Nice hotel and lovely pool area, love the allocated sunbeds and there was a good amount of space between them so you weren’t too close to the neighbouring beds. Food at breakfast and lunch is excellent. It is a walk into the centre of Protaras but we found a short cut and it only took us around 7/8 minutes and taxis were very easy to get and cost €10 each way. Reef bar was nice for a 5pm drink. The big downside though was the issue the hotel seems to have with non residents coming in to use the pool / bar. There were a couple of incidents but the most concerning was when someone apparently from one of the villas behind came in in the morning, clearly already drunk / on something, started shouting and swearing at guests, getting into their faces, demanded the bar staff serve him drinks, then he ran around the pool area shouting, throwing glasses and being extremely racist to the pool attendant who was trying to get him to leave. This went on, on and off for about 2 hours. Only one lady from the hotel staff came out to try and get him to leave. Guests felt vulnerable and were worried how far it was going to go. People were taking videos and some guests were even trying to catch him. The police were apparently called but we didn’t see them. Whilst this wasn’t initially the fault of the hotel, the way the management dealt with it was appalling, there was no visible presence and no apology, just shrugging of shoulders.

Ideally situated a 10 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants and the beach. Too busy to want to be on top of the main strip. There is a small cove beside hotel if you want to swim in the sea. The beds by the pool are allocated of your choice for your complete stay so no obsession for reserving beds - what a great system. My only gripe was the indoor pool was absolutely freezing hence no one used it The lobby and seating areas were very uninspiring but overall hotel great and food good beds comfortable.

Absolutely stunning hotel! The view from our balcony was breathtaking, enjoyed every second of sunrise every morning. There is a little beach just by hotel, which was very quite. Enjoyed swimming with turtles aa well

Very quiet and restful fantastic staff ,a shout out for Natalie and Marvina on reception.swimming pools large and great,worth upgrading to swim up rooms I enjoyed a swim every morning before breakfast straight out side my patio door.we didn’t take half board option but wish we had because we ate at all the restaurants linked to hotel and they were great.

Really nice adult-only hotel in Protatas. Gorgeous modern hotel, comfortable rooms. Massive pool with a swim up bar. Right by the sea so it’s easy to go for a swim. It’s also round the corner from the madness of Fig Tree Bay so it’s a lot calmer (but a 10 min walk away if you do want a bit of fun). You get allocated a sunbed when you arrive so there’s none of that ‘towel reserving’, very civilised. Breakfast buffet is excellent, and a couple of restaurants are on site (we had burgers at the sports bar which were great they even had ‘Beyond’ Meat veggie burger so I was delighted. They gave us a late checkout when our flight got delayed. Overall, despite the slightly tacky name (sorry!) it’s a lovely hotel and I would recommend to others and definitely stay again.

Hotel was as lovely and clean as when I first went there for when they opened in 2019. Rooms are fab, amazing bed and generally all good. Let down by the poor service, especially from the pool bar and restaurants. Receptionists were good and efficient. Shame they didn’t recognise repeat clients though. At this stage I’d probably stay back at their sister property again, however that has similar staffing quality! Up the service level and it’s a five star.

Hotellet ligger 10 minuters promenad ifrån resturang och shoppinggata, men väldigt lugnt och skönt på plats. Hotellrummet är det bästa vi någonsin bott i. Har bott i många. Modernt och supersköna sängar och kuddar. Kyl plus innehåll ingår. Lite vin, vatten och juice. Nytt vatten varje dag. Relativt liten buffé, men gott och tillräckligt. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Hotellet virker nyt og moderne, med en skøn beliggenhed med god udsigt og ro. Morgenmaden helt i top. Man får sin egen liggestol mens man er gæst, så ingen kamp om dem. Gode senge modsat mange andre hoteller, generelt var værelset rummelig og godt samsat. Der er ingen sandstrand men en bugt hvor vi snorklede og tilmed så et par skildpadder. Enest minus var vi fik fortalt man fik en rabat på 18 euro hvis vi spiste på deres restaurant, men da vi betalte fik vi afvide, at det kun galte gæster med halv/helpension, blot hverken det er stod da vi bookede bordet eller spurgt i reception. Men generelt et godt ophold jeg kan anbefale.
Hotellet virker nyt og moderne, med en skøn beliggenhed med god udsigt og ro. Morgenmaden helt i top. Man får sin egen liggestol mens man er gæst, så ingen kamp om dem. Gode senge modsat mange andre hoteller, generelt var værelset rummelig og godt samsat. Der er ingen sandstrand men en bugt hvor vi snorklede og tilmed så et par skildpadder. This went on, on and off for about 2 hours. Only one lady from the hotel staff came out to try and get him to leave. Guests felt vulnerable and were worried how far it was going to go. People were taking videos and some guests were even trying to catch him. The police were apparently called but we didn’t see them. Whilst this wasn’t initially the fault of the hotel, the way the management dealt with it was appalling, there was no visible presence and no apology, just shrugging of shoulders.
Nice hotel and lovely pool area, love the allocated sunbeds and there was a good amount of space between them so you weren’t too close to the neighbouring beds. Food at breakfast and lunch is excellent. It is a walk into the centre of Protaras but we found a short cut and it only took us around 7/8 minutes and taxis were very easy to get and cost €10 each way. Reef bar was nice for a 5pm drink. The big downside though was the issue the hotel seems to have with non residents coming in to use the pool / bar. There were a couple of incidents but the most concerning was when someone apparently from one of the villas behind came in in the morning, clearly already drunk / on something, started shouting and swearing at guests, getting into their faces, demanded the bar staff serve him drinks, then he ran around the pool area shouting, throwing glasses and being extremely racist to the pool attendant who was trying to get him to leave. Hotel was as lovely and clean as when I first went there for when they opened in 2019. Rooms are fab, amazing bed and generally all good. Let down by the poor service, especially from the pool bar and restaurants. Receptionists were good and efficient. Shame they didn’t recognise repeat clients though. At this stage I’d probably stay back at their sister property again, however that has similar staffing quality! Up the service level and it’s a five star.

Very quiet and restful fantastic staff ,a shout out for Natalie and Marvina on reception.swimming pools large and great,worth upgrading to swim up rooms I enjoyed a swim every morning before breakfast straight out side my patio door.we didn’t take half board option but wish we had because we ate at all the restaurants linked to hotel and they were great.

It’s also round the corner from the madness of Fig Tree Bay so it’s a lot calmer (but a 10 min walk away if you do want a bit of fun). Ideally situated a 10 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants and the beach. Too busy to want to be on top of the main strip. There is a small cove beside hotel if you want to swim in the sea. The beds by the pool are allocated of your choice for your complete stay so no obsession for reserving beds - what a great system. My only gripe was the indoor pool was absolutely freezing hence no one used it The lobby and seating areas were very uninspiring but overall hotel great and food good beds comfortable.

Nicely located and close to snorkeling spots and walking strip that can take you to main street while walking by the shore. Staff are very freindly and food is good, fresh and nice varity. Would highly recommend to get a sea view room, it worth it.

Loved everything about this hotel. Amenities, food, drinks, staff, location - all fantastic. We did the half board option and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options, with restaurants in the main hotel site and also in the nearby town of Protaras.

Modernt och supersköna sängar och kuddar. Kyl plus innehåll ingår. Lite vin, vatten och juice. Nytt vatten varje dag. Relativt liten buffé, men gott och tillräckligt. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

A little piece of heaven We loved our stay. The hotel sits right next to a beautiful beach, and the whole place is quiet and spotless. The gym is well equipped and breakfast was pretty good. The Protaras strip, with plenty of shops and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away. A few things could be improved: the sauna only turns on by request, there’s no water cooler, and the nearest grocery store is an 8-minute walk. Overall, a wonderful place to relax, and we’d happily come back.

En revanche, le lobby et son mobilier manquent de caractère, une seule boutique plutôt insignifiante, la décoration des chambres est du même parti prix, à noter qu'il n'y a pas de WC séparés de la salle de bains. La climatisation est bruyante et est dirigée vers le couchage. La vue mer, si vous optez pour ce supplément, est sublime. En revanche il est impossible de faire le noir complet et le soleil perce les rideaux.
