Top modernes, neues Hotel mit einer wunderschönen, gemütlichen Lobby, tollem Restaurant und sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Das Bett im Zimmer ist top, die Minibar enthält einige Flaschen Wasser und Apfelschorle for free und die Tiefgarage ist äußerst praktisch. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Regensburg checke ich definitiv hier wieder ein. Absolute Empfehlung!

Preis Leistung wirklich gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist definitiv die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Für eine fünf Sterne Bewertung fehlt mir lediglich der Ersatz von leicht zu reinigenden Böden statt den nicht mehr zeitgemäßen Teppichen in den Zimmern. Die Hotel Lobby und Bar sind wirklich sehr gut gelungen und extrem gemütlich. Was gar nicht geht ist, dass jeden Tag etwas anderes „ausgeht“. Einfache Beispiele: Tonic für Gin Tonic in der Hotel Bar am Samstag Abend und Sonntag früh gab’s keine Spiegeleier und Omelett weil es keine Eier mehr gab. Die Supermärkte haben Samstag bis 20:00 Uhr auf. Geht gar nicht.

Ein sehr schönes stylisches Hotel, in Fußnähe zur Altstadt gelegen, einem tollen Frühstücksbüffet und sehr freundlichem Personal. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Bad ein wenig zu wünschen, hoffentlich ein Einzelfall. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar!

Ein sehr schönes stylisches Hotel, in Fußnähe zur Altstadt gelegen, einem tollen Frühstücksbüffet und sehr freundlichem Personal. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Bad ein wenig zu wünschen, hoffentlich ein Einzelfall. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar!

Alles war hervorragend. Das Personal am check in war sehr zuvorkommend und die Kollegin war verzückt, dass wir unseren Königspudel dabei haben, da Sie selbst auch Pudel besitzt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig und das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet sehr freundlich und das Angebot war mehr als ausreichend

Ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof, gutes Bett, modernes Bad. Im Standard gibt es weder Kaffeemaschine noch Schreibtisch, daher musste ich Upgrade nehmen. Preislich immer noch OK. Sehr nettes Personal.

Das Hotel an zentraler Lage, nähe Altstadt mit eigener Parkgarage. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar . Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, Zimmer gross und sehr sauber, Frühstück genial und sehr lecker. Können es sehr empfehlen.

Had an unexpected stay in Regensburg when all trains to Munich were cancelled. This hotel was walkable from the train station. Staff were all amazing, courteous and friendly and spoke English which was so helpful after a stressful day. The restaurant had good food and delicious German beer. The room was very comfortable and just what we needed! Danke everyone at Novotel

The rooms were nice, parking was convenient. I left a piece of clothing in the room and when I called the hotel many times, they said they didn't find it. I told 100% it was left behind the bathroom door, but they say they didn't find it. Not true because I noticed it when we got to other hotel. They told me they don't take responsibility for any items left behind.

In decades of traveling, I never had this experience before. They only let us check in IF the room is ready. Every other hotel I have ever been to lets you check in, and if the room is not ready you just deposit your luggage and come back later. Then the topper: IF the room is ready, they want to charge you EU15 (!) to check in early. Although the room is ready and just waiting . . . I was tempted to ask (but didn't) whether we get a EU 15 credit if we check our early. What a scam!

Das Hotel an zentraler Lage, nähe Altstadt mit eigener Parkgarage. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar . Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, Zimmer gross und sehr sauber, Frühstück genial und sehr lecker. Können es sehr empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Service war exzellent. Wir haben neben einem Gutschein für die Bar auch noch Schokolade für unsere Tochter bekommen. Die Parkgarage ist groß. Die Lage ist sehr gut - 10 Gehminuten bis zum Stadtzentrum.

Alles war hervorragend. Das Personal am check in war sehr zuvorkommend und die Kollegin war verzückt, dass wir unseren Königspudel dabei haben, da Sie selbst auch Pudel besitzt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig und das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet sehr freundlich und das Angebot war mehr als ausreichend

Preis Leistung wirklich gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist definitiv die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Für eine fünf Sterne Bewertung fehlt mir lediglich der Ersatz von leicht zu reinigenden Böden statt den nicht mehr zeitgemäßen Teppichen in den Zimmern. Die Hotel Lobby und Bar sind wirklich sehr gut gelungen und extrem gemütlich. Was gar nicht geht ist, dass jeden Tag etwas anderes „ausgeht“. Einfache Beispiele: Tonic für Gin Tonic in der Hotel Bar am Samstag Abend und Sonntag früh gab’s keine Spiegeleier und Omelett weil es keine Eier mehr gab. Die Supermärkte haben Samstag bis 20:00 Uhr auf. Geht gar nicht.

This was the worst hotel experience our family has ever had. Despite having a confirmed reservation for two adults and one child, we were given a room that only accommodated two people. Instead of apologising, the receptionist accused us of trying to “cheat the system,” refused to provide either an extra bed or even a mattress for our nine-year-old daughter, and told us that if we didn’t like the room, we should find and pay for another hotel ourselves. For two and a half hours, every reasonable solution was rejected. We were even sent to a nearby Ibis hotel without a confirmed reservation, only to be turned away. To make matters worse, the receptionist there stopped speaking English altogether and responded only in German, making any communication impossible. Only after we returned to the Novotel and insisted that the issue be escalated did a suitable room with an extra bed suddenly become available. The booking mistake itself was forgivable. The way we were treated was not. Being accused of dishonesty, refused even the most basic solution for our child, sent to another hotel without a reservation, and left without a room for two and a half hours late at night is simply unacceptable. The only positive part of the experience was one employee who stayed after her shift to help us. She was the only person who showed professionalism and genuine care. I cannot recommend this hotel.
