Management is outstanding, respond very promptly to any requests, very friendly and treat you like family. Apartment is really clean, very safe, and building is very clean and modern. Within a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the coolest restaurants. Home away from home. Definitely coming back !

These apartments are spotlessly clean and perfect for anyone who prefers a less formal experience than a hotel. Everything is there so that you can prepare a meal and eat in. The greeting on arrival was prompt and courteous and contact throughout was well maintained through whatsapp. Parking can be a problem in Rota so the secure underground parking was a real bonus. It was perfect for my tip.

Estaba muy cerca de la playa y cerca había varios sitios para comer y había una heladería muy buena.El apartamento muy cómodo,con aire acondicionado y camas cómodas.Todo muy bien,nos gustado mucho y sin duda repetiremos.

Place was amazing. It is clean and convenient access to the beach. Lucia was very helpful she answered all my questions and provided all the amenities needed for my stay. Walking accessible to all the restaurant and grocery stores. Very quiet neighborhood and good location. Will truly come back to this place.
