It wasnt bad but definitely not perfect either.. halls were dirty, elevator was down after storm ppl managing didnt seem to care.. very limited on items in room unless u wanted to pay for them.. Room was dirty needed swept n moped but great otherwise.. an u was responsible to take ur trash out.. kinda like living at home but without the chaos..

Took three tries to discover the key to our assigned room would only work with a master key so we were switched rooms. Chech in was difficult they wanted us to pay after we had already prepaid. There was spital in the corners and down the wall of the elevator from tobbacco chewer. No breakfast. We had to wash our feet from the dirt on the floor in our room. Zero recommendations for ever repeating a visit. This was fir our 15th wedding anniversary made it memorable just not in a good way.

0/5 starts for me! Do not stay here! When I first booked this hotel it said there was a pool and breakfast. Upon arrival i found out that they did not have a pool and there was no breakfast. Now that I’m back in to write this review it seems as if they updated it to reflect that however at the time of booking it said pool and breakfast. Now, those are minimal complaints which I was okay with. Check in wasn’t until 3 and we had a wedding at 3 so during cocktail hour I went to the hotel to check in. When I got to the front desk, I noticed an odd odor that I couldn’t put my finger on. I checked in and went back to the wedding but man do I wish I would of checked the room before I went back the wedding. When we returned around 10pm, the parking lot was packed. Lots of traveling workers and they were tailgating, blaming music and drinking. You could smell weed through the parking lot and as you enter the building. We got our stuff and our 4 kids and headed inside to give it a try. Upon entering, you could tell that this was not exactly a hotel but more of a crackhouse. I wish I could say I’m overacting but I’m not. It’s extremely sketchy. When we got to our room, it had an Uninviting, uncomfortable feeling and the floors were very sticky. The room was more beat up and looked barley like the pictures posted on here. We immediately turned around and left. It’s far from family friendly and quite frankly, should be shut down.

Definitely a "bare bones" hotel, but it was clean and quiet. The check in was painfully slow due to printer problem and no desk clerk after late afternoon so don\'t lose your room card!!

Stayed 4 Days. Poor QAQC of room booking; overbooked, no accountability from staff, no breakfast, no ice machine, no room service to change linen, stairways smelled like a pool (there was no pool) & hallways smelled like pee. Honestly, would never stay again.

This place is vile, beyond filthy. I was barefoot for one hour and my feet were black with sticky, hairy, sludge as if I\'d been walking in tar. Floor was like a movie theater that offered haircuts. I think there was human poop on the head board of my bed. Even the plastic wrapped soap was covered in grime. Walls were paper thin and heavily stained. The room smelled like Dollar Store candles. The cabinet dresser was missing drawers. The pilled, rough bedding only came with one flimsy foam pillow. The bathroom has cigarette burns on the toilet and mirror. The front desk lost my reservation, charged me more for each of the 3 rooms I\'d reserved on Expedia, and took over 40 minutes. I asked if the rooms could be together and received no reply, just a blank stare at the floor. Attendant called management for help locating my reservation and were told "nothing they could do." We were the only person there. They only gave us one key per room. When we tried to flee, the elevator broke. There is no morning/ overnight attendant if locked out

Wouldn’t recommend. The whole placed smelled weird like cigarettes and weird food. Went to the front desk at one point and there was no employee to be found for hours. room had a hole in the wall and there were cockroaches. we didnt even stay the night an as there was no person at the front desk we just left. i have pictures of the cockroach if some one wants it. also the bed had hair in it so i think it was dirty sheets yuck

Worst hotel i have ever put someone in. I set one of my crew memebers up here and the bed had blood and dirt all over it. Walls had holes in them. Place smelt like puke. Roaches in drawers. Nasty plastic bag over fire detector. This is a crack motel in short. Dont let the online pictures fool you

The room seemed clean until i went to the bathroom, there was an inch of dust covering the exhaust fan. Holes in the bathroom door, and a kid weilding a gun throughout the hotel late at night. When the cops were called the ones who reported him got punished by not being allowed to talk to other guests they were on the salvation army progam for tempory housing eventually they were kicked out because

The hotel appeared decent on your website but was anything but. Blood all over the bathroom in the first room they tried to put us in as well as filthy floors, broken drawers and cabinets in the kitchenette, and bathroom door destroyed. The 2nd room had cockroaches crawling all over. Our car would have probably been broken into in their parking lot. We definitely did not stay here. We left and had to find another hotel. The place was like a crack house, flop house, brothel and mental institution all into one location. Unfortunately, I will probably be unable to get our money back on this disaster of a "hotel".

First thing we noticed when we arrived was the floor was sticky and a large hole in the door that had been poorly patched. Checked the bed and thought there was a stain in the pillow case like it was dirty. Took the pillow out of the pillow case and it was covered in old blood stains. Then lifted the sheets to find a filthy mattress with more blood stains and some other unknown black stains. The only good thing that came out of this reservation was they refunded my money. -1000/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

This felt like a combination of hotel and an apartment stay. I expected a standard hotel however when arrived at 3pm ut was a pleasant surprise (booked on line). I asked about a maid service and she said they don't have it. Everyone seemed friendly enough however it was an odd experiencing since I didn't realize this was there business model OR the manager was saving cost. We were spending much time at the hotel so we didn't care much since it was cheap per night however I think we could have had full service. If you just need a cheap place to crash this would be OK. The TV was small, the was a smoky smell all the time however the WIFI was great, the hotel was set up so that we had a 2 burner cooktop, and full refrigerator,/freezer.

There were many holes in the walls of our room and the floor was super sticky. The hallways reeked of marijuana, were super loud, and teenagers yelling and screaming through the hallways and parking lot. About 10:30 at night multiple police showed up due to partying and people hiding in rooms.

There is nothing to like at this property - I mean really! Check-In was smooth, but upon entering my room I found the wood blinds on the only window badly manhandled and damaged. The room smelled of pet-odor. I hardly got any sleep all-night and got up groggy. This property is absolutely no good even if your stop is for a good night’s sleep (mine was a stop during a road-trip).

Everything was wrong. There was people hanging around the building. I was afraid to leave my car overnight. The staff was horrible, rude and just not professional. I would not be staying there again. I would like to have a refund if possible I got no sleep every time I try to go to the Front desk nobody was there. It was just very noisy. People above me were making a lot of noise. It was crowded with a lot of children. I think it temporary housing for families. There was a hole in the wall in my room. That didn't really bother me. But no dish soap. Very little toiletries. Bare minimum. I travel through the area a few times a year, and I need a full fridge. It was OK. Not my favorite. I stayed across the highway in May, will probably do so again.

First of all my room I was given, when I walked in it was aready accupied by another guest. Good thing they were not in the room. I was given another room. The room had a strange smell, im chaulking it up to a disinfectant. The outside was well lit, and was clean. Overall my impression I can only give it a 5 out of 10.

When I arrived at the hotel , no one was at the front desk. No one answered my phone calls and no one answered the help line. I was waiting for over an hour until some employee ( not a front desk employee) happened to show up. He had to ask for help via phone , to finally check me in. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely not stay again , even though I have business to attend in the area, at least 10 times per year.

For anyone who receives a phone call stating they have no more vacant rooms specified to whatever you booked get everything in writing get their names whoever whomever told you what. My room was changed to a single bed instead of the two bed room was told I was getting the difference refunded and it has been a massive problem since just for the difference though the employee stated I was getting the refund. Conveniently when asked about that night, the record was unavailable so for anyone booking here keep records of the interactions and statements that were told to you if they said they will refund it get it in writing get their name have them sign it time date everything.

Waited 30 plus minutes to check in and had to leave before we could get checked in because of schedule. Came back later that night, and hotel was overbooked and seemed quite sketchy. Finally got a room after another 45 minute wait.

Went to check in after a long drive and found the front desk closed! Called the number provided on the front door and was to that the front desk manager was gone for the evening at a wedding anniversary party and there wasn’t anything he could do. Terrible service all around!

When I arrived to check in, the front desk was closed and I was not able to checkin. When I called the company they said there was nothing they could do because I reserved through Expedia. I called Expedia and they didn’t help either. So, I wasted money on a reservation I never used.

0/5 starts for me! Do not stay here! When I first booked this hotel it said there was a pool and breakfast. Upon arrival i found out that they did not have a pool and there was no breakfast. Now that I’m back in to write this review it seems as if they updated it to reflect that however at the time of booking it said pool and breakfast. Now, those are minimal complaints which I was okay with. Check in wasn’t until 3 and we had a wedding at 3 so during cocktail hour I went to the hotel to check in. When I got to the front desk, I noticed an odd odor that I couldn’t put my finger on. I checked in and went back to the wedding but man do I wish I would of checked the room before I went back the wedding. When we returned around 10pm, the parking lot was packed. Lots of traveling workers and they were tailgating, blaming music and drinking. You could smell weed through the parking lot and as you enter the building. We got our stuff and our 4 kids and headed inside to give it a try. Upon entering, you could tell that this was not exactly a hotel but more of a crackhouse. I wish I could say I’m overacting but I’m not. It’s extremely sketchy. When we got to our room, it had an Uninviting, uncomfortable feeling and the floors were very sticky. The room was more beat up and looked barley like the pictures posted on here. We immediately turned around and left. It’s far from family friendly and quite frankly, should be shut down.

There were many holes in the walls of our room and the floor was super sticky. The hallways reeked of marijuana, were super loud, and teenagers yelling and screaming through the hallways and parking lot. About 10:30 at night multiple police showed up due to partying and people hiding in rooms.

The hotel appeared decent on your website but was anything but. Blood all over the bathroom in the first room they tried to put us in as well as filthy floors, broken drawers and cabinets in the kitchenette, and bathroom door destroyed. The 2nd room had cockroaches crawling all over. Our car would have probably been broken into in their parking lot. We definitely did not stay here. We left and had to find another hotel. The place was like a crack house, flop house, brothel and mental institution all into one location. Unfortunately, I will probably be unable to get our money back on this disaster of a "hotel".

Took three tries to discover the key to our assigned room would only work with a master key so we were switched rooms. Chech in was difficult they wanted us to pay after we had already prepaid. There was spital in the corners and down the wall of the elevator from tobbacco chewer. No breakfast. We had to wash our feet from the dirt on the floor in our room. Zero recommendations for ever repeating a visit. This was fir our 15th wedding anniversary made it memorable just not in a good way.

Having a room with a kitchen sounds great till u realize everyone else on your floor has a kitchen and there is 30 different meals being prepared at the same time in the afternoon, just wasn’t for me, staff was nice, room was livable, tv service would work intermittently. Not terrible but not good.

Check-in was slow, not very courteous. I got yelled at for not having put in my reservation that I was traveling with the service Dog, which I very well did not once but twice got blamed for the third-party not having gotten any information to her.. get reprimanded for the third-party not getting the information to her computer that I was traveling with a pet, which is a service animal which she asked me why I needed a service Animal, which is no no no. It is an extended stay hotel with no dishes no silverware, no hand towels, barely a blanket on the bed and no ice machine in the whole hotel. I will never stay at one again, and I will never recommend anyone that I know to stay at one again.

The room was not good at all. We actually walked in and out immediately and found another place to stay. Bed looked like a cot and chair was damaged all over the surface. The maintenance man was very helpful with us since we arrived around 11pm and he helped get us assistance.
