Hotel was very clean and nice. The pool and bar area were nice also. Beach chairs are not included with room, there are extra fees for all beach furniture, even a chair. The elevators get busy at peak periods which gets annoying. But overall, the restaurant and food and amenities were nice, especially for a reasonable price.

It was amazing. The view from our room was phenomenal. The room was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. The balcony was a nice size. Easy access to the beach. Pool had an ocean view and was very clean. Breakfast was free and offered a lot of options. They had a parking garage that was very big had no issues finding parking. Elevators all throughout ALL levels of the hotel even the parking garage.

Ice machine broke all 4 days I was there. The hot tub did not work for 4 days either. The waterfalls around the area also did not work. I told the front desk and they were “working on it”.

This resort is as pictured, very beautiful and relaxing beachfront with beautiful views and friendly environment. The room was comfortable and the amenities were great, breakfast was great with many options also always filled. Coffee/tea/hot cocoa/citrus water bar always open which is great. Gym was an amazing size with filtered water available, pool was amazing with plenty of lounge chairs throughout and table and chairs on the sides filtered water available near the restroom outside. Hot tub was very great and a nice size. Check in and out was awesome interaction with front desk very friendly staff amazing place to stay with the family really enjoyed ourselves, no elevator issues when we stayed everything was fine with that. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants even though the resort also has a Starbucks and restaurant for dinner available also there is a restaurant available by the pool. Parking garage you pay online there’s QR codes throughout the garage for that. Overall great place and you will definitely enjoy.

Google reviews more accurate than hotels.com reviews. Check in easy, Myesha was extremely nice and accommodating. Stay was decent. Hotel was overall decent, good breakfast. Pool was dirty by midday-evening, seemed like it was only cleaned once in the morning. Random DJ one day with annoying music, too loud and did not fit the atmosphere. Towel stations slow to be refilled, sometimes had to wait 30min to an hour for towels. Kids frequently in the hottub and we were unable to use most of the time. Bar closed early. Elevators slow at busy times, only 3 for the 14stories and frequently one of them was out of service. Room clean. Shower curtain dirty. Beach was nice. Easy access to beach from hotel. Harpoon Harry’s and hooters within 3-5min walk w/ good food. Had a good time, don’t know that I would stay at this hotel again. Biggest benefit was location and good breakfast.

The hotel is very nice, very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was much harder than we are used to and the pillows really soft. Breakfast was not good, it was a little disappointing. The big surprise was the parking. Nowhere in the reservation said we had to pay $20 per day for parking. Pool was fun, DJs were fun and it was a good location

The elevators were the ONLY thing that we detested about the hotel. The wait time was ridiculous. The property is beautifully placed on the beach with the pool in between them. Pool area close at 10, but access to the beach is 24hrs.

This property is right on the beach, had a clean beach areas, a clean pool... Good for small kids. Good parking floors. When I booked the room, it said free self parking, but when I checked in, they said we have to pay to the third party $20.00/overnight, if not your car will get tow away??? That made me little upset!!! We are sr. people, so we came here bf school breaks... so most of everything was not so busy, not too crowded... Preferred to eat at Sharky's Rest. You may have to drive from this hotel, had good foods(app. with fried Calamary...), Main Pier Park with shoppings and foods... If you love VNmese Pho, they all lined up on Front Beach Rd. The others is walkable...

Everyone who may consider staying here needs to know that there will be an additional $50 per day charged to you. This is a fee for use of facilities, whether you use them or not. This is a fee like the casinos in Las Vegas charge when you stay there.Also a daily $20 parking fee.

The room wasn’t as clean as usual The toilet felt like you was gonna tilt over especially getting up. The pool was nasty looking the same trash stayed there for at least 3 days. Just not impressed. Also the elevators are awful so slow. Just disappointed

This is a beautiful hotel, with absolutely gorgeous views on the beach. No issues there, but there were a few stains on the sheets/ comforter that left me uncomfortable. The cleanliness of others is obviously not under their control, but that is what made this a less than perfect trip

We have stayed at this hotel before, however the room on this stay was less than ideal. The bathroom was not very well cleaned, there was hair still left all in the tub/shower. The floors in the bathroom also looked unmopped. I was not impressed. The room needs fresh paint, it looks like they did touch ups but did not use even close to the same color to touch up.

Room was dirty (sticky wet spill). Lumpy bed with only 3 thin pillows. Cheap bedding. Tiny fridge with poor cooling. Extremely Overpriced for quality. Pool dirty with dead floating bugs. Parking expensive. Nothing convenient to location-must drive everywhere. Staff very unhelpful, unsympathetic and not well informed. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Days Inn. Same price, superior property.

When I arrived at 4:15 P.M. I found out that there was no room ready for me even when I made the booking and requested to check in early, The room was really old the paint came off the walls and there were bugs in the room and we got itchy and rash

My husband and I just went to PCB for a quick getaway for our anniversary. The gym could use some attention as the treadmills were worn and dirty/dusty at the base. There were no wipes available to clean the equipment but I never leave home without my own cleaning supplies. The area near the elevators on the floor where our room was located was dirty and definitely needed some attention. FYI there a $20 per day fee that has to be paid for parking to a 3rd party vendor via QR code we were not aware of this until we checked in.

It's time for a remodel. We've stayed here 3 times in the last 6 or 7 years. The mattress is wore out. The A/C unit ran constantly and was super noisy. The bathroom has spots of mildew and the shower heads need some CLR. Also now have to pay separately for parking at $20 a day. We booked in January before that was enacted but received no discount or refunds as it was included with our reservation. The staff here, with the exception of the front desk manager were super nice. Everyone here from maintenance, housekeeping, pool guy, free breakfast staff all of them were the absolute best. Great views of the ocean. We saw dolphins every day. And the carpet in our room was worn out. Maybe was just rooms on 6th floor. My sister in-law stayed on the 5th and my niece her husband and 3 children were on the 14th, they had two bathrooms their own bedroom bunk beds and a pullout couch.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We had a room with the balcony beach view and the room was very spacious. The only one thing I wish they had was a more comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and you make your own waffles. The pool was very clean and the beach was just so beautiful. We needed a refresh button and this hotel gave it to us. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. You felt very safe since you needed to have a hotel key to go to the other floors in the building.

Loved the set up of the room with the bunk beds. It’s an excellent idea. However, would have been nicer if there was a little kitchen area, preferably larger refrigerator.

The hotel was super clean! I travel alot, and it was prolly one of the newest feeling hotel I've stayed at. Had a great pool, good balcony view, and a large room with plenty of space. The only cons about the stay was we got there at 4pm for check in but the room wasnt ready until agter 6pm. Which was an inconvenience to our plans that day. The service desk was super nice about trying to accommodate for it by giving a late checkout. And the only other thing I can think of that was a con was the elevators took forever and would skip your floor at times even with the button pushed. But none of the cons I listed were against the service from employees because they were awesome, the room and hotel was awesome. They cant help the elevators and also adcised the cleanup staff was short handed. If those 2 things were corrected this would be the first time id ever put a 10 out of 10! Great hotel!

The check in part was not great. I got there a little early. And the wanted to charge me $100 extra. I came back at 4. To find a long line to check in. And it took 30 mins. To check in. I will say everything else was great including Casey at the front desk. He was working his but off. To help get people takin care of.

Front desk staff was EXTREMELY unhelpful. Wanted to stay longer and asked to book through Marriott, was told to bad go book through hotels.com. I will never choose this hotel again, ended up booking another night because we had to but was disappointed in the way we were told to book our room.

Breakfast was good. Room was updated and clean, great location, and nice staff. The only issue I had was the check in process. They don’t have Apple Pay and their payment kiosk only accepts either an all debit card or an all credit card, which caused a delay in my check in process.

Lawrence made this trip go from bad to worse. Horrible performance as a manager. Yelled at my family in the middle of the lobby and made a scene after making us wait hours for a room change. Our initial room had a leak in the wall and stucco was peeling off the walls due to this. Lawrence claimed he “forgot” to call us to tell us our room was ready, resulting in a day of our trip wasted, after already spending one night in a room with a leak. Melinda did her best in making the situation right, however you really cannot make up for the lack of customer service from Lawrence.

1st day there was a problem with the reservation, finally they gave us the key to our room, and when we got there, the house keeper was still cleaning it. On the 2nd day no house keeping at all. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap were almost empty when we received the room. On the second day we ran out of all 3. We had to ask a different house keeper for fresh towels and replenishment of everything… Otherwise the place was good

Bed side light only worked on one side and toilet was messed up constantly running all night but they never came and fixed either item there was construction going on during breakfast which you were not notified of and was not told there’s a daily parking fee until I saw the bill

This hotel is a 22 minute Uber ride form the ECB airport. Right on the beach and rooms were clean and nice. The 4th floor lobby was well done with bar and outside seating with splendid views!!

Location was perfection. being infront on the beach was exactly what I wanted and it was amazing. Picture perfect, staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was a plus. Will definitely visit again.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. You can’t beat the views. We didn’t have an ocean view room but you could walk to the hallway to see the ocean at any time. The hotel restaurant food is so good we ate there most of our trip because the food was better than most restaurants with no crowd to beat. This hotel could use more elevators considering how many people stay here. If you want breakfast go EARLY to beat the rush. Also, pool chairs are hard to grab during the day. Those are the only “cons” we had. We would stay here again.

Such a great place to stay! The staff was very nice and helpful with my questions. Very clean place. They had so many food options for the breakfast buffet. The views are amazing. Good sized pool that the whole family can enjoy, and a short walk to beach. Best hotel we’ve stayed at thus far.

The hotel is very nice, very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was much harder than we are used to and the pillows really soft. Breakfast was not good, it was a little disappointing. The big surprise was the parking. Nowhere in the reservation said we had to pay $20 per day for parking. Pool was fun, DJs were fun and it was a good location

What a great place! We enjoyed our stay here very much! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and every day had several options. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Close to restaurants and walkable to some on the beach! Love that breakfast was included!! Need more variety of coffee though. Like medium roast! Bartender was fun and enjoyed sitting at the bar last night!!

This hotel is fantastic and right on the beach! The restaurant is delicious. We do have a few minor complaints. We booked the 700sf suite. It had the obvious bathroom trash cans, but only one other small can. Definitely need a bigger can when housekeeping only comes every 2-3 days. For a beach hotel, I would expect hooks to hang wet swimsuits and towels on. There’s not a single hook in the room at all. It would also be convenient for a room that size to have a larger refrigerator, even if it’s still ‘mini’, and a small sink at the ‘kitchen’ area. The pillows are your typical terrible hotel pillow, but we bough cheap pillows from the Walmart down the street for the week. The elevators are also poorly programmed and just do not work efficiently at all. The service is excellent, however, and came immediately when we had a clogged toilet and a broken tv remote.

Everything went perfect from check in to check out! The front desk was so friendly and inviting and the location was fabulous. Kids enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast was great.

This was truly a great hotel! Came for the weekend to my daughters gymnastic meet, we have a suite for her and her friends, I have no complaint, except the breakfast could be better, my opinion.

Property and rooms were excellent. Housekeeping did great! The breakfast was great! The dining and bar staff need to respect all their customers. I was not treated as a valued customer when I ordered my evening meal but everything else was great!

I really liked that the room had a balcony and that the pool had a lazy river. We were right on the beach which was very convenient. The breakfast was great as well. We ate at the hotels restaurant and at the cafe near the pool both were really good.

I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago to celebrate my son’s 1st birthday, and we recently returned for his 5th. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different and extremely disappointing. The only staff member who was friendly was Ethan, who checked us in. Our room keys repeatedly deactivated, and I had to contact the front desk 3 times before maintenance was finally sent up. The room and property were also very dirty. The shower had mold and hair, and the carpet was so dirty that I had to clean my children’s feet before bed because of how much dirt came off their feet. The room was also missing basic items like a laundry bag, trash bags, and soap. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff when we asked for help. The housekeeping staff were especially rude and unhelpful. Five years ago, this property was spectacular. Now, it is very clear that it has been neglected and the overall guest experience has declined significantly. I’ve worked in hospitality for nearly 10 years, including housekeeping and front desk, and I now work in hotel finance management. I understand that issues happen, but this felt like a lack of care and attention to the property and guests. It’s truly sad to see such a beautiful property become neglected. We came back to create another special birthday memory, but unfortunately, this stay was one we won’t forget for the right reasons.

The cleaning staff didnt speak ery good English. The patio in my room was dirty. The mattress to the pullout was tattered and had holes around the edges. The check in staff took too long to check us in. It took me roughly 22min just to check in. Staff did not smile. The elevator went out on the 2nd day there and remained that way until my departure. Housekeeping services were not organized. They came when they weren't scheduled. When I tried to call my room from another area it went to the busy signal even though it was not in service. The curtain to the room was also broken so opening the curtains was a big struggle. I made my reservations online and when I arrived (already paid) and checked in, they surprised me with extra fees for parking. I was not aware until I was there.
