The cabin was spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked with the basics, including coffee filters. Extra touches included a first aid kit, bedroom lamp with plug, usb, and charging cables was nice. Communication was great, check and and out was smooth.

Great property. Clean and new. Parking is easy. Ride from cabin to trails. Beautiful decks out the back with river views. Decks have zero privacy.

Well equipped lower apartment (19A) with a great view. Straight down 18 interior steps to the apartment's level from our car may be a bit much for many people. A property fee of $40 is too much since 18 more buildings were under construction and the beach under development was a 1/4 mile way that could be walked to.

Brand new construction in impeccable shape. Mostly for those wanting long term stays. Top of the line appliances and small sauna, Kitchen fully equipped with dishes and cooking appliances. Great view of water. Very spacious. Now minor issues. Could use a desk for laptop, phone and papers. Each building has 4 units; with 2 up and 2 down. Another bench or cabinet in bathroom would help. No reception so lock with code which took some getting used to. Being on the lower floor was hauling bags down 17 stairs. Fairly priced being neither a bargain or overpriced. Would stay again.

Beautiful views and right in town but doesn’t feel like you are. Perfectly outfitted. Clean and quiet. Dog friendly- even blanket and bowls for our service dog. Resort staff friendly and accommodating.

Beauriful condo type property overlooking the water. Rented a 1 bedroom but when we got their realized there were steep stairs that my dog could not navigate. Contacted Josh-property manager who quickly moved us to main floor living & bedroom accommodations. Property was beautiful, clean & had all the amenities of home. Highly recommend!

The condo was spotless with plenty of linens, towels and kitchen supplies. Nothing was fancy but the place was comfortable. Easy for a group. We only had contact with the cleaning staff ( they were very nice), otherwise everything easy and digital for check in/out. The only complaint is that sometimes it gets busy and parking in front of your place is tough. Highly recommend.

While the view was beautiful and the town adorable the furniture left a lot to be desired. The outdoor chairs which are typical chairs for a table were not comfortable enough to sit outside and enjoy it for long. The couch was not deep enough or plush enough to be comfortable either. The bed frame creaked with every turn. We had high hopes for these units which are all cookie cutter with the same furniture in each so there’s no options. We rarely write a disappointing review as we do a lot of research before choosing accommodations, especially if we are spending several nights there. That being said, communication was great, the room was very well upkept and clean and is cute to look at.

Was a great venue. Great experience. We will likely rent again next time in area. Completely furnished. Only caution is no broadcast TV only Roku. If I could own a place in the UP area this is what I would own.

We rented cabin 22A during Parents Weekend at Michigan Tech. We were able to use the full service kitchen to give our sons a touch of home cooking and a comfortable place to linger should they choose. For the parents, the balcony view was amazing and everything was clean and new. There was some footstep noise above us but nothing out of hand. Highly recommend.

The cabin is quite new and it’s very comfortable and well appointed. The water view is beautiful and the resort is close to restaurants and shopping. The only downside is that there is ongoing construction as more cabins are built - a temporary and minor inconvenience.

Super close to water and town which was nice if ya needed anything. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone also. Definitely be back

The room was very clean; we had a downstairs unit that slept 4. I hope you like steps. (20) The mattresses on both the main bed and the pull-out sofa were horrible to sleep on. The pull-out sofa's mattress was barely 2 inches thick and was not going to hold two kids, let alone 2 adults. The main bed needs more support from the bed frame and a better quality mattress. The room had beautiful log furniture, but it was too big for the space. We were unable to open the bedroom door all the way due to the bed and nightstand being so large. The dining table was also too large for the space. The room was dog-friendly and came with 2 dog bowls and a dog blanket. There was a doggy bag dispenser right outside the main door, but there is very little grass for a dog to do their business near the building, since it is built into the side of a hill. The view from the room was great. Location was a short 5 minutes to downtown Houghton.

Really nice experience. This was the second time that we stayed at Keweenaw Waters resort. Nicely decorated cabin. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Cozy place with a great view.

The kitchen had a few pots but only 1 small pan. It had cookie sheet and pizza pan. It had foil and plastic wrap. It had a regular coffee pot with filters and Folgers coffee. There was stevia and creamer. There was salt and pepper, Olive oil and nonstick spray. There was Laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
