Alles super. Mega stylisch und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das einzige was noch zu verbessern wäre, wäre der Service. Keine Handtücher für unsere Kleine, kein Frühstücksvoucher für die Kleine, Badartikel wurden nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

It is a bit far from Florence's main sights (20-30min walk) if you plan to explore the city on foot, and the first 10 minutes of the walk are not particularly picturesque. For us, it felt somewhat overpriced at €500 per night, considering it was essentially a nice room without many amenities or additional services. It felt more like an apartment rental than a boutique hotel. There is no front desk; instead, communication is handled through a single contact via WhatsApp. That person was helpful and friendly. Our room had a few maintenance issues. Most were minor, but for us it was too hot at night and we could not figure out how to make it cooler. Breakfast is provided through vouchers for a café across the street. The food was very good, and the portions were generous. Next time we would probably choose a place closer to the historic sights.

We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot when I visit Florence so all I needed was sunscreen. Another option I wish they had was the tv didn't cast from our phones and it would've been nice to watch out Netflix prime or apple tv. The breakfast was incredible ! And you had plenty of time to enjoy. The options were great and all fresh and delicious. The staff at the restaurant were also very kind and hospitable. I truly enjoyed the kind staff. Location is quiet and still close enough to the action. I can not wait to come back for a longer stay at the Fornace Suites.
