Quest Citadines is conveniently located. It is just steps from the central station for Mersey Rail and many bus lines, It is also steps from Hanover St and all the restaurants and shops there. It’s a short walk to Liverpool Cathedral. The room itself is comfortable and offers a mini-fridge, induction stovetop, oven, microwave and toaster. It even boasts a washing machine and dryer, which is a terrific bonus for those who, like us, are on an extended tour of the UK and need to do laundry along the way. What a great thing to be able to clean your clothes without wasting time (and money) at a launderette. We arrived before our room was ready but there was an option to check our bags and go out into the city before checking in. Having a living room apart from the bedroom is a really nice thing. Highly recommend.

Very secure property for being in the central district. Minutes away from all the train stations and directly across from the central. Easy walk to the river front, shopping and dining. Has all amenities including laundromat and close to Tesco for grocery needs.

In the heart of the city. Walkable with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Nice kitchenette for quick cooking. Laundry machines are free and don't require any coins, but you need to bring your own detergent. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Loved the location of this property! We had a hard time finding parking for our rental car and checking in as this property is located on a pedestrian walkway. No cars allowed. But once we got that sorted it was such a short walk to get to and from all the food and shops!

Great first stay at Quest - Liverpool is home and we visit at least once a year, so it certainly won't be the last. After varying luck with hotels and apartments, we feel this was the best quality and value for money. Spacious, clean, and with an obvious effort to maintain and keep appliances up to date / well looked-after, we had no complaints! Central location is wonderful, gym is small but well-equipped, reception staff helpful.

Great location for all activities, not accessible by car but discounted parking close by. Room was well equipped and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being located in the middle of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Throughly recommend a stay at these apartments.

Great apartment hotel. Really clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, good shower. Great kitchen area in the room. Small gym but good equipment available for whatever type workout you need. Location is right in the middle of the town madness, no noise but was really busy. Car park is approx 4 min walk away for the very cheap car park, not the Q Park quoted by the hotel eg £5 per day versus £21 offered by hotel at Q Park Wouldn’t stay in this location again if back in Liverpool as would prefer to be slightly more out of the centre.

Quest Liverpool was just what we needed for our week trip to the area. Right in the city center and easy to walk to many areas from there. It was also easy to access both rail and bus coming into/out of the city or further away from the city center. The staff were friendly and hospitable and room was very comfortable. We also had laundry both in our unit and at the end of the hall. We felt safe with the security they had in place as well. We would absolutely stay again and recommend highly!

Det är säkert 5:e gången vi bor här, och vi kommer att göra det igen! Rummen är fräscha, både den större och mindre varianten av rum. Fullt utstad med bestick, glas, kastruller, mikrovågsugn m m. Personalen är mycket serviceinriktad. Vi bad att få ett rum ut mot Church St, och det gick bra. Frukosten är sådär. Det som är bra är frukt, juice & müsli, men de söta giffeln med choklad i. Samma med kexen, som har fyllning av choklad eller sylt. Frukosten levererades i en påse till dörren, men var försenad 20-30 minuter, varje dag. Vi kommer att stanna över igen.Gym och tvättmöjligheter finns.

All the staff are fantastic, nothing too much trouble for them. The room was spotless and very well equipped. The location is excellent, the train stations are a 5 minute walk away and all the shopping area is literally just outside the hotel door. I wouldn't stop anywhere else, fantastic.

Bra storlek på lägenheten. Jättebra ljudisolering. Vi kunde få både spjälsäng och barnstol i lägenheten. Bra städat. Väldigt skönt med AC men hela lägenheten kändes fuktig ändå; kläderna kändes konstant lätt fuktiga och det fanns mögel i badrummet. Skulle ändå bo där igen pga läge och allmänt väldigt smidigt att vara där med barn.

This is a quiet apart hotel. Never heard a peep from any other guests. Everything seems well thought out. Didn’t cook, but appreciated the fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed. Solicitous folks at reception. TV was fine. Also good wi-fi. No complaints. Shopping was close and lots of dining and coffee options. Good to have coffee and kettle in the room. Impeccably clean.

Third time staying at the hotel and felt it has slightly gone down hill. Great staff, friendly and couldn't do more for you. But rooms need updating a little, especially bathrooms. Pressure very low, tiles coming off and deep clean of shower head needed.

The cleaning staff is a major weakness of this property. Towels were not changed frequently enough, carpet was not vacuumed despite being there six nights. Had to ask for more shampoo, toilet tissue etc. Disappointing to say the least.

Fantastic location with easy check in and out. Room was really large and clean. Bathroom was modern with a rain shower. Although the shower wasnt very powerful, it was nice and hot. Loved the nespresso coffee in reception and the staff were really helpful. We were on the top floor so no street noise. Would highly recommend

Ive stayed at this property several times...mainly for convenience to public transport...you dont always get the amenities listed on the booking site....the king bed is two singles pushed together...very uncomfortable! My latest stay i noticed the rooms are becoming a little shabby...new paint needed!!!

Overall Quest was fine, but the bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in them, I could never find a comfortable sleeping position and did not sleep well at all whilst staying there. Also fitted with a comforter that was pocketed at the bottom corners of the bed so you couldn't pull the comforter up far enough. Also had no top sheet, which I found odd. Just seems like like the beds were an afterthought. Because of this, I would not book here again.

Property is clean anoth and in a great location around shops bars etc, room looks fine my only problem was the bed me and my partner found it very uncomfortable and the pillows I put on floor giving me pain in my head using them, perfect hotel if it was for the bed and pillows, recommend you to bring your own pillow , won't be attending again due to bed and bedding uncomfortable 👍

Very clean, nice apartments that worked for our family. Incredibly central location in the heart of Liverpool. While it can be quite noisy outside, the noise was completely blocked out in the apartment building. Would stay again.

up on arrival gave name in recepionist insisted we where not booked in asked to see email but no internet in reception gave names at least 6 times and spelt them out after about 15min she found my name was not happen way she didnt try and help just kept saying not on booking list

A special thanks to the staff, who were courteous and efficient on check in, and also allowed me to store bags for several hours on checkout while i explored Liverpool. Place is right in the center of Liverpool, about 100 meters away from Liverpool One and Liverpool Central station, as well as a 10 minute walk to the docks and Cavern Quarter. Room itself was great, clean, decent size with cooking facilities, a fridge and a dining table. Would definitely stay again when in Liverpool

Warm welcome and friendly, helpful staff. Lovely little studio apartment. Everything provided to enable self-sufficiency (even a washing machine and tumble dryer!). Beautifully scented complimentary hand & body wash, shampoo & conditioner and shower gel. Only stayed one night but would definitely recommend and happily return for a longer stay.

Great location to explore all Liverpool has to offer. Shirt walking distance to LiverpoolOne, Albert Dock and Cabern Club hot spots. Our room was spacious, clean and having the small kitchenette served us perfectly. Check in was very simple, warm and friendly. We parked in the Q Park a 5 minute walk and used the hotels discount. 3 days was £45, but you can come and go if you wish. The hotel is a pedestrian area so not easy to drop off bags. So you have carry/wheel you luggage from the car park.

Hotel right in centre of the city, couple of minutes walk from Lime Street Station. Staff were brilliant and very friendly. We enjoyed our trip, and would definitely stay again

Got 3 hours sleep on the Saturday as there is loud music playing on the street outside til 4am. We were also denied a late checkout when we complained.

Loved the location of this property! We had a hard time finding parking for our rental car and checking in as this property is located on a pedestrian walkway. No cars allowed. But once we got that sorted it was such a short walk to get to and from all the food and shops!

Great stay in the heart of Liverpool. The room (studio) was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It's a quick walk from the train station, from Liverpool One, and to the restaurants of Bold Street. The Royal Albert docks are only about 15 minutes way. Would highly recommend!

Flott leilighetshotell midt i sentrum med gåavstand til det meste. Stille og rolig selv om det var midt i den travle handlegaten. Meget hyggelig personale . Frokosten kunne vært bedre beskrevet, den besto av cornflakes , juice, melk , yoghurt og epler.

A top place to stay. I have stayed in many places in Liverpool over the years and this is among the best. If you drive, the parking is expensive but convenient in a safe, nearby 24/7 car park (Q Park, Hanover St.). Staff were all really friendly, allowed early check in for us. Studio is spacious enough for 2 people. Breakfast options could be improved - the option of a hot drink would have been nice otherwise no complaints. Would defo stay again. Location is excellent, I stayed over for a Liverpool game - Anfield stadium is a 15 minute or so, drive.

Fantastisk hotel lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed. Gåafstand fra både tog og bus station. Ligger på gågaden, så der er rig mulighed for bøde shopping og en bartur. Morgenmaden er det eneste der trækker ned. Havde bestilt Continental breakfast, men vil nærmere kalde det en snack pack

The continental breakfast was bad, really basic pick & go items. Some of the fixutres in the room were spoilt, like the bathroom cupboard door, shower tap. Also, toilet papers werent replenished during house keeping, gotta call to get more. Response was quick though.

We were supposed to check in at 3pm and the room wasn’t ready until 5pm . Some people waited for 5 hours. Only have one chambermaid per day. No vip benefits given at all. Intercontinental breakfast was just one pack of biscuit and one juice given at front of door.

Check is was easy and the Spanish lady on reception was brilliant. The rooms aren't as big as they make it look on the photos. They were very clean and the kitchette was well stocked with cuterly and glasses etc. The breakfast was disappointing even though it was continental I was glad I'd not paid for it. Hotel was very central and car park 3min walk away, overall a great place to stop.

4 day break. Quest is perfectly located for the airport bus, shopping and all the attractions. It is in the pedestrian zone with secure key card access. Nice continental breakfast delivered to the room every morning.

Not right next to the road so we had to push our luggage for a while into the pedestrian area. Says on Expedia that the Studio King Size room has washing machine but it didn’t. Says in the confirmation email that there’s “ Free continental breakfast for 2 per day” but the hotel only has lobby and a shelf of food and utilities for sale.
