Nice hotel located I the city center of the old town. Everything was perfect. Parkering is 3-5 min walk away from the hotel in a parking basement, which was a little difficult to find eve though we follow the signs to the hotel. Google maps had some difficulty to guide us to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is really good.

Lovely hotel. Restaurant was closed for renovations, bar was closed - so not services. First room I was Given was tiny & dark. Was told that all weekend guests had already checked in (this was Thursday 17.00) so no alternative. Said I would leave & then they found a nicer room. Check in lady seemed to be the only staff. room service was very efficient

Erg goed en mooi hotel. Eén minpunt, bij de boeking wordt niets verteld dat je met de auto niet bij het hotel kan komen. Wij troffen een vriendelijke dame in de stad, zij heeft ons verteld welke P-garage het dichts bij het hotel lag en hoe we daarna moesten lopen. Zonder haar hadden we nog wel een tijdje rondjes gereden :-) Voor ons allemaal geen probleem, maar voor minder validen is het niet echt handig. Vic is een prachtige stad, mooie gebouwen, heel veel details en ‘s-avonds erg gezellig!

Una estancia increíble!!! Hotel precioso en pleno centro de Vic, atención por parte del personal muy buena. Una pega, restaurante cerrado, solo abren para grupos/empresas con reserva, también tiene lo que es la biblioteca, que hace un tiempo por la noche era como un bar de copas donde hacían Gintònics y actualmente, también está cerrado...y no nos lo esperábamos. Aunque también debo decir que estando en pleno centro, hay muchos restaurantes y sitios para tomar una copa.
Una estancia increíble!!! Hotel precioso en pleno centro de Vic, atención por parte del personal muy buena. Can’t drop off bags at the hotel as the entrance is not what is shown in the pictures but it is located on a beautiful very small pedestrian-only street. Lovely place in a beautiful part of the old city, but you will have to drag your bags a few blocks after you park nearby.

Visually beautiful hotel with gorgeous gardens . On Sunday morning there was very good live music outside. Staff were all very friendly and helpful . Our room was stylish with very comfy beds and large modern bathroom. Only a few hangers in wardrobe but was no problem to ask for more . Would have appreciated better tea and coffee making facilities as there was just a pod machine to make espresso . I needed an iron and staff were very helpful, bringing it to our room . The breakfast was buffet style with the option of ordering hot food or yoghurt and fruit . I was reluctant to eat from the buffet as the food wasn’t covered and there were flies around . I ordered poached eggs on the first day but they were very undercooked, omelette second day, again undercooked . I found my best option to be yoghurt and fruits - toast and preserve . Tea and coffee were both good at breakfast too . I ended up enjoying this more than a cooked breakfast. Again staff really lovely . Hotel was undergoing some building work during our stay but that was no problem.

A beautiful hotel, which blends historic aspects combined with modern amenities, right in the middle of the historic district. Parking is away from the hotel, but subsidized. Really enjoyed ourstay in this beautiful town. Would stay there again.

Amazing property. Fidel who was working at the front desk the evening we checked in gave us an informal tour of the property and told us the history. If you enjoy staying places with a distinctly historic feel then this is the place. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful and located in a great area. However, our room did not have any hot water in the bathroom, so all of our showers were freezing cold. We also found garbage in our room upon our arrival. In addition, some members of the staff were not very friendly during our stay.

Smuk hotel og flot udsigt. Yderst venlig personale. Der var dog en lille problem med vasken i badeværelse , for vandet ikke løb helt fri, og selvom det blev rapporteret, blev problemet ikke løst.

Teníamos una habitación triple superior y la habitación que nos dieron era bastante pequeña. Con la cama del niño abierta el armario no se abría una de las puertas, el frigo también era difícil abrirlo y la ventana que estaba en ese lado imposible abrir si no saltabas por encima de la cama. La cama del niño era un sofá cama con colchón de unos 5 cm. Al día siguiente tuvimos problemas porque no nos hicieron la habitación, y eso que bajamos a las 18:00 h a comentarlo pero siguieron sin hacerla. Cuando llegas al hotel te invitan con unas tarjetas a un refresco, copa de vino o cóctel y cuando fuimos a tomar el cóctel nos dijeron que eso era antes y que ya no daban ese tipo de bebidas, que era antes porque tenían barman pero ya no. Cuando te hacen la habitación, en el baño no te retiran los tarritos de gel y champú que has usado, hay se quedan aunque estén vacíos. El hotel es bonito pero nuestra estancia no fue muy buena por estés detalles, y sobre todo la habitación como he dicho antes muy muy muy justa para 3 personas.

The only thing I didn't like was a bit of local noise coming from an establishment late at night...and it was just one establishment, but once the youngsters left if was quieter than a mouse. Would I stay there again? Heck yeah!!!

Lovely hotel but air conditioning does not work so was like trying to sleep in a sauna. For some reason it only blows and does not cool, and is also very noisy. A real shame as otherwise would have been 5/5.

Great stay. Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, solid breakfast. We found parking by the bridge about 200m or so away from the hotel for free. Glad we stayed there.

El sofa-cama no se puede considerar una cama supletoria. Un colchoncillo de apenas 5cm de grosor y máximo 180cm de largo sobre un entramado de hierros y muelles no se corresponde en ningún caso con los estandares de calidad de un hotel de 4 estrellas

Amazing property. Fidel who was working at the front desk the evening we checked in gave us an informal tour of the property and told us the history. If you enjoy staying places with a distinctly historic feel then this is the place. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful and located in a great area. However, our room did not have any hot water in the bathroom, so all of our showers were freezing cold. We also found garbage in our room upon our arrival. In addition, some members of the staff were not very friendly during our stay.

Lovely hotel. Restaurant was closed for renovations, bar was closed - so not services. First room I was Given was tiny & dark. Was told that all weekend guests had already checked in (this was Thursday 17.00) so no alternative. Said I would leave & then they found a nicer room. Check in lady seemed to be the only staff. room service was very efficient

Visually beautiful hotel with gorgeous gardens . On Sunday morning there was very good live music outside. Staff were all very friendly and helpful . Our room was stylish with very comfy beds and large modern bathroom. Only a few hangers in wardrobe but was no problem to ask for more . Would have appreciated better tea and coffee making facilities as there was just a pod machine to make espresso . I needed an iron and staff were very helpful, bringing it to our room . The breakfast was buffet style with the option of ordering hot food or yoghurt and fruit . I was reluctant to eat from the buffet as the food wasn’t covered and there were flies around . Nice hotel located I the city center of the old town. Everything was perfect. Parkering is 3-5 min walk away from the hotel in a parking basement, which was a little difficult to find eve though we follow the signs to the hotel. Google maps had some difficulty to guide us to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is really good.

Erg goed en mooi hotel. Eén minpunt, bij de boeking wordt niets verteld dat je met de auto niet bij het hotel kan komen. Wij troffen een vriendelijke dame in de stad, zij heeft ons verteld welke P-garage het dichts bij het hotel lag en hoe we daarna moesten lopen. Zonder haar hadden we nog wel een tijdje rondjes gereden :-) Voor ons allemaal geen probleem, maar voor minder validen is het niet echt handig. Vic is een prachtige stad, mooie gebouwen, heel veel details en ‘s-avonds erg gezellig!

Can’t drop off bags at the hotel as the entrance is not what is shown in the pictures but it is located on a beautiful very small pedestrian-only street. Lovely place in a beautiful part of the old city, but you will have to drag your bags a few blocks after you park nearby.

Una estancia increíble!!! Hotel precioso en pleno centro de Vic, atención por parte del personal muy buena. Una pega, restaurante cerrado, solo abren para grupos/empresas con reserva, también tiene lo que es la biblioteca, que hace un tiempo por la noche era como un bar de copas donde hacían Gintònics y actualmente, también está cerrado...y no nos lo esperábamos. Aunque también debo decir que estando en pleno centro, hay muchos restaurantes y sitios para tomar una copa.
