Top location, gorgeous apartment and fast host communication. Only suggestion for those booking via this hotels/expedia is to make sure you receive the check in instructions from the host. I had to contact them upon arrival and they very efficiently sent me the info again but they said the the provider hotels/expedia had received those but they were not delivered to me. This was a minor thing sorted very soon. Everything inside is spot on and a family of 4 we had a confortable stay in the best location possible in the old town. It is walking distance from the train station and all things to do in this wonderful city.

Our room was very spacious and a beautiful king size bed, however the best part was the location. We were right in the heart of the Old Town which had everything imaginable; great restaurants, shopping & walking distance to everything. When we go back to Krakow & I know we will; this is the place we will stay again for sure.

Nice apartment and location is great. Only thing is checkout 11 AM is early; checkout should be 12. Other than that all is good; some noise from the street but ok. No elevator.
