We turned up at the front door and immediately got told by a passer by that we were about to stay at a great hotel and that Freddy was amazing. They were right... we had a great stay. The staff, room, and breakfast were faultless.

A Perfect Stay in San Juan! I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of San Juan and within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants, historic sites, and local attractions. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The cleanliness throughout the property was exceptional. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It’s clear the staff takes immense pride in keeping the hotel in top condition. Speaking of staff, the service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly, and eager to help, going above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect.
