All good! the only downside was that they (the hotel) charged me for a VAT that was supposed to be exempted, as we were not Colombians or resident of the country.

Absolutely some of the BEST service and kind and and generous staff we have ever encountered! David at the front desk and Luisa im the executive lounge area, just to name a couple were so helpful and made us feel so comfortable being in a different country!
