Helpful and friendly staff. I visited on Mother’s Day 2026, the chef made shrimp mofongo and assorted empanadas for breakfast! Tasty! My toddler and I enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was excellent. The bar had many options, including the food served was amazing. Staff ok. The locations is perfect for those who are not able to rent a car. You can do it a lot of things on foot and you’re 15 min by uber/lyft from every park

Very noisy hotel. It wasn't just the kids but outside noise as well. Cleanliness of the room was okay but nothing spectacular. It rained the day we planned to visit the pool so no review there. They don't have continental breakfast so that was a minus. I thought I read it online that they did. One of the reasons I picked the hotel in the first place. Will I go back to that particular hotel, NO!!
