My wife, daughter (2 and a half) and I had a wonderful stay at the Whitebridge Hotel. The hotel had a very authentic, Scottish feel to it and the staff were all lovely. We especially enjoyed several aspects of our stay: - A nice, international mix of guests made the ambiance feel very warm, lively and inviting (especially for the continental breakfasts and dining in the hotel's restaurant). - Great restaurant with good food, drinks and prices which was very convenient for dining after a long day of exploring different parts of Scotland - Restaurant reservations were taken for 8pm which was highly appreciated, allowing us to explore the outdoors as much as possible. - Staff was also very kid-friendly All in all, it was a great base for our family vacation itinerary and allowed us to feel at home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel establishment and would consider staying there for future trips

Excellent breakfast, gorgeous surroundings, we loved the cosy and unique decoration, the beautiful residency room with its fireplace and couches. Great staff, very available and extremely kind. Definitely returning here on our next stay in the Highlands.

We had a magical stay at the Whitebridge! We loved everything from the staff to the charm to the comfort to the pub full of locals to the Sunday Roast! We want to come back and spend more time here and hike and sightsee there is so much to do!!! We highly recommend !

What a lovely place to stay. The lounge was well equipped with games for us to play in the evening. The room was very clean, spacious enough for a family of 4. Nice little treat on arrival for a cup of tea. Very dog friendly. Dinner was very good with all homemade dishes and a good selection of wine. Stunning views in the morning of snow top mountains and a delicious Scottish breakfast to set us up for the day. This was a one night stay and was very a short trip to the Loch Ness. Highly recommend a boat trip if visiting.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Whitebridge Hotel. The quirky decor in this old hotel is a hidden treasure. Our room was lovely and clean and the meals were amazing. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants a traditional stay in Scotland to stay here. Staff are friendly and there is plenty of room to relax. Book in for dinner though as it is very popular! Met a lovely British couple and we sat and talked for hours in the lovely lounge room - could have had some heating on in the room, but we managed to chat without it until it got too late and too cold. Our room was lovely and warm though when we went back to it. No option to advise we didn't want the beds made or the towels changed so maybe a suggestion to get some door signs made up. Being an eco-friendly country, we would have been happy to reuse our towels for another night.

The food is fantastic and the bar is well stocked. Be sure to make a dinner reservation if arriving after 4 or they may be booked!! Many folks eat there who are not staying at hotel.

It was a good stay. The property was very well maintained and the decor inside was well selected. Room was very spacious and included everything you'd need or want during your stay. The restaurant gets busy and is a little loud until closing time, but they do supply earplugs in the room which is a very nice touch of you need them. I was also unfortunate in having a room neighbor that decided slamming doos was a fun activity and that was very annoying but not a problem with the hotel, just the guests in it! The continental breakfast was a little sparse but they do have additional breakfast items for a few.

Un superbe hôtel pour un séjour exceptionnel à proximité du lac du Loch Ness ! Je n’ai jamais vu un établissement avec un standard de propreté d’un tel niveau 👏👏 Le personnel est au top. Le breakfast est excellent et le restaurant pour le repas du soir est fantastique! C’est le meilleur rapport qualité/prix et la meilleure expérience que j’ai eu jusqu’à présent dans un hôtel! Bravo aux propriétaires et au personnel de faire de ce lieu un endroit unique!

Hotel is beautifully located, easy access to the highlands and the loch. Staff is friendly and very kind and the food is good and hearty. The room was a bit small and so was the bathroom, but all that is made up for with the atmosphere at the hotel.

Staying at this property feels like stepping back into the 1800s. I've never seen so much wood and the decor is really nice. very very friendly staff and though it is a bit rough to get to it is worth the drive. I would stay here again in an instant. I will make one note that you should expect spotty internet, but everything else was completely excellent and absolutely worth a second trip!

I cannot say enough about how perfect this property is. Beautiful inside and outside Lots of quirky decor that’s fabulous. Restaurant had amazing food. Room was spacious and newer looking Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

This is one of the best hotel stays I have ever had! It’s a lovely old building with so much character, but the rooms are still very spacious. The views out the windows are breathtaking. We lucked out with staying on a Sunday and took advantage of the Sunday roast in the pub downstairs. Best salmon dinner of my life!! The free continental breakfast was also lovely. The staff and owners are all gems! Everyone was so friendly.

The excellent staff were relaxed, chatty and engaging, nothing was too much trouble. Ensuite Room was warm and cozy. Food was excellent. The decor was an eclectic mix and worked really well. Well done the Whitehouse Hotel. Will definatelty be staying again.

Das Hotel ist genau das was man sich unter einen schottischen Hotel vorstellt. Es ist zwar etwas abgelegener aber sehr süß. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren richtig gut. Da wir sehr früh auschecken mussten haben wir sogar ein Lunchpaket zum Frühstück bekommen. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich.
Das Hotel ist genau das was man sich unter einen schottischen Hotel vorstellt. Es ist zwar etwas abgelegener aber sehr süß. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren richtig gut. Da wir sehr früh auschecken mussten haben wir sogar ein Lunchpaket zum Frühstück bekommen. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich.

My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful stay with this wonderful staff and wonderful hotel! Words cannot describe how gracious, inviting, fun, that the staff is at this Hotel. The rooms were wonderful and the food was exceptional! Kudos to Sarah, Sue and the staff for making this our favorite stay while we were in Scotland for 2 weeks. Anyone looking to stay somewhere where you will definitely be treated wonderfully should make this a must stay! We had so much fun and were so sad to leave but we will be back as a first stop for our next trip! Miss you Ladies!

Great stay; a hotel with lots of personality and very friendly staff. You do need a car to be able to stay there as it is a little away from the Loch Ness towns.

Excellent breakfast, gorgeous surroundings, we loved the cosy and unique decoration, the beautiful residency room with its fireplace and couches. Great staff, very available and extremely kind. Definitely returning here on our next stay in the Highlands.

Hotel is beautifully located, easy access to the highlands and the loch. Staff is friendly and very kind and the food is good and hearty. The room was a bit small and so was the bathroom, but all that is made up for with the atmosphere at the hotel.

What a lovely place to stay. The lounge was well equipped with games for us to play in the evening. The room was very clean, spacious enough for a family of 4. Nice little treat on arrival for a cup of tea. Very dog friendly. Dinner was very good with all homemade dishes and a good selection of wine. Stunning views in the morning of snow top mountains and a delicious Scottish breakfast to set us up for the day. This was a one night stay and was very a short trip to the Loch Ness. Highly recommend a boat trip if visiting.

We loved this hotel! The food was incredible. The hotel has a great atmosphere and the beds are very comfortable. The showers are nice and hot and very clean.

The food is fantastic and the bar is well stocked. Be sure to make a dinner reservation if arriving after 4 or they may be booked!! Many folks eat there who are not staying at hotel.

This is one of the best hotel stays I have ever had! It’s a lovely old building with so much character, but the rooms are still very spacious. The views out the windows are breathtaking. We lucked out with staying on a Sunday and took advantage of the Sunday roast in the pub downstairs. Best salmon dinner of my life!! The free continental breakfast was also lovely. The staff and owners are all gems! Everyone was so friendly.

Petit hôtel très charmant. Chambre très agréable,tout y est très original avec bon goût . Les gens qui y travaillent sont très gentils et serviables. L emplacement est très bien,au milieu de la nature. Nous y avons mangé le soir,c était très bon. En bref allez y ,c est 1 très bonne adresse

We stayed here for 2 nights recently and have to say, the hotel is lovely but the service was terrible! On our first night we were informed that a table had been booked at 7.30pm for dinner - great we thought. Sat down a few minutes earlier and ordered. A party of 4 came in, sat down next to us, ordered, had their starters and mains BEFORE our meals were even delivered! Our food came out at 8.10!! 40 minutes after ordering a burger, and haddock and chips!! Plus NO apology whatsoever Add to this the next morning breakfast and you’ll understand why not happy at all. Went for breakfast, young gentleman told us to sit anywhere and I proceeded to get a bowl of corn flakes. Took a mouthful and the MILK WAS OFF! Complained about the milk, and the young man said it wasn’t off but would check. Came back and whispered he had checked and it WAS OFF! He proceeded to give us a ‘free’ pot of coffee? (Surely included in the breakfast?). Goodness knows who else drank the milk beforehand. As for the toast - see picture - think this is the Sunblest thin sliced bread, that’s been sliced again! Won’t even mention the sweetener episode (never heard of them) Do know we won’t be back here!

Das Haus ist ruhig, aber abseits in Whitebridge gelegen und stilvoll eingerichtet. Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass mein Zimmer keine Sitzgelegenheiten hatte und das Frühstück sehr bescheiden war. Zusätzliche Speisen, wie Eierspeisen sind nur gegen relativ hohe Aufpreise von mehr als 10£ möglich
