Clean ,fresh decoration. Supply of coffee and cakes ! Apt 1 was very pleasant but disturbed by front door noise. Tried unsuccessfully to get a later checkout but the hall lockers worked well and saved the day.

Super cute and comfortable. The owner was very nice too. If you arrive after hours, you have to talk at the restaurant, which was kind of hard to figure out from the sign. Great location, and lots of food around. Also has an elevator, and they were able and willing to keep our luggage after check out. Great value for the money!

Grei seng, rommet ser nyoppusset ut, lyst og rent. Litt ødelagt do så du må holde nede knappen lenge og avogtil to ganger for å spyle ned. Trangt bad, men stor og god dusj. Maur i dusjen. Fint med hårføner, kaffemaskin minikjøleskap. Daglig renhold og påfyll av kaffe og kaker. Hyggelig personal. Alt av innsjekk og utsjekk gikk via mail/internett. Ikke mulig å oppbevare bagasjen før/etter innsjekk såvidt jeg kunne finne ut av - forsøkte å skrive melding på hotels.com, men fikk ikke svar.

Cons: This property is not staffed. Check-in is Online; there is an app that lets you into the front door. However, once we got to our room-door, we had to phone-in to get the code into the lock-box for the door-key. My messages in Expedia to the property went unanswered. You cannot leave your luggage here for the day after check-out. Do not shower too hard, or too long. The shower-floor will over-flow easily, and there may not be enough hot water for 2 long showers. The water also sprays everywhere. Our bath-mat was taken away on our third day and we had to mop-up the water from the floor with our own towels. Pros: Most places in Alicante are walkable. This property is just off Ramblas, and about 1 minute from the Town Hall, and 2 minutes from the waterfront. Very spacious room and bathroom. There are coffee pods provided with a small coffee machine. No mugs, just the glasses in the bathroom.

Lovely old building in the old town so convenient for just about everything. Room and general circulation areas recently refurbished - we had one of the spacious rooms at the back though no view (light well and translucent window), but was likely quieter than being at the front. Note there is no reception - check in and keys are all remote / electronic.

There is no lobby or face to face check-in, but check-in went as described and smoothly. Room was large, clean, and very nice. A/C worked and shower was good. Bed mattress was good. I stayed two nights and (automatically?) got full maid service both nights! In room refrigerator worked in the beginning but not as cold as I would have liked. Morning of check-out, it appears it may have died. My room was surprising quiet. I never heard or saw another guest (but the place was sold out) and the outside area was active all night -- the rooms must have really good sound proofing. I would definitely try to stay here again when visiting Alicante.

Modern, recently renovated rooms right in historic centre. Loved the tiny balcony with table and chairs. There is a small fridge with complimentary water and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Initial access to the building is via a Bluetooth key/code; room keys are in a key safe next to the room - tip: when you have put in the code, you need to turn the black button above the keypad in order to open it. Cleaning was generally good but the floor was a bit sandy so needs sweeping before mopping. There weren't enough sockets for charging phones - had to use the one in the bathroom! .

Everything was great! Fantastic location, in the middle of town among all the restaurants, bars and shops, and at the same time walking distance to the beach, the Casino, Corte Inglés (fantastic shopping!). But the most surprising thing was the condition of the room. The whole room looked newly renovated, incredibly clean, spacious, 2 balconies (!) and complimentary water, coffee and cake. I am very sensitive when it comes to the bathroom, usually they are quite outdated and ”dirty” but not here, newly renovated and super modern! I would definitely return to this place and highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice stay in Alicante!

Nice little hotel, we stayed in the basic room. Reasonable size and very clean. Had all the basics you would need ie toiletries, kettle, hairdryer etc. We were able to drop our bags off early which was nice. We were even given complimentary pastries and coffee. Before checking in, we found it difficult trying to access the property, we were stood outside for a while trying to work out how to get inside as door is only accessible with a key. We ended up calling the number instead. However, overall was a good stay and would recommend.

Very good location ...the window and door of the room opened onto the street ..our apartment was on street level which was a bit bizarre ..it made the room dark ..and you couldnt open up really .. the place itself was spacious clean and comfirtable for one night stay fine. At night we were woken by revellers outside singing etc but they moved on and we went back to sleep.

The room is very nice and the area is great. The cleaning staff were also great. The main problem was check in. You have to have cell service in order to open the door. I tried contacting the hotel but no one ever returned my messages. I sent several from Expedia. It’s a zero staff service hotel other than the very nice cleaning staff.

El sitio es super céntrico, muy bien preparado todo. Limpio, confortable y grande. Tienen cafetera con cápsulas y bollería en la habitación. También agua fresquita en el minibar, que por ciento, funcionaba muy bien. El armario está muy bien. Me gustaría señalar que el baño no tiene muy buena luz, y se echa de menos un asidero en la ducha. Proporcionan gel de baño, champú y gel de manos, las toallas son de buena calidad, pero el olor (supongo que del suavizante) es desagradable. Disponen además de un buen secador de pelo. En general muy aconsejable todo, lo calificaría con un 9,5.

Very comfortable stay. Room was easy to access, inside was very clean and in a great location. Super bathroom too. Understand it's eco friendly but personally would appreciate proper cups instead of paper ones for the coffee machine. Otherwise loved it ❤️

Sehr zentral in einer Seitengasse gelegen, sauber und freundliche. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Kaffees und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück konnte im Cafe um die Ecke eingenommen werden, selbst bezahlt. Das Zimmer war im Verhältnis zu anderen Zimmern sehr gross. Kaffeemaschine war im Zimmer 😊.
