Easy check-in, convenient parking, and extremely clean room. Breakfast was also wonderful with very friendly staff.

Mycket bra hotell alldeles i början av gågatan. Gratis parkering precis vid hotellentrén. Incheckningen i automaten gick smidigt. Bra frukost.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mitten in Vaduz. Großes, modernes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gibt einen wellness berwich mit Sauna. Es gibt KEINE Rezeption, man muss sich selbst einchecken. Personal ist nur beim Frühstück da und zum Zimmer sauber machen.

This is a great property and the parking was free and easily accessible. There are pros and cons to the self check in. It’s simple but loses some of the personal touch. It was nice to be able to go make a cup of tea in the evening and there’s an honesty bar if you’re interested. Everything was clean and comfortable and very conveniently located.

The hotel is in a great location right on the main pedestrianised street. I arrived early and the cleaning lady showed me where I could store my luggage in a locker. However, when I returned later to check-in, I wasn’t able to access that area without a key card. I had my information with me to complete the self check-in but I wondered if other people get caught out by this. The self check-in and out is very efficient. My room was extremely comfortable. It had a glass door which could open out to a small shared outdoor balcony area. You could also open this to let some air in. Breakfast was available in a bright and airy room and there was a great selection of items. There is a honesty bar available in that room also where you could get water and drinks 24 hours a day and you left money in the coin box. The coffee machine and tea making facilities were available 24 hours a day. I did use the sauna in the Wellness Room and it was a lovely treat. A very good selection of herbal tea was available in that area also. I definitely recommend this hotel if you visit Vaduz. Parking is available and the bus stop is a 3 minute walk away. You won’t get a better location to visit the museums, local restaurants and the hiking area. I really enjoyed my stay here and think it’s good value for money.

We drove 7 hours and the self check in was not efficient. not having front desk staff was frustrating. We were tired, hungry and dirty and just wanted to get in our room. parking was extremely limited. Again having no one at desk to guide us was very frustrating. We won't be staying again

Detta är ett hotell som är centralt beläget med fina rum och bra frukost. Dock är servicenivån väldigt låg, trots det höga priset och de fyra stjärnorna. Det finns tex ingen bemannad reception, lakanen läggs bara på sängen så att man får bädda själv och de missade att städa mitt rum en dag trots att jag följde de instruktioner som fanns.

My wife and I spent 1 night in Liechtenstein and stayed at the Hotel Vaduzerhof. It's located right in the middle of town and could not be more convenient--minutes walking from Vaduz's main sights. It was 12 min walking from the Flixbus dropoff location and a 5 min bus ride from Sevelin train station. Our room was fantastic--modern, clean, nicely furnished, with plenty of space for our belongings, well-located and designed outlets, a beautiful bathroom with one of the best showers we've ever tried, and a great view of the Städtle commercial promenade. Note: there was no proper air conditioning apparently due to laws in Liechtenstein, but the room did have a heat pump system to keep the room cool and relatively comfortable. It was around 91°F / 33°C on the day we arrived, and the system was cool enough for me but not quite cold enough for my wife. Amenities-wise, the hotel had a pretty good free Swiss breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, and tomatoes and cucumbers, plus juice, coffee, some fruit, and pastries. We also appreciated the storage lockers located on the lower floor in the back that we used to store our stuff after checking out and before we left the city. Lastly, we did not have any issues with the electronic check in process, but I can see how it COULD be a problem. There is no staff member present to help with anything. We had 4 questions that didn't translate to English, but I put in a placeholder and got our keys. Worked for us but could trouble some.

Nice hotel in the center of Vaduz. Only minor issue is street construction that was noisy in the mornings.

Decent hotel with self check-in and complementary breakfast. Rooms are comfortable however there is no kettle/coffee machine in the rooms, nor refrigerator. There is a common area where tea and coffee is available though.

This property is in a convenient location within walking distance of the main sites. It was quiet during the day, but quite loud at night. There was a group of people just standing right outside and yelling at each other for quite a while. Then around 12:30am, it sounded like a race track outside with a car zooming around right outside of the hotel. I recommend to bring ear plugs. It was extremely warm and uncomfortable in the room. Much warmer than outside. There was no A/C. It was still 78 degrees in the room at 1 am. While only 53 degrees outside. With both windows open, it was still too warm to sleep especially with all the outside noise. Turned the thermostat to 62 degrees, but nothing happened. As written in other posts, there is no reception desk, no one to ask for help, and it was quite difficult to check-in. On a positive note, there were warm drinks and fruit available all day/night.

Great central location. Very clean. Heated floors in the bathroom. Really enjoyed our stay.

The check process is a bit cumbersome. It is totally electronic with no human intervention. When you start the process of the kiosk, make sure you have your passport and hotel reservation number available. The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast was very well done with quite a large selection.

O hotel tem localizaçao excelente. Possui estacionamento sem custo. O café da manhã é razoável. O ponto negativo é a falta de funcionários na recepcção. Ter que fazer o selfie-checkin não é uma tarefa das mais fáceis.

Well-located, clean hotel. What killed it for me was the self checkin--no front desk staff at all. This hotel, otherwise fine, is not in the hospitality business.

I made a mistake and booked the b-Smart in Vaduz for the wrong date. The woman worker there helped us get a room in a sister b-Smart hotel in Bendern. She was incredibly helpful and kind.

Advertised 24/7 person to check in. There are no people it is all automated, so no one to help with extra towerls, pillows etc. We booked balcony rooms but the autotron fave us wrong rooms and no live person available to correct. The cleaning class was helpful the next day with extras but could not help with rooms.

The self check-in experience was poor. Long delay watching the computer spinning. Then, when I finally was able to pay, no room key card was issued. I had to activate my phone but was repeatedly dropped. Finally, some staff showed up. Apparently the card issuing machine was jammed. It literally took 40 minutes to check-in. Otherwise, no complaints. The room was spotless, we had a great viw and the breakfast was fine.

The room is nice. However, check in really dampened my view of this hotel. Not only did we have to pay on arrival when we though we had pre payed so did not have the correct payment card on us, but they messed up our room booking. We got given key cards and the receipt to the wrong room, opened the room to people already inside. We then had to call the company on the other guests phone as there was no staff at the hotel and we can't make calls without big fees on our phones being abroad. We had to speak to two different people on the phone to get things sorted. This was not ideal especially after having hiked for 9 hours through the rain and just wanting to sit down.

There was no human around on check-in. We had no WiFi password, no one to ask questions in the area, or no way to get extra towels or even get one wash cloth. They did not answer the registered phone number and gave wrong information on email communications. When there wrong information was finally straightened out , late in the evening, there was only excuses, no apologies.

O serviço de check in do hotel é totalmente automático. Não existe funcionario no hotel, exceto 2 funcionarios da limpeza e do cafe da manhã. Infelizmente, quando chegamos a noite o seviço de check-up feito por computador, estava com defeito. Tinha um aviso para ligar para um telefone, que não conseguiamos por ser tetefone do Brasil, apesar de liberado. Tivemos a sorte de um Alemão educado que nos fez a gentileza de ligar com seu telefone.

Great hotel! Located in the heart of Vaduz, this accommodation was clean, fresh and had a delicious breakfast. The room was well appointed.

Frühstück war eher zurückhaltend und der Frühstücksraum sehr eng.

The hotel was ok, perfect location , you have almost all you need. I suggest to have some control of the temperature, it is not possible to regulate it, I wasn’t fresh enough. I stayed on 27 April 24. breakfast with not vegan options, just back coffee with not vegan milk at all in the machine :(

Der Self Check in hat gut funktioniert, trotzdem etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass man zu keinen Zeitpunkt persönlichen Kontakt zu Personen hat. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, guter Standart. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas lieblos. Die Auswahl am Buffett überschaubar

This hotel is quite expensive for what you’re getting. It’s clean and well located, but that’s about it. The touch screen wasn’t working to check in for at least two days, which was frustrating. The doors don’t always latch well and we actually realized when about to go to bed that ours had swung open. The fire alarm also went off one morning for unknown reasons. The breakfast is free but a bit meh. All in all it’s overpriced.

Beautiful property in the heart of Vaduz. Walking distance from the city center and literally minutes away from most of the attractions. Very comfortable beds and absolutely spectacular breakfast! I was very, very, VERY impressed with the breakfast options.
