Olga and Olessia were very communicative when there was an issue during our first night with the AC not working properly. They quickly fixed it, so the rest of our stay was comfortable. Place was as described and very clean with a location that is very close to a great Seattle neighborhood in Ballard. It was a bit noisy due to the place being right off of a busy road. Thanks again for the stay.

Olga and Olessia were very communicative when there was an issue during our first night with the AC not working properly. They quickly fixed it, so the rest of our stay was comfortable. Place was as described and very clean with a location that is very close to a great Seattle neighborhood in Ballard. It was a bit noisy due to the place being right off of a busy road. Communication was awesome-very responsive hosts.The studio was well sized and very clean, with one exception that a towel had what looked like old makeup stains on them (hence the sign to please not wipe off on towels)Accessing the studio was challenging, even with all the detailed keypad directions, so was very appreciative that they had keys as a backup. Thank you The reason I rated location less stars, and this is my fault for not knowing the area, is that it was on a very busy street. So if you’re a light sleeper like I am it was hard to sleep even with earplugs.

Loved the size. So cozy and comfortable. Bed was wonderful. Don’t normally sleep well on trips. Could have spent the day in bed. It was great to snuggle in the covers.

The studio in Ballard is well situated and well appointed. Check in is self-service but it was easy. The place is small but very attractive. It's within walking distance of a number of restaurants. My partner and I loved it. The only issue is that it's hard to do dishes since there is no sink. You have to do the dishes in the bathroom sink which is inconvenient. But then again, who does a lot of dishes when on holiday?

Property manager/owner tries to make it a pleasant environment, but the space itself features cheap construction. Heard upstairs neighbors constantly. Also, front door/bedroom/living area just 10 feet from a very busy street - which you hear at all hours of the night (luckily, we're sound sleepers!). As a former food employee, it skeeved me a bit for the only sink/water supply is in the bathroom - not overly sanitary conditions to wash dishes and get water for coffee!

This is truly an extraordinary property. It is decorated beautifully. Bed is super comfortable, towels first class. TV had free Netflix which I wasn't expecting. It is on a busy street, but the white noise machine cancelled the traffic out. I can't recommend this highly enough.

The studio is very small (the photos make it appear larger), and the front door opens directly onto the sidewalk of a busy street. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not the spot, traffic noise goes late into the night. The host did provide earplugs and a sound machine, which helps, but the listing didn’t mention just how loud the location is. The place was great! Super cute, Clean, very nice. The only thing was the code was so confusing we had no idea what was going on. I’ve never seen a door code like that before, but luckily they had a key to use instead. The host always answered my messages fast which was nice. Very good place to stay and close to town. Recommend booking here.

I was in Seattle for the Taylor Swift concert (in Vancouver). I asked the host if there was any way to get into the unit earlier because I made a mistake and didn’t realize check in was at 4 and they helped me. I also had to leave my trip early and I had no problems.

This was one of the nicest equipped VRBO properties I've stayed in. The bed was comfortable, check in and out were simple, and the location was perfect for us. The location is a bit noisy but the hosts have even included items to help mitigate that too!

We were in town for a family wedding in Ballard. This location was perfect for easy access to all venues, family homes, shopping, and tasty eateries. A walkable bakery down the hill and a nice neighborhood to explore on foot once off the Main Street. Well equipped, calm interior, and even the second bed turned out to be a comfortable pull out. Perfect for our stay

The studio had everything we needed. One time trouble with the keypad on the lock, but a Solution was given in the message. Was located on a busy, main road, so it was loud. But it didn’t bother us sleeping, so no problem really. The kitchenette did not have a sink, so the one in the bathroom had double duty. Overall it was a nice place with cute neighborhoods around it.

But it didn’t bother us sleeping, so no problem really. The kitchenette did not have a sink, so the one in the bathroom had double duty. Overall it was a nice place with cute neighborhoods around it.

The studio is cute, clean and lots of natural light. Host was very communicative. We went to Seattle to celebrate our daughter’s graduation! The space was great for the 3 of us! I would recommend staying here for a party of 3, but no more than that.I would come back here.

nice little place… street parking was easy right out front…. convenient to Ballard and downtown… a little loud as it sits right on a busy street…. checkin was difficult with the key pad on the front door but the host did provide an emergency key in a lock box

We loved staying in this very cozy and stylish studio. The beautiful, warm colors and details make you feel right at home. The place is very clean and comfortable. Bed and shower are great and you have everything you need for your stay. Location was very good for our purposes of visiting friends in Ballard and in a nice and walkable neighborhood. It is a great value and accommodations are perfect for 1 or 2 people. We will definitely return!
