I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my disappointing stay: Location: 2/5 The hotel is situated on a noisy street, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. The constant street noise made it challenging to relax, especially during the night. If you're sensitive to noise, I would recommend looking for alternative accommodations. Customer Service: 1/5 The level of customer service provided by the staff fell short of expectations. From the moment of check-in to various interactions throughout my stay, I found the staff to be unresponsive and unaccommodating. It's disheartening when the service does not match the hospitality one would expect from a hotel. Amenities - Pool Access: 2/5 One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the promise of a pool, which, unfortunately, turned out to be inaccessible during my stay. The hotel is very modern. It has a calm beach right out front. Parking is easy to find however the parking meters are a nightmare make sure to ask the reception for a recommended parking lot. The hotel has an app where you can ask for all addition requests. Our unfortunately didn’t work during our 6 day stay but the reception took all our request without a problem. Check in was smooth and they kindly held our bags until the room was ready. Only reason I can’t give it a 5 star is because the shower was not well taken care of in our room. It was very spacious however the shower plate was not well taken care of. It’s a pity because it’s a gorgeous shower! The whole decor of the hotel was very nice.

Hotellet ligger tæt på strand,( udsigten er fantastisk). Tæt på attraktioner, Personalet er søde, og hjælpsomme,så det er et plus. Morgenmaden er mangelfuld, ikke ret meget udvalg. Der er meget lydt, ikke fedt når der er en stor vej tæt på. Poolen 2x2 meter. Hotellet virker som om man havde ambitioner om at bygge et 5 stjernet, men løb tør for penge. Vi havde et pragtfuldt ophold, så værrer er det heller ikke.😊

Nice hotel. Room comfortable and well equiped. About 2 mile walk into historic centre and a mile to beach area. If using public transport some buses stop close to the hotel. Global runa relaly good island bus service Hotel has nice rooftop area but pool is a plunge pool not a full swimming pool

Es un hotel muy bonito y moderno,con vistas increíbles tiene una terraza preciosa,lo único que no me gusto es que tenían cerrada la piscina y pues ninguno de los demás hoteles cierran sus piscinas así que no comprendo este por qué la cierra,sin embargo todo lo demás fue excelente

Ubicación ideal, desayuno completo y sin duda el personal es muy amable!! Sin embargo, bastante decepcionada con el estado del hotel que a pesar de ser de construcción nueva (2018), de 4 estrellas y con precio alto, le falta mantenimiento habitual.

Hotel súper limpio y precioso , está situado en una zona 10/10 cerca de todo y enfrente de la playa , en mi llegada me hicieron un upgrade a una habitación con vistas al mar . Un gesto top , trabajadores súper amables y el desayuno uno de los mejores que eh tenido el placer de disfrutar .

Good location opposite the beach. Room was soundproof from traffic. Room had fridge and Samsung TV to stream from your tablet Powerful shower. Staff friendly and helpful. No toilet brush and drying mat from shower though. Supplied coffee wasn't the best

The beds were very comfortable. Very helpful staff. Breakfast OK for a few days, otherwise boring. Court yard room had the only window in the bathroom looking out into a shaft with the see through walls of the elevator going up and down. Never saw the sky. So paid extra to get a sea view room. Sea view room window had dirty plastic 'waves' decor screwed to the outside which totally obliterated the view! Who wants to look at plastic decor. Hot water in the shower was continuously blasted with cold water. No bathroom door and glass shower cabinet right beside the bed. The hotel I felt was designed for looks rather than practical use. Would never stay there again.

Thank you so much for a great stay. Great service, so friendly. Lovely to sit at the roof topp terassse enjoying the food, view and someting nice in the glass. Good selection for breakfast. The hotel has perfect location to the beach, shopping areas, wellness and restaurants. I was not aware when I ordered that the hotel not have balcany and that we could not see out the window from our room. The view was inside the hotell. It is however possible to order room with view. But not a problem since the hotel has a lovely roof top.

The breakfast was really good, the attention from Lili was amazing I really recommended, she was very kind and helpful with some indications about the island. Another good point is the terrace the food was very good👍

Arrived at the hotel about 2hrs early, so our room was not ready . OK . So thought we would put luggage in a luggage room . The receptionist then said we do have a room ready but you have to pay 12 euro if you want it . We did pay this as time saved on holiday is a good thing . We booked this hotel last year and it was a very nice room ....This room this time was smaller , a bit noisy as the gym was just above us , we were in this room for 7 nights but didn't want to complain. MY POINT IS THAT THERE WAS A ROOM READY, AS WE WERE IN IT AND FOR 7 NIGHTS, BUT WE WERE CHARGED 12 EUROS EXTRA FOR THIS ROOM. WHY? IT WAS NOT AS GOOD AS THE ROOM WE HAD LAST YEAR. Anyway we had a fantastic holiday but will not be staying at this hotel again ...Principle . We were charged for a room that was ready .

Muy buena ubicación relativamente cerca de la playa de las canteras y lugares de interés turístico. Hace falta usar transporte para llegar al centro histórico, pero hay paradas de bus cerca. Lo unico reseñable negativo, sería la luz natural en la habitación. Al dar a un patio interno, no llega casi nada, lo que hace que la habitacion este en penumbra constante.

Good location opposite the beach. Room was soundproof from traffic. Room had fridge and Samsung TV to stream from your tablet Powerful shower. Staff friendly and helpful. No toilet brush and drying mat from shower though. Supplied coffee wasn't the best

Nice hotel. Room comfortable and well equiped. About 2 mile walk into historic centre and a mile to beach area. If using public transport some buses stop close to the hotel. Global runa relaly good island bus service Hotel has nice rooftop area but pool is a plunge pool not a full swimming pool

Fue espectacular desde la recepción hasta la salida del hotel. El desayuno riquísimo y las vistas no tienen precio. La arquitectura moderna y vanguardista me encantó. Volveré sin duda.

Thank you so much for a great stay. Great service, so friendly. Lovely to sit at the roof topp terassse enjoying the food, view and someting nice in the glass. Good selection for breakfast. The hotel has perfect location to the beach, shopping areas, wellness and restaurants. I was not aware when I ordered that the hotel not have balcany and that we could not see out the window from our room. The view was inside the hotell. It is however possible to order room with view. But not a problem since the hotel has a lovely roof top.

The best hotel stay I’ve ever had ! :) Breakfast (7-11 AM) is fantastic ( especially the freshly cut Serrano ham and fruits) and they sell the leftovers via “Too good to go” instead of throwing it away. The rooftop lounge is awesome, but unfortunately we only discovered it on our last day there. Everything is digital and all the rooms have their own AC. The beds are comfortable, even though they apparently don’t have Kingsize beds for couples. Our room was a bit dusty at first, but during our stay it was cleaned almost every day. If your Spanish is not good enough for more complex conversations, you can always switch to English as all the service staff speaks it well.

The hotel is perfectly situated across from a beach and a bus stop from the airport with a walkway that isn’t far. The only downside, is that since it’s a on a motorway you can hear the traffic if the soundproof windows aren’t fully working. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The hotel had some problems with its air conditioning, and we couldn't sleep for 2 nights - which was our stay. The staff kept saying that they would fix the problem, and that it was a problem for all the rooms, but they were not able to fix it although they claimed they had. Furthermore, upon check-in, they apparently offered some cava to incoming guests, they forgot all about that and never offered us. As for the cleanliness, they did not come on day 2 to make the beds or replace towels. And lastly, the beds are awful, unless you prefer them extremely hard. Noise from the motorway should be added as well. We did not get what we paid for, as we couldn't sleep for 2 nights. We spoke to the management about this, but just excuses about them being unable to do something or discount anything since we had booked this through hotels.com. All in all, simply a bad experience. I would recommend this place.

Como aspectos a mejorar, el ascensor puede resultar algo lento y no es fácil utilizar las escaleras como alternativa, algo que sería práctico y también más saludable. También echamos de menos algo más de información sobre el desayuno y que la carta de la terraza estuviera más accesible. Por lo demás, una opción muy cómoda y conveniente para alojarse en Las Palmas.
