This place looks run-down and a bit sketchy. The person at the front desk was incredibly helpful and nice. It was a 10 minute drive to AirVenture. A great location if you need a place to sleep for the night, and don't need anything fancy.

We had a very good day. I’ll check in with Cliff people running the hotel with House. Planning were great when we need towels. They took them and washed them and got us a new set immediately. It’s not in the Best area but everyone we met was very friendly and we had no issues with parking or anything else

It was a nice clean room. The bed was soft. The water was hot. Doesn't look like much from outside, but it works well. Best thing is location, in Downtown Oshkosh. I'll be back.

Town motel deserves a solid review! The exterior of the property is rough and they accept long-term stays which leads to a lot of people hanging around. They were all very kind to us!! Our room was extremely clean, spacious and neat/updated. Decent water pressure in the shower. Good TV and channels. Quiet at night and no issues with noise. Great location in downtown Oshkosh. We stayed for a graduation and it was perfect for getting to Walmart, campus, restaurants, etc. good parking lot. While the exterior gives the property a bad rap, it was a great place for $70. My family paid $300/night at Marriott. I was very happy with $70/night.
