Aparthotel Adagio Zurich City Center

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber das System mit dem Parkplatz ist falsch. Es gibt begrenzte Parkplätze und die werden mehrmals verkauft. Wir haben im Voraus für alle Nächte für einen Platz bezahlt, aber als wir eine Nacht keinen Platz finden könnten, war das Antwort dass wer zuerst drin ist kann einen Platz finden und keine Stellplatz garantiert ist. Wir haben den Tag zurückerstattet bekommen und wir müssten einen Platz auf der Straße im Regen hunderte Meter vom Hotel weg. Wir müssten auch am nächsten Tag das Auto rechtzeitig weg fahren, weil Mann darf nicht mehr als 2 Stunden täglich auf der Straße parken.

Fun, clean, well set up hotel. Room was modern, efficient and perfect for a one night stop. The pizzas in the restaurant were really delicious and the restaurant had a quirky, cosy vibe. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and communication was clear.

Odalar kullanışlı, iyi planlanmış, kompakt küçük metre kareler iyi kup tasarlanmış, biz iki ebeveyn iki çocuk kaldık gayet memnun kaldık. Mutfakta gerekli araçlar aletler vardı. Zaten ekstra tava ve benzeri isterseniz size sunacaklarını söylüyorlar. Adagio grubu apart Otel’de biliyorsunuz temizlik genellikle yedi günde bir yapılıyor bunu unutmamak gerekiyor. Çalışanlar son derece yardımcı oldu. Araç ile gelecekseniz kendilerine ait özel park yeri var yeni bir yazılımlarıyla park yeri rezervasyonu yapıyorsunuz bunu da size iyice açıklıyorlar. Özellikle karşılama servisindeki arkadaşlara özellikle teşekkür ederim.

위치가 좋아요. 기차역도 가깝고 린덴바흐도 걸어갈 만한 거리에요. 객실이 넓진 않지만 방이 두개라 가족여행에 적당했어요. 주차장은 너무 협소하긴해요. 그래도 직원들이 친절해서 즐겁게 지냈습니다.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely pleasant. What made our trip enjoyable was primarily the staff. They were all kind, sympathetic to our requests and always had a smile! The hotel's location is great for this reason...it's a 6-minute walk to the main HBF train, a terrific museum and the start of the Old Town entrance. The hotel is comfortable with spacious rooms, a great breakfast area and an additional seating area for relaxing. The bar is cozy as well if you want to unwind. I have absolutely ZERO complaints! (Except that they don't serve free coffee in the lobby in the mornings). Exceptional hotel!!!

El hotel nos ha encantado. La ubicación, la amabilidad, lo serviciales que han sido,nos han ayudado a todo lo que necesitabamos. Tenían todas las comodidades como tipos de cargadores, máquina de café y de agua gratuito 24h, televisiones con smart TV,supermercado en el propio hotel y restaurante. Ha sido una experiencia que repetiría al 100%. Uno de los mejores hoteles donde me he alojado.

Zunächst einmal das Positive: das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man ist in wenigen Minuten bei den Hauptattraktionen. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Zum Negativen Teil: es sind wirklich sehr wenig Parkplätze vorhanden im Vergleich zur Hotelgröße. Auch wenn darauf hingewiesen wird, dass die Parkplätze nicht immer verfügbar sind, sollte man eher davon ausgehen, das die Wahrscheinlichkeit super hoch ist, keinen zu bekommen. D.h. sollte man einen kurzen Trip wo anders hin machen und dann zurückkommen, ist es ziemlich sicher, dass kein Parkplatz mehr vorhanden ist. Das sollte man auf jeden Fall bei der Buchung bedenken. Das Zimmer war optisch in einem guten Zustand, jedoch haben wir ein barrierefreies Zimmer bekommen, mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche. Das Problem bei der Dusche war, dass wirklich danach alles unter Wasser stand. Sowohl unter der Toilette, als auch beim Waschbecken. Getrocknet ist das ganze natürlich auch nicht. Wir hatten somit den ganzen Aufenthalt über ein überflutetes Badezimmer. Dann noch ein paar Worte zum Frühstück. Grundsätzlich eine genügend große Auswahl, jedoch waren die Rühreier ganz ganz schrecklich. Ich weiß, dass in vielen Hotels die Rühreier nicht selbst gemacht werden und das ist grundsätzlich auch kein Problem für mich, jedoch sollte man halt dann zumindest auf den Geschmack und die Qualität der Eier achten… Alles in allem Okay, aber für den Preis von 200€ pro Nacht Parken zu teuer und deshalb nicht empfehlenswert.

Otelin yeri trene çok yakın. Yürüyerek 7 dakika sürüyor. İsterseniz 11 veya 14 numaralı tramvaya da binebilirsiniz. Otel gayet güzel ferah bir otel. Odamız tam bir ev gibiydi. Kahvaltı almadık, onunla ilgili bir yorum yapamıyorum. Temiz ve kullanışlı bir odaydı. İnternette yorumlarını okuyunca, acaba sıkıntı olur mu diye düşünmüştüm ama biz gayet memnun kaldık. Su cay kahve hemen girişte var, free olarak alabiliyorsunuz. Mutfakta bütün malzemeler var. Bizim mini tost makinamızda var. Cocuklarla cok pratik oluyor. Tekrar kalırım.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene un buen restaurante y el desayuno estuvo muy rico y muy abundante. La habitación está bien equipada, solo que falta espacio para abrir maletas grandes y el baño wc olía mal.

Well kept, but arrived to dishes in dishwasher and unmaid beds. Hotel provided coffee makers, but no coffee in rooms...

The staff was accommodating to our requests. The location walkable to the train station was a big plus for us. We considered the hotel room and bathroom too small and had a weird smell.

Perfectly adequate studio apaprtmemt near the main station. Clean and well maintained. Quiet.

We stayed in Zurich for 3 nights. From check-in to check-out the Adagio staff have been very polite and nice. The process was very smooth. We had a 1 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. It was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is a short walk from Zurich HB. I will definitely stay again.

While the hotel is conveniently located a street from the river (just 3 min walk to the bus stop and another few min to the main shopping and dining area) and the check in process was quick and pleasant, the room is rather squeezy and dusty. The floor feels dirty and there was a strange insect in the room.

The carpet stinks. Headboard is so dusty triggered my asthma. Place too small it is suffocating. Breakfast is okay but same menu over and over.

It takes a long time to drain the wash basin in the bathroom. Dishes did return to the place after washed. Stat 3 nights but without any clearing services is not acceptable.

Good for a family for a short stay. Not a huge apartment but enough for sleeping and eating.

No AC

Really loved our hotel for one night stay in Zurich on our way out to our lake house. My only complaint is that the AC didn’t really work at all and was more of a \\- 3 degrees system rather than real AC and the pillows were not that great. The hotel is ideally located and is very clean and modern. The staff were also great and very friendly.

We had a bed and a bed made from a pull out chair bed . The mattress on the bed was lumpy - very uncomfortable. The chair bed had missing slats not offering enough support. The chair bed had to replaced with a sofa bed which was equally uncomfortable.

Good location easy walking distance or 1 tram stop from main Zurich train station, which in turn is just a few minutes and a 7CHF ride to the airport. Adagio is at back of building, away from busy traffic street. Staff highly variable: checkin staff and staff on duty first night were among the least friendly among all of those I have encountered anywhere in Europe or North America. Checkout staff more helpful. Was told on arrival, "we have no air conditioning you will want to open your window" but my window was at ground level (leaving it open posed a security issue, especially at night). On departure, I was told they DID have some sort of cooling, but it was an environmentally positive system mandated by Zurich and thus cooled rooms very slowly. Room included iron ironing board and a fan. Kitchen area incredibly small, 2 burners microwave large fridge decent sized dishwasher with some pots, plates, glasses, silverware. Netspresso coffee maker but pods not supplied. Eating table very small. Excellent internet, close to 50mps up/down whether using open WiFi network or plug in Ethernet connector. TV probably used wired internet system and some sort of IP protocol as there was a lot of "glitching" (digitally dissolving images, disrupted sound) in the evening (when one guesses a lot of other guests watching TV) but fine during the daytime). No such issues at any times of day with using straight internet apps (e.g., YouTube) on the TV set.

Good location within walking distance of the main town. Tram stops close by. Super friendly staff at check in counters. Good breakfast spread with a fantastic cheery service by staff there as well. The rooms are smaller than the photographs but in good condition. Ideal place to stay.

It’s an ok hotel . The only issue is the noise from construction site early hours in the morning

Great location as it was a 7-min walk to the HB. Nice lounge area at the lobby and good laundry facilities on L2. A few dining options nearby. Apartment is small with dining area and the sofa bed made for the kids. We had a double in the space next to the sofa and requested more pillows as well. Kids mentioned the sofa bed was hard but got a few extra pillows to help with sleep. No fan in the bathroom so must keep door when showering or it gets too foggy. All the toilets in Europe have a lingering smell so not sure why.

Much of the TV stations had no signal, especially English stations. Murphy bed had iron legs that stood out. More than once the two of us stubbed our toes. Overall good. Would stay here again.

Thank you so much to the staff who went way beyond to help me check-in before the check in time. He really understood how tired I was after a long flight. The breakfast options were good. The main train station is within walking distance. The apartment was clean. Had a pleasant stay overall.

Great location, close to main train station which make sit easy to get around. Reception was very welcoming. Very hard as the apartment was probably a bit small for our needs. Also the heating and cooling were inconsistent. I would stay here again because of the convenience and friendliness of the staff.

I sent several messages to the hotel with inquiries and requests, but never received a reply and was completely ignored.

I booked the hotel via Expedia, when I got to the hotel it has three counters two for ibis and one for adagio. The adagio counter had no one I waited for a good 20min, no one showed up. I had to check in with the person at the ibis counter. Although she said it’s the same I was not told that when I was there waiting and she had nothing to do. At check in she charged me for breakfast and parking plus the room rates for three days without telling me that the room I booked is not available! I booked a double room and was put in a room with two twin beds, it was also a special room which I did not ask for and was not told at check in. I found out when I got to the room and what’s more irritating when I told Expedia I was offered a relocation to another hotel. I agreed under the mutual understanding that Adagio will refund my payment because they do not have the room I booked. Adagio refused to refund what I paid. And I had to pay for the relocation via Expedia again. this is just a night mare!

Excellent place to stay in Zurich. Close to train station and old town. Excellent staff at front desk, especially Aldo Malinga who was most courteous and helpful to us when we arrived. Thank you Aldo. We enjoyed our stay and the appartment is well equipped to make your own meals. Would stay here again when in Zurich.

Convenient location, check in process was disorganised and no one to welcome guests. It is expensive for the size of apartment.

Hotel was nice but customer service incredibly poor. My room had an issue with the air conditioning that was never resolved. I requested a copy of the invoice for an extra nights stay due to a cancelled flight. Despite requesting it three times I still haven’t received it.

Great location within 10 min walk of the main train station. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. AC in the room does not cool below 20 C so it gets a little hot.

Everything was nearby . Staff especially Hicham was really helpful and kind ! Only thing about the room was temperature would not get warmer. Breakfast was amazing !! One thing that got me upset . One day my father didnt feel good i went I grabbed the Breakfast for him the staff yelled at me

Overall, the stay was good for the price we paid, but there were a few drawbacks. The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, even with the provided fans. Room service could be improved—we had to request essentials like toilet paper and shampoo daily. Additionally, if we arrived late for breakfast, the drinks, particularly the juice, were noticeably watered down.
