The place was in a very good and convenient location. The accommodation was in very easy walking distance to a lot of attractions York has to offer. Parking was secure but a bit difficult to park larger vehicles. The neighbours were quite noisy at times however, overall this was a lovely stay.

Exceptional location in York and huge bonus having the parking space. The beds were so comfy and we had everything we needed for the stay. Host was responsive and answered questions beforehand. Great place to stay in York.

Host service was excellent. They made an effort to get us in early, which was appreciated. Easy to get to by car. Convenient parking bay to tuck the car away for the weekend. We took an SUV and it fit perfect in yo the parking space. Proximity to city center is perfect. Sainsbury local is very close for a pint of milk

The apartment was rented by a group of three friends. We wanted a property that was close to York St Johns (for a reunion) and convenient for getting into the city centre. With two bedrooms, social space for us and a few visitors, this property was ideal. It is compact but well equipped for a short stay. We appreciated having a proper dining area as well as comfortable seating. The car parking space was a bonus, but no good for a larger vehicle. It is less than 5 minutes walk from Bootham Bar. There are a couple of shops and several pubs a short walk away.

Lovely little apartment, ideal location just minutes from York City Centre with a Sainsburys on the corner. Parking provided was ideal. Flexible check in times with self check in process made it easy and the option for a late checkout was great and well worth the extra cost. We had a great stay and would return without hesitation.

Ideal place for a couple and 2 children, our kids loved having their own bedroom. Well planned out inside, fairly small flat in hindsight but feels big inside. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Best location you could ask for if exploring York. Parking space was on the smaller side but we managed and was lucky to have any free parking at all given the excellent location. Enjoyed by all and will be back.

I cannot recommend this place enough if you are wanting a central apartment, the apartment was easily accessible and decorated to a high standard, there was plenty of space for the 4 of us, and the apartment was spotless, the bathroom was very spacious and a nice shower over the bath, very practical. I don't know what more you could want for a break away in York. The letting agents were fab and on hand when needed!!

Perfect location for York! The place was modern and exactly like the pictures. The WiFi wasn’t always reliable, but when you’re so close to city centre we were out and about most of the day! We did notice other people moving about in the flats next door/above, just the usual noises of a busy city :) It was really nice to have the parking space right by the flat.

Great location and perfect for our visit to York. Bonus was the parking space and once there we didn’t really need to use the car. Would definitely stay again. The host was very responsive to any problems we had and did their best to resolve them. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Location excellent close to the bar walls. Parking space is provided but we did not use it. The apartment was very clean and had all we needed for a great stay. Very responsive hosts.

Host service was excellent. They made an effort to get us in early, which was appreciated. Easy to get to by car. Convenient parking bay to tuck the car away for the weekend. We took an SUV and it fit perfect in yo the parking space. Proximity to city center is perfect. Sainsbury local is very close for a pint of milk
