The hotel was slightly disappointing. In my opinion, the room was too small for four people. Although it was clean, the beds were ridiculously hard and very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the headboard had been covered in graffiti by a child from a previous stay, which looked really unpleasant and should have been noticed and dealt with before we arrived. For £120, I would definitely not stay here again, as I don’t feel the experience was good value for money.

We were due to stay for 1 night Christmas shopping trip @ Street. Arrived early evening to be told "we tried to contact you sir , the hotel is closed to the public". The hotel was being used to house asylum seekers? We had to travel back up the M5 to another hotel. Also missed dinner at a local pub that we had booked. I appreciate these people need somewhere but H.I did not advise us at all until we arrived????? Will never book with them again!!!

Hotel very busy due to Carnival but check in was efficient and friendly. We had to park in pub csrpark and register on their system to avoid a fine but had no issues doing so. Room was a reasonable size with all the amenities we needed. Bathroom quite stylish with spacious shower and nice tiles. Only omission was a heated towel rail. We had to pick a slot for breakfast due to it being so busy. Breakfast was the weak link with limited choice. Coffee was un- drinkable - latte was weak and watery, flat white bitter and watery. Hot chocolate was much better. Staff work hard.
