Good location, clean and spacious room. Even though we stayed for 5 nights and the hotel did not seem busy we were given a room on a low floor with a window that looks straight onto their brick wall. The pool was green and unusable during our stay, but they were working on fixing this.

The staff are friendly, the location is good and the facilities are clean. However, the owner/manager is focused on savings over comfort, in my opinion. The individual floors are not airconditioned, so, going to and from the lift means dealing with hot conditions. Same with the rooms, the room is hot on arrival and takes time to cool, all electricity is turned on or off by the entrance card. You cannot even charge your device when you leave the room, all lights & power shuts off except to the fridge. Water pressure and heat was poor at most times, very feeble water pressure making hair washing impossible for my gf. The tap water was also yellow in color. I haven’t noticed this anywhere else in Chiang Rai. Maybe not the hotel’s fault, I don’t know.Wi-Fi also needed to constantly be reconnected. My opinion is the owner is too focused on saving money and on large tour groups of mainly Chinese tourists. Not good at breakfast times with tour groups, enough said.

Letti e cuscini scomodi, tv solo in thailandese, acqua della doccia non sufficientemente calda. Dopo esserci lamentate dell’odore dal condizionatore, mentre eravamo fuori per un’escursione, ci hanno cambiato camera e spostato tutte le nostre cose senza chiedere, compresa la biancheria intima che era Stesa ad asciugare in bagno. Quando entri ed esci dalla struttura, il personale della reception non tira nemmeno su la testa per controllare chi entra e tantomeno per salutare, il personale delle pulizie inizia a fare rumore in corridoio a partire dalle 8. Purtroppo devo dire che le 4 stelle che ha la struttura non sono supportate dalla reale qualità dei servizi.

Overall stay was great! The staff was friendly, made check-in easy, and you can tell the hotel is well-maintained upon pulling-in. Our room was across a beautiful temple, so the view was nice. The room was large, bright, clean, and was decorated nicely. The location is pretty much the center of the city. Breakfast was really good! I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The thai basil spaghetti noodles and lemongrass juice were unique and I couldn't get enough of. Regarding minor qualms, the shower water never got as warm as I prefer and the mattress was a bit firm. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

We stayed for a night - it was ok. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it’s like 20 dollars a night for you. Though, if youre staying for more than one night, save yourself the trouble and find someplace else. While the hotel lobby and room was fairly clean, it did not feel cozy and the room itself did not have good upkeep. There was alot of evident wear and tear such as scratches on the wall and lots of wear on all the table surfaces. The bed felt very unstable, i could feel my partners every single move and it almost felt like the bed swayed. Washroom was honestly really bad, there was barely any water pressure and we had to let the water run a while until it finally got hot. The shampoo and body wash also doesn't smell great. There was really only one staff member that was kind. The only upside of this place is location, its nearby everything and 15-20min from the airport.

We booked this hotel for the location. It is close to the clock tower and surrounded by temples and various food options. The hotel is reasonably priced and was a great value. However, the mattress is super hard and pillows are very thick. We didn't sleep well because of that. The breakfast was basic. I might not stay again.

This is a new hotel that is absolutely fantastic. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and breakfast has lots of choices. The only problem we had was there were no English speaking channels on the TV, this is not normally a problem for us when we are travelling as we take an Amazon fire stick with us so we can access Netflix etc, however the Wi-Fi system would not let us use it, so quite frustrating. Maybe a Netflix App could be added to the TV so customers can use their own login. But other than that this hotel is fantastic.

Great location; short walk to clock tower and Night Bazaar with plenty of restaurants/ street food nearby. Breakfast is very limited. Coffee is very bad, can’t even drink it. Wi-Fi is very slow.

The property is promoted as luxurious. Not so. Yes, there is a magnificent lobby, yes, some of the staff do their best to be helpful but: My room, on the second floor, had no window. There was what looked like a window, but all windows on the street side of the lower floors are covered up by an add-on facade. The room was clean and the bed was good. However, the only light in the room was from a glaring overhead lamp. No soft lighting, no reading lamp -- either on or off. There is no desk at an appropriate height for computer use or writing. The security box is tiny, too small for even a small laptop (MS Surface) There is a spacious restaurant/coffee shop in the lobby. However, it is open only for breakfast. There is an expensive upscale restaurant next door which isn't bad, but is not appropriate or convenient for snacks or quick meals and which doesn't serve alcohol. The unfailingly polite staff suddenly lost all their language skills when I asked for a different room on an upper floor, preferably one with better lighting. Thank God I was only here for 3 miserable days. Chiang Rai, by the way, is lovely.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, arranged bike hire and it was dropped off at hotel. Arranged return taxi to the airport. Good selection to choose from at breakfast. Large and clean rooms.

We stayed for a night - it was ok. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it’s like 20 dollars a night for you. Though, if youre staying for more than one night, save yourself the trouble and find someplace else. While the hotel lobby and room was fairly clean, it did not feel cozy and the room itself did not have good upkeep. There was alot of evident wear and tear such as scratches on the wall and lots of wear on all the table surfaces. The bed felt very unstable, i could feel my partners every single move and it almost felt like the bed swayed. Washroom was honestly really bad, there was barely any water pressure and we had to let the water run a while until it finally got hot. The shampoo and body wash also doesn't smell great. There was really only one staff member that was kind. The only upside of this place is location, its nearby everything and 15-20min from the airport.

The property is promoted as luxurious. Not so. Yes, there is a magnificent lobby, yes, some of the staff do their best to be helpful but: My room, on the second floor, had no window. There was what looked like a window, but all windows on the street side of the lower floors are covered up by an add-on facade. The room was clean and the bed was good. However, the only light in the room was from a glaring overhead lamp. No soft lighting, no reading lamp -- either on or off. There is no desk at an appropriate height for computer use or writing. The security box is tiny, too small for even a small laptop (MS Surface) There is a spacious restaurant/coffee shop in the lobby. However, it is open only for breakfast. There is an expensive upscale restaurant next door which isn't bad, but is not appropriate or convenient for snacks or quick meals and which doesn't serve alcohol. The unfailingly polite staff suddenly lost all their language skills when I asked for a different room on an upper floor, preferably one with better lighting. Thank God I was only here for 3 miserable days. Chiang Rai, by the way, is lovely.

We booked this hotel for the location. It is close to the clock tower and surrounded by temples and various food options. The hotel is reasonably priced and was a great value. However, the mattress is super hard and pillows are very thick. We didn't sleep well because of that. The breakfast was basic. I might not stay again.

Good location, clean and spacious room. Even though we stayed for 5 nights and the hotel did not seem busy we were given a room on a low floor with a window that looks straight onto their brick wall. The pool was green and unusable during our stay, but they were working on fixing this.

Great location; short walk to clock tower and Night Bazaar with plenty of restaurants/ street food nearby. Breakfast is very limited. Coffee is very bad, can’t even drink it. Wi-Fi is very slow.

Shockingly good stay from A to Z, top to bottom, and beginning to end. Very very good staff, room was clean and well appointed. A/C worked, almost too well. All facilities were in great shape and well kept up. Breakfast buffet was strong, good coffee shop next door and very good casual restaurant a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Really liked the style/decor of the hotel, guess one would call it 60s/70s resort chic - kept expecting Don Draper from Mad Men to come walking through the lobby. All of the above, and the price was extremely reasonable. Will return, definitely.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på Sann. Fint rom med god utsikt. Bra bassengområde. Eneste jeg kan trekke ned på er at døren til korridoren er veldig tynn så det blir veldig lytt. Jeg savnet også litt flere vestlige alternativer ved frokosten, ellers er frokosten veldig bra.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful although it was a little challenging to communicate. It’s our fault because didn’t learn their language enough. We should always try to learn their language when we enter their country. They cleaned our room so well when we requested! They helped book our excursions to the temples etc. Buffet breakfast was very convenient & early. For the reasonable priced at @$50/night expedia prices in May 2026, it was more than satisfactory. Apparently it’s off season. Look no further, this place is very comfortable for the reasonable pricing! Thank you for a wonderful stay
