Je krijgt om de dag een schone handdoek. Staat ook nergens aangegeven tijdens het boeken. Als je gaat neem je eigen handdoek mee ipv douchen met een vieze handdoek. Op het plafond van de badkamer was er een grote schimmel en douchekop hing los. De kamer was groot en ruim, schoonmaak was karig. Strand is met de auto goed bereikbaar, maar lopend erg lang (i.v.m. autoweg). Ik had drinken besteld, die werd bezorgd bij de receptie. Toen ik het ging ophalen, werd er verteld dat iemand anders uit het hotel had opgedronken. Heel vaag en raar. Speeltoestellen bij het kinderbadje werden telkens uitgezet. We hadden meerdere malen gevraagd of deze weer aangezet kon worden, maar dat werd niet gedaan. Helaas voor ons geen tweede keer.

Vores værelse var stor, rummeligt og dejligt. Lidt udfordring med kommunikation med personalet. Der er morgenmad om morgen MEN restauranten var aldrig åben udover morgenmad. Og der er ikke en bar selvom der stod at det er der. Hellere ikke lifthavnstransport

The hotel is located in a quiet spot, which was a great advantage for us (central Alanya looks more like a market and is busy and noisy). The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned regularly. Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides. Plenty of desserts as well. Food was tasty. Beach is not far: 5 min walk to the nearest beach bar with chase longs, but we walked to the next one it was usually less crowded. Hotel pool had a great view and water hadn’t too much chlorine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cons: the hallways and stairs were not cleaned as well as the rooms. Gym is quite basic. Overall we were quite happy with our choice of hotel and enjoyed our stay.

It has an outdoor pool, not bad, the sports area is narrow, not suitable for even two people, the restaurant closes early and the variety of drinks is less, the location is a bit far from the center of Alanya, Kestel beach It is close, but the beach is stony in that area, for a sandy beach, you have to go to the cleopatra beach in the center.

As soon as we checked in, we Instantly regretted booking here. The staff at the reception were rudely and didn’t give any information about the facilities in hotel, If you ask something they directly answered with no they don’t have. The food and cleanliness was horrible, there were constantly bugs on our bed and the room would not be cleaned until we would request for the hundredth time. The location of this hotel is bad too nothing is in even 30mins walking distance except the beach. I would not recommend this hotel.

Was schön war ist Balkon Blick auf Bergen, das warst eigentlich. Es war komplette Ausfall mit diesem Hotel. Uns werden die nie wieder sehen. Hotel ist UHRalt und viele Sachen sind bereits kaputt, Badezimmer war die Krönung: tropft überall, stehendes Wasser in Duschkabine. Ich hatte echt sehr oft Eckel Gefühl, aber Gott sei Dank waren wir da 2 Nächte nur. Sorry, nie wieder

Konumu sessiz sakin bir yerde. Tek dezavantajı güzel bir plaja yakın olmaması. Yakınındaki plaj ve deniz çok kayalık taşlık. Klimayı istediğimiz dereceye ayarladık ve döndüğümüzde hala çalışır durumdaydı. Balkonu da oldukça geniş ve kullanışlı. Duşu vb. Oldukça düzgün ve yeterli. Yataklar da oldukça rahattı.

Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides. Plenty of desserts as well. Food was tasty. Beach is not far: 5 min walk to the nearest beach bar with chase longs, but we walked to the next one it was usually less crowded. Yemekleri fena değil fiyatına göre makul tutup da 5 yıldızlı otel beklentiniz olmasın hersey fiyatına göre sonuç da .. denize mesafesi 200-300 mt civarı otel müşterisine kart ile ücretsiz şezlong tahsil ediliyor ama deniz kıyısı kayalık alanlar mevcut sadece 50 mt civarı düzgün ben genelde 3-4km ileri de dim çayının döküldüğü yere gidiyordum orası daha güzel semsiyeniz ve kamp sandalyeniz var ise dim çayının denize döküldüğü noktayı tavsiye ederim hem deniz ardından buz gibi tatlı suya atlayarak serinleyebilirsiniz iyi tatiller...

As soon as we checked in, we Instantly regretted booking here. The staff at the reception were rudely and didn’t give any information about the facilities in hotel, If you ask something they directly answered with no they don’t have. The food and cleanliness was horrible, there were constantly bugs on our bed and the room would not be cleaned until we would request for the hundredth time. The location of this hotel is bad too nothing is in even 30mins walking distance except the beach. I would not recommend this hotel.

Je krijgt om de dag een schone handdoek. Staat ook nergens aangegeven tijdens het boeken. Als je gaat neem je eigen handdoek mee ipv douchen met een vieze handdoek. Op het plafond van de badkamer was er een grote schimmel en douchekop hing los. De kamer was groot en ruim, schoonmaak was karig. Strand is met de auto goed bereikbaar, maar lopend erg lang (i.v.m. autoweg). Ik had drinken besteld, die werd bezorgd bij de receptie. Toen ik het ging ophalen, werd er verteld dat iemand anders uit het hotel had opgedronken. Heel vaag en raar. Speeltoestellen bij het kinderbadje werden telkens uitgezet. We hadden meerdere malen gevraagd of deze weer aangezet kon worden, maar dat werd niet gedaan. Helaas voor ons geen tweede keer.

Konumu sessiz sakin bir yerde. Tek dezavantajı güzel bir plaja yakın olmaması. Yakınındaki plaj ve deniz çok kayalık taşlık. Klimayı istediğimiz dereceye ayarladık ve döndüğümüzde hala çalışır durumdaydı. Balkonu da oldukça geniş ve kullanışlı. Duşu vb. Oldukça düzgün ve yeterli. Yataklar da oldukça rahattı.

The location of this hotel is bad too nothing is in even 30mins walking distance except the beach. I would not recommend this hotel.

Etwas weiter vom zentrum in einem wohngebiet.ruhige lage.ca 200 meter zum strand.der strand ist kies bzw grober sand.und leider nicht sehr einladend da vermüllt.

Je krijgt om de dag een schone handdoek. Staat ook nergens aangegeven tijdens het boeken. Als je gaat neem je eigen handdoek mee ipv douchen met een vieze handdoek. Op het plafond van de badkamer was er een grote schimmel en douchekop hing los. De kamer was groot en ruim, schoonmaak was karig. Strand is met de auto goed bereikbaar, maar lopend erg lang (i.v.m. autoweg). Ik had drinken besteld, die werd bezorgd bij de receptie. Toen ik het ging ophalen, werd er verteld dat iemand anders uit het hotel had opgedronken. Heel vaag en raar. Speeltoestellen bij het kinderbadje werden telkens uitgezet. We hadden meerdere malen gevraagd of deze weer aangezet kon worden, maar dat werd niet gedaan. Helaas voor ons geen tweede keer.
