Próximo da localização tinha bastante comércio e opções de transporte. O banheiro era grande e com bom chuveiro. Achei a cobrança de 5 euros para guardar malas um absurdo, independentemente do tempo de armazenamento. Além disso, a ausência de café da manhã era compreensível, mas seria um gesto de cortesia oferecer pelo menos café de garrafa ou máquina aos hóspedes

Ótima localização para percorrer andando boa parte dos pontos turísticos de Lisboa. Perto do Metrô da Praça Marques de Pombal. Carlos, Lucas e Erika foram ótimos atendentes.A falta de um frigobar e de uma cadeira no quarto e a cobrança de 5 euros para guardar as malas são pontos fracos que necessitam correções.

Minha única reclamação é sobre a porta do banheiro abrir para o corredor do quarto em um espaço tão pequeno. Toda vez que abria a porta batia nas malas que estavam no corredor já que era o único lugar que couberam. O quarto é beeeem pequeno, sem mesa de cabeceira, frigobar ou escrivaninha. Mas o serviço é bem ok e vale o preço. Possui estacionamento (minúsculo, mas possui). As máquinas de conveniência no saguão foram um Plus.

Was easy to get to. Clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast pastries at the restaurant were reasonably priced and delicious.

Great reasonably priced accommodation. We parked our car in the secure parking and walked from the hotel to all of the locations we wanted to visit in Lisbon. The small grocery store across the street and coffee shop attached to the lobby were very convenient. The only thing missing was a small fridge in our room, which would have been helpful.

I liked the facilities low electric usage program. The air conditioning was excellent. There is small cafeteria immediately adjacent with cakes and coffee available at 7:00 am

Otima localização, oferece boas condições estruturais. Tem uma cafeteria embaixo e vc pode tomar cafe pagando a parte . Tem onde deixar as malas caso necessário.

There is water leakage at the shower. There is an extra charge to just keep the luggage at the reception after checked out.

Bare bones hotel which is fine if that’s all you need. Very tiny minimalist rooms. Only have 7 parking spots so a reservation for a vehicle must be made with the hotel. No breakfast included but there is a cafe attached to the hotel. Nice location. Walkable to many locations or bus lines. Would recommend for an inexpensive stay.

Clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, contemporary minimalist design, friendly and helpful staff, and centrally located in Lisbon - this hotel has all the basics for a comfortable stay. There is no gym and not many amenities at the hotel, but there are options nearby.

Property was clean for the most part except that there was mold in the bathroom shower (caulking and ceiling) and the window curtains were dirty. No mini fridge, very tight space. Convenient-ish location, you can walk to most places within 25-30min (taking the train ends up being just as long so yiu may as well walk). This hotel is good for short term stays.

Check-in went very smoothly. The reception staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I recommend it.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto da Av. da Liberdade, com padarias, restaurantes e mercados nas proximidades. A equipe foi muito atenciosa. O quarto foi limpo todos os dias. Local silencioso.

O EasyHotel Lisbon foi uma ótima escolha! A localização é perfeita, próxima ao metrô Marquês de Pombal e cercado por supermercados e restaurantes. O serviço de quarto surpreende: limpeza diária e troca de toalhas todos os dias sem precisar pedir. Para completar, a recepção é muito atenciosa e oferece um ótimo atendimento. Recomendo!

A única situação que nos deixou incomodados foi a questão fo ar-condicionado que a noite mudava automaticamente para o quente e o quarto ficava quente demais obrigando desligar. So abrir a janela o barulho era alto para ficar muito tempo aberta.

We chose this hotel as we expected a decent standard of cleanliness and amenities as it was a chain. We mostly got this bit we're surprised by some things which were left to be desired. •The room was clean as expected • Fully functional and warm shower • Easy and functional WiFi • The room was cleaned and towels changed everyday • Hand soap and shower gel provided •Air con and heating control • friendly and multilingual staff What was missing or could have been better: • The room was small with limited space. • The bed was as small as a double could be and we're only provided with two small pillows for two people. •No wardrobe but only 4 hangers and 2 coat hooks for clothes and a couple drawer like spaces. •The bathroom tap was controlled with a hand pump as if we were in a public school. Once pressed, water would only run for about two seconds max before needing to press again. • There was a comically small floor mat for the bathroom. • The shower door only opened outwards which would lead to water getting on the floor. In addition there was a small gap in the shower door which would also leak on the floor. Which was annoying to deal with, with the aforementioned small floor towel. Location was good; about an 8 minute walk from the nearestetro station which is on two of the four lines. Close to some nice restaurants and some sights. Three small supermarkets close by which is handy and slightly outside of the touristy areas so it is easy to avoid the crowds.

Ok hotel, rooms are really small. It doesn’t even have a desk or place for your things It doesn’t have a closet, just a hanger The location was ok, cleanness ok.

It’s not worth the price . Small room , no space for dresses. Unconfortable shower loosing water all around . Lot of noises from early morning from the street below . No option to open the windows. No Smart tv

The AC didn’t work well

Very small room, but advertised as “sleeps 3”. You can’t even open your suitcase.

Very bare bones. No closet, no nightstands, no heat via the HVAC system, no faucet handles on the bathroom sink, etc. On the plus side, it is in central Lisbon only a little over a mile from the waterfront, it is quiet, and it is modern. My Achua is a very reasonable mini grocery store right across the street.

The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distances to the downtown. The staff was very friendly, professional and kind. Our luggages were lost and hotel staff made a several calls to airport to locate the luggage.

Check-in went very smoothly. The reception staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I recommend it.

super nice staff, we stayed twice in here and we enjoyed it. easy to get around town and fun shops around. there is a little shop in front the front desk and super cheap for an easy start with your day and breakfast. for sure we will stay here if we decide to go back to lisbon again. there are so many things to see that 4 days were not enough for us. if you want to practice your portuguese, the staff really love interacting with you. i have enjoyed chatting with them.

I was pleased with the Host/Customer Service, I think his name is Carlos. He was a very helpful who provided helpful information about the area and tourist attractions. The hotel was clean, room was big enough with a view to the street. Well recommended.

Estava tudo ok, quarto ótimo, recepção ótima, o Brasileiro extremamente simpático e prestativo, até chegar o checkout! Eu estava com um deficiente visual e uma senhora de 69 anos, eu estava com duas malas, eu saí era 11:45h, só pedi se poderia deixar uma mala na recepção durante 15min, até eu levar a senhora e a pessoa com deficiência visual até a outra rua, durante no máximo 20min... Não foi permitido e falou que se eu deixasse eu seria cobrado! Eu novamente insisti para que deixasse, mas ele foi claro em falar que não, que se eu deixasse a mala e que eu seria cobrado! Enfim, era só uma questão de empatia! Mas não houve!

Good hotel and great location

Visiting Lisbon for a few days with friends. The Easyhotel is a 2 star hotel perfectly located for exploring the city. The rooms are no frills, but the bed was comfortable and very clean. Nice powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Probably a bit tight for space if you would like a twin bed room. Receptionists friendly when spoken too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cheap stay in a lovely city!

Great location. About a 7 min walk to the Metro station. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy access to the city centre by walking,metro or bus.

O Staff super gentil, quarto confortável e chuveiro excelente. Gostei muito. Me hospedaria novamente

Hotel was clean and the service was great. Was also at a walkable distance to everything.

Decent for a budget hotel. Small clean comfort rooms with double bed, bathroom with shower, sink & toilet - room has a tv a desk and chair. Clothes hangers to hang up your clothing but that’s it. It’s a budget hotel for a budget price so wasn’t expecting much more. No kettle or fridge in rooms but there is a coffee shop next door & supermarket across the road. Area is ok - safe to walk around even after dark. Staff were friendly.

Muy buena ubicación, personal muy preparado, muy moderno y muy limpio. Cafetería para desayunar moderna dentro del hotel. La verdad, nos sorprendió y mucho, no pongo ningún pero.

Wonderful! The front desk staff were always kind and informative. The on-site coffee shop is very convenient for breakfast in the morning and a great way to start your day.
