Très agréable séjour dans ce petit studio neuf et très joliment décoré. La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Déco très jolie. Accueil vraiment très sympathique et chaleureux. Le petit plus est une jolie terrasse.

Positive: Vicky at reception was lovely and very helpful. The room (No.3) was a good size, was very clean, and had quiet aircon. A gratis 500ml bottle of white wine was appreciated, as was the water and coffee pods which were replenished every day. Negative: Room 3 ground floor balcony is adjacent to the main entrance to reception so affords no privacy. You have to keep the curtains closed all the time otherwise anyone passing can see in. Domus Litus (Beach House in Latin) is located on the north side of the Pollonia peninsula, and is exposed to the virtually constant wind of the Meltemi. I dont think the cost of this room at around €180 per night warrants its location within the complex, the exterior facilities, nor the description 'luxury'.

The photos make this place look a lot more luxurious than it actually is. While everyone was very friendly and helpful, the establishment itself was underwhelming based on the photos we saw prior to our stay. Make sure to temper your expectations.

Piccola struttura discreta e accogliente. Infrastrutture ottime. Eccellente pulizia e cortesia del personale. Posizione tranquilla in prossimità del mare ma comunque vicinissima al paese facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dove è possibile trovare ristoranti, alimentari e negozi.

Parfaite base pour visiter Milos. Le vent ne permet pas de profiter de la grande terrasse de la chambre 11. Le quartier est en travaux de nouvelles constructions. Le petit dejeuner "familial "est servi dans un restaurant extérieur à l'établissement. Le prix n'est pas justifié par cet hôtel de type location de chambres et studios.

Jeg har boet på hotellet af 3 forskellige datoer og nætter. Stedet er smukt og fredfyldt. Receptionisten meget imødekommende og hjælpsom. Rene værelser og fine værelser. Komfortabel seng.

The location can't be beat, and the staff are exceptionally welcoming, kind, and helpful. The minimal extra cost for the ocean view was completely worth it (I can't imagine traveling so far only to have a view of a neighboring wall!), and the balcony was great for your morning coffee. Everything was simple, modern, and very clean, from the room to the common areas. The included breakfast was well organized, generous, and included tasty local items. The hotel is an easy 7-10 minute walk into Apollonia's waterfront area with lots of restraunts and little shops. Efcharisto to the hotel manager, Chris, who was so good to us!

Domus Litus er et fantastisk sted, som ligger i fredfyldte og smukke omgivelser. Værelserne er fine størrelser og rene. Sengen comfortabel. Receptionisten var utrolig imødekommende og hjælpsom.

The property has been amazing. So beautiful, close to the water. The receptionist, Chris, was outstanding! He was super attentive, hospitable, and kind. He made sure to give us his personal suggestions for our short trip and also let us know to reach out to him at any point during our stay (even gave us his personal number!). The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was also included in the accommodation and it was healthy and delicious. I would highly recommend this location to any travellers and if you do, please tell Chris that Katerina from Toronto, Canada says hello!

Staff super easy to work with and friendly, as well as having very good knowledge of the island. The hotel its self was wonderful, cute and clean with an amazing view. The location was gorgeous and the village a perfect mix of relaxed with plenty to do.

The location of the property was wonderful. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. We had a beautiful view of the beach and it was a few short moments from our room. The room was clean and the staff was fantastic.

Our stay at Domus Litus was awesome. The location is very quiet. Breakfast was good, and there\'s a restaurant behind the hotel that\'s 30 second walk (which is also where the breakfast was). The views and sunset was amazing, 4mins walk to pollonia beach, 6min walk to the "main area" where the bus stop is, pharmacy, grocery and many other food places. Chris, the property manager is AMAZING. We felt taken care of the entire time we stayed here.

This property is wonderful! I would rate it as a boutique hotel at its finest! Excellent housekeeping and the Manager Christof was amazing! My phone died while I was there and he went out of his way to make sure I was ok and my family knew it! They give you a gift of wine and water and coffee when you arrive and they give you a gift when you leave. Christina the reception lady is very kind as well! Make this your choice! I would give them 15 out of 10!

Staff super easy to work with and friendly, as well as having very good knowledge of the island. The hotel its self was wonderful, cute and clean with an amazing view. The location was gorgeous and the village a perfect mix of relaxed with plenty to do.

What an excellent stay. The accomodation is located a short stroll to the tavernas of Apollonia and only metres from the sea. Xristo made our stay especially hospitable and Mr Vangelli was very helpful to us. This is a perfect location to tour the whole island especially if you have a car available. If not the bus stop is conveniently located.

The location can't be beat, and the staff are exceptionally welcoming, kind, and helpful. The minimal extra cost for the ocean view was completely worth it (I can't imagine traveling so far only to have a view of a neighboring wall!), and the balcony was great for your morning coffee. Everything was simple, modern, and very clean, from the room to the common areas. The included breakfast was well organized, generous, and included tasty local items. The hotel is an easy 7-10 minute walk into Apollonia's waterfront area with lots of restraunts and little shops. Efcharisto to the hotel manager, Chris, who was so good to us!

Positive: Vicky at reception was lovely and very helpful. The room (No.3) was a good size, was very clean, and had quiet aircon. A gratis 500ml bottle of white wine was appreciated, as was the water and coffee pods which were replenished every day. Negative: Room 3 ground floor balcony is adjacent to the main entrance to reception so affords no privacy. You have to keep the curtains closed all the time otherwise anyone passing can see in. Domus Litus (Beach House in Latin) is located on the north side of the Pollonia peninsula, and is exposed to the virtually constant wind of the Meltemi. I dont think the cost of this room at around €180 per night warrants its location within the complex, the exterior facilities, nor the description 'luxury'.

I liked the free breakfast buffet and the friendly and helpful staff. I also liked being close to the water and in a safe neighborhood. I disliked the high price and inconvenience of getting around the island without a rental car.

The location of the property was wonderful. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. We had a beautiful view of the beach and it was a few short moments from our room. The room was clean and the staff was fantastic.

Our stay at Domus Litus was awesome. The location is very quiet. Breakfast was good, and there\'s a restaurant behind the hotel that\'s 30 second walk (which is also where the breakfast was). The views and sunset was amazing, 4mins walk to pollonia beach, 6min walk to the "main area" where the bus stop is, pharmacy, grocery and many other food places. Chris, the property manager is AMAZING. We felt taken care of the entire time we stayed here.

The property has been amazing. So beautiful, close to the water. The receptionist, Chris, was outstanding! He was super attentive, hospitable, and kind. He made sure to give us his personal suggestions for our short trip and also let us know to reach out to him at any point during our stay (even gave us his personal number!). The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was also included in the accommodation and it was healthy and delicious. I would highly recommend this location to any travellers and if you do, please tell Chris that Katerina from Toronto, Canada says hello!

Excellent location in Pollonia. Flora at reception was extremely helpful with arranging transfers and quick responses over the WhatsApp system. The room however did feel slightly dated and the location of room 3 was less than ideal due to being opposite reception and loud majority of the time, it took away the hotel experience. Unfortunately the hotel was unable to accommodate a room change due to being fully booked. Would recommend the hotel if a simple base is required.

Sejour parfait, très belle chambre avec terrasse vue mer. Proximité d'une superbe petite plage avec peu de monde . A 5mn a pieds des restaurants et des supérettes. Près du ferry pour aller a Kimolos pour 6,5€ par voyage avec notre scooter. Prêt de serviette de plage un vrai plus. L'hôtel m'a aidé pour réserver les transferts du port a l'hotel et le scooter, top.Je recommande cet établissement.
