklı. Havuzun büyüklüğü kimse ile dip dibe olmaya imkan vermiyor. Açık büfedeki çeşitlilik ise bence gayet yerinde ve lezzetli idi. Biz bayramda konakladık ,akşamları canlı müzik vardı ve bu da keyifli bir akşam geçirmemizi sağladı

Check in went smoothly (we were 4 people with 2 rooms), the outdoor infrastructure was fantastic (pools, waterslides, etc.), and the breakfast was good. However, we would not stay there again because the air conditioning system does not work properly. We stayed during the summer when it was really hot outside and in both of our rooms we could never get the air conditioning to go below 26 degrees celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit) despite running it on full blast and setting it to 19 C. We called the front desk several times and they sent a technician who determined that it was working fine, but it was only blowing room temperature air and not cooling. They reluctantly agreed to move us to another room but the lowest the temp we ever got in the new room was 24 C well into the middle of the night. There is clearly a hotel-wide problem that they know about as evidenced by the large standalone air conditioning unit they placed in the breakfast room which was the only cool room in the entire hotel. If air conditioning is important to you, I would search for another place to stay.

NO BEER. Overall the hotel is good, they don't offer full meals, but that wasn't a problem for us, they only offered us breakfast but it was very expensive. Every day there was good service in the room and removal of towels. NO BEER. NO BEER. There were minor problems with the room, but it's not terrible. Air conditioning was very weak. The Internet was with a hotspot, a few hours ago we had to enter a lot of data to log in, but in general there was a range, but the Internet is weak. The pools are very good, the children are very happy with the slides, and that was the most important thing. NO BEER. Room with a garden view, actually a view of the parking lot and the mosque, and every morning at 4:30 a.m. he woke us up. AND NO BEER.

The internet is very little for such a hotel, and during peak hours it was not available at all and the maximum allowed is 2 devices per reservation. Of course, waking up every morning at 4 a.m. was also unpleasant. Overall the hotel is good, but there is a lot to add.

Overall pleasant stay rooms were great, but there was issue with the wifi( not secure enough) someone hacked our email and my kids app store on ipad, but we recovered back. Also we tried to bill to our room when we purchase whether to use the spa service or in the pool, we couldn’t, we had to pay separately all the time. We complained to reception but they just said they will investigate thats all. No apology or tried to do anything. Also for 5 star hotel food was average.

Check in went smoothly (we were 4 people with 2 rooms), the outdoor infrastructure was fantastic (pools, waterslides, etc.), and the breakfast was good. However, we would not stay there again because the air conditioning system does not work properly. We stayed during the summer when it was really hot outside and in both of our rooms we could never get the air conditioning to go below 26 degrees celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit) despite running it on full blast and setting it to 19 C. We called the front desk several times and they sent a technician who determined that it was working fine, but it was only blowing room temperature air and not cooling. They reluctantly agreed to move us to another room but the lowest the temp we ever got in the new room was 24 C well into the middle of the night. There is clearly a hotel-wide problem that they know about as evidenced by the large standalone air conditioning unit they placed in the breakfast room which was the only cool room in the entire hotel. If air conditioning is important to you, I would search for another place to stay.

Overall pleasant stay rooms were great, but there was issue with the wifi( not secure enough) someone hacked our email and my kids app store on ipad, but we recovered back. Also we tried to bill to our room when we purchase whether to use the spa service or in the pool, we couldn’t, we had to pay separately all the time. We complained to reception but they just said they will investigate thats all. No apology or tried to do anything. Also for 5 star hotel food was average.

Hayatımda bu kadar kötü bir deneyim yaşamadım. Akşam 19:30'da check-in yaptık. Odamızın hazır olmadığını ve temizliğe yeni başlandığını gördük.19:30'da odanın hala hazır olmaması kabul edilebilir değil. Bununla ilgili tepkimizi dile getirdiğimizde 2 tek yataklı bir oda alternatifi sunuldu ki king bed'li bir odaydı bizim rezervasyonumuz. Sesimizi çıkarmasak bir alternatif olduğu halde orada bekletiliyorsunuz. Bu arada sunulan alternatif oda sistemde kirli görünüyor, resepsiyondaki arkadaşlardan biri temiz olduğunu iddia ediyor, diğeri teyit istiyor, telefon ile kat hizmetlerine ulaşmaya çalışıyorlar ve gözümüzün önünde birbirleriyle tartışıyorlar. Güç bela odamıza varınca da bir 10 dk sonra çat diye odamıza bir görevli dalıyor ve kettle'daki suyu dökmediğini, onu temizleyeceğini söylüyor! Bu arada benim check-in esnasında gösterdiğim tepkiden dolayı check out saatimizi 18:00 olarak güncelliyorlar ve bize verdikleri oda kartında da bu yazıyor. -19:30'da hazır olmayan odadan sabah 11:00'de check out yapmayacağımı söylemiştim.- Sabah kahvaltıya indik ve saat 09:45'te bir çok şey bitmiş, asla eksikler yenilenmiyor, 10 tane ürün var, 1 maşa var ve dakikalarca maşa bekliyorsun. Çıkış yapacağımız gün 16:00'da otelden aranıyorum ve check-out saatiniz geldi diyor. Zaten hazırlanmıştık çıkıyorduk ama bizim check-outumuz 18:00 diyorum ve girişteki rezil deneyimden sonra çıkışta da rezalet bir deneyim oluyor.

Hotel an sich ist Top, die Umgebung ist Grotten schlecht. Keine ausgebauten Straßen, Zugang zum Hotel ist schlecht, Aktivitäten sind gleich 0. Beim Check outen wollten sie uns noch ne Rechnung aufdrücken, war aber dann doch ein Fehler. Auffüllen von Toilettenpapier war nicht wie Kaffee und Wasser.

NO BEER. Overall the hotel is good, they don't offer full meals, but that wasn't a problem for us, they only offered us breakfast but it was very expensive. Every day there was good service in the room and removal of towels. NO BEER. NO BEER. There were minor problems with the room, but it's not terrible. Air conditioning was very weak. The Internet was with a hotspot, a few hours ago we had to enter a lot of data to log in, but in general there was a range, but the Internet is weak. The pools are very good, the children are very happy with the slides, and that was the most important thing. NO BEER. Otel gerçekten her şey dahil konsepti ile çalışan otellerden çok az farklı. Havuzun büyüklüğü kimse ile dip dibe olmaya imkan vermiyor. Açık büfedeki çeşitlilik ise bence gayet yerinde ve lezzetli idi. Biz bayramda konakladık ,akşamları canlı müzik vardı ve bu da keyifli bir akşam geçirmemizi sağladı

Hayatımda bu kadar kötü bir deneyim yaşamadım. Akşam 19:30'da check-in yaptık. Odamızın hazır olmadığını ve temizliğe yeni başlandığını gördük.19:30'da odanın hala hazır olmaması kabul edilebilir değil. Bununla ilgili tepkimizi dile getirdiğimizde 2 tek yataklı bir oda alternatifi sunuldu ki king bed'li bir odaydı bizim rezervasyonumuz. Sesimizi çıkarmasak bir alternatif olduğu halde orada bekletiliyorsunuz. Bu arada sunulan alternatif oda sistemde kirli görünüyor, resepsiyondaki arkadaşlardan biri temiz olduğunu iddia ediyor, diğeri teyit istiyor, telefon ile kat hizmetlerine ulaşmaya çalışıyorlar ve gözümüzün önünde birbirleriyle tartışıyorlar. Bu arada benim check-in esnasında gösterdiğim tepkiden dolayı check out saatimizi 18:00 olarak güncelliyorlar ve bize verdikleri oda kartında da bu yazıyor. -19:30'da hazır olmayan odadan sabah 11:00'de check out yapmayacağımı söylemiştim.- Sabah kahvaltıya indik ve saat 09:45'te bir çok şey bitmiş, asla eksikler yenilenmiyor, 10 tane ürün var, 1 maşa var ve dakikalarca maşa bekliyorsun. Çıkış yapacağımız gün 16:00'da otelden aranıyorum ve check-out saatiniz geldi diyor. Zaten hazırlanmıştık çıkıyorduk ama bizim check-outumuz 18:00 diyorum ve girişteki rezil deneyimden sonra çıkışta da rezalet bir deneyim oluyor.

Old room and wear and tear mostly in the bathroom. The other hotel guests were so loud until very late and no one at the hotel did anything about it. Kids running around and slamming doors. Did not use the amenities or had breakfast. Best thing was the view of the water.
