The views are utterly spectacular. The rooms are very pleasant with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, a small sitting area and vies of Lake Como. Francesca and her mother, the owner, are charming and go over the top to make your stay enjoyable. The pool is very refreshing and has a million dollar view of the lake. The food is excellent.

A True Gem – Unforgettable Stay! This was hands-down one of the absolute highlights of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Donatella was an excellent host . She took good care of us during our stay. She took care of our transportation needs and gave good recommendation for great restaurants in the area . The breakfast was excellent with fresh baked pastry, fresh eggs and various fresh fruits served everyday . The Villa has a beautiful view over Lake Como . All windows in our room look over the beautiful lake and the lust garden surrounded the Villa . We definitely will come back to stay !

The entire property and grounds have been beautifully reimagined and maintained, with fully modern updates. Close enough to Como and Bellagio, and the newest resorts in next door Torno (The Mandarin and Il Sereno) with five star Michelin level dining and five star amenities). I’ll be back and will plan some events here too.

Grazie Donatella & Francesca! Our stay was wonderful - the room, the view, the breakfast, the grounds, everything was perfect. Location was close very easy driving distance from all around Lake Como, would stay here again.

The best place we stayed in Italy. A 5+ villa with incredible staff who greeted us for park7ng, checkin and daily phenomenal breakfast spreads. They even picked us up feom a restaurant during a rain storm. Can't say enough about the luxurious accommodations, bedroim, private terrace and bathroom as well as the breakfast area a d gardens. In a great location, minutes feom Como with nearby restaurants amd they made last minute reservations for us each day. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful villa with the best hostess and her family! We drove and took ferries to all the towns around Lake Como. The villa has parking. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. The Villa has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Como - views, breakfast, extras like coffee maker and a welcome wine, bathrobes and slippers. Simply wonderful!

Even before we arrived, their communication via Expedia was great. When we arrived, we were greeted with such hospitality you can not teach. They made us feel at home and made us feel like family. The villa and grounds are amazing. The 12 foot high ceilings make it feel more grand. The breakfast was great. They will even cook dinner for you upon request. Nothing better than an Italian home cooked meal. The views of the lake most likely rival any other hotel. There are only 4 rooms in this villa which makes it more intimate. We felt safe and secure. I would highly recommend this place of beauty.

Accueil parfait. Donatella est de très bon conseil pour les lieux incontournables et les bonnes adresses. Encore merci d'avoir pris en charge les réservations. Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents et copieux. Stationnement facile de notre véhicule, c'est un plus. Villa charmante, très calme et à taille humaine.

The property is good value if you’re looking for a place with lake view. However it is very difficult to get to especially if you have a rental car. Narrow one lane streets and then you have to take your bags down several flights of stairs. Very inconvenient. The family that owns it is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with nice views but climate control for cooling was a floor unit that was noisy and could not cool the end tire room down.

Beautiful property overlooking Lake Como. Terraced and private, and offers exceptional vistas. Hosts were lovely and incredibly helpful arranging local dining, transportation, and activities. Rooms were spacious, entire place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were excellent. Conveniently close to Como and Bellagio. Would highly recommend this place.

This was our first time visiting Lake Como and our hosts did a fantastic job at accommodating us every step of the way! Their villa is beautiful, extremely clean and well-kept, and they operate it with a lot of conscious effort and heart. Francesca and her family were extremely helpful; they extend themselves to great lengths to make sure you are taken care of and to ensure you enjoy your stay. It was the perfect start for a trip to Italy and I would return solely for them! If you get a chance, booking to stay here would not disappoint. Blevio is not too far from the town of Como and there are many things to do once there, as well as in neighboring towns. Our trip to Como was unforgettable and we have Francesca and her family to thank for that!

Donatella and her daughter Franceska made us feel welcome on our srrival and thoughout our stay. We got great tips for the day to come at each breakfast. Franceska showed us exactly how to walk to Momi, for our Friday dinner, where google maps would have taken us on a hike. Donatella gave us excellent tips for lunches even before our arrival and organized transportation to and from our Saturday dinner. The room was spacious with a small hallway and big bathroom. The bedroom had great views over Lago di Como.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so difficult to say good bye to the owners who were like family. Donatella and Francesca were incredible! They helped with every detail, entertained our little one, and are fabulous cooks! We did a vow renewal and they were more than accommodating with all that was needed. Our suite was spectacular! We had a sunny terrace with the best views of Lake Como. The ferry is a short walk away and for such a close drive to Como it worked out so well to take our little one (14month old) to the park. I wish we could have stayed longer and want to assure anyone who is looking to get the most of their stay at Lake Como to stay at Villa Costanza. It was unforgettable.

Villa Costanza is a beautiful place to stay! A little difficult to find, but once you are there, you are greeted by a lovely mother/daughter team who are very kind and helpful. The room was large and gorgeous with hand faux painted walls and ceilings, a lovely large private porch and spacious bathroom. The views overlooking Lake Como are beautiful! Breakfasts are yummy!

Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. The Villa has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Como - views, breakfast, extras like coffee maker and a welcome wine, bathrobes and slippers. Simply wonderful!

The property is good value if you’re looking for a place with lake view. However it is very difficult to get to especially if you have a rental car. Narrow one lane streets and then you have to take your bags down several flights of stairs. Very inconvenient. The family that owns it is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with nice views but climate control for cooling was a floor unit that was noisy and could not cool the end tire room down.

Easy to get to bus stop and ferry stop but you aren’t getting anyplace in a hurry, so if you’re looking for hustle and bustle this is not for you. But if you want a charming oasis, stay here. Get acquainted with the ferry schedules. Donatella was so helpful with anything we needed. Nice soft bed too which is not common in Europe. Thank you for a great stay.

Our host was amazing! She was an excellent cook for breakfast and dinner. She picked us up from the train station because there was a storm and no taxis. She made us feel like home the entire time. Definitely a must try B&B when visiting Como. Also, The view is absolutely beautiful…

Donatella and her daughter wore the nicest people on the planet:))) They wore always here to help with anything that we had need off. Donatella made reservations for us for the far best Restorante in Town.One time we wore trying to get seated in one off the best Restorante in Bellagio, but with out the reservation we wore not able. I texted Donatella and she got us a table. Looks like everyone knows her, this is just awesome. If we ever come back, we’ll be staying ONLY in this place. Lastly, Donatella makes the BEST cappuccino the world . Thank you soooo much for the best service:)))

The mother and daughter team, Donatella and Francesca, running the property were both lovely. They were kind, helpful and attentive. They could not do enough to make us feel at home. The villa had beautiful views and is very well kept. The only improvement that would make it a 10 out of 10, is the addition of more rails along the pathways. It would make the climb easier and safer.

The best place we stayed in Italy. A 5+ villa with incredible staff who greeted us for park7ng, checkin and daily phenomenal breakfast spreads. They even picked us up feom a restaurant during a rain storm. Can't say enough about the luxurious accommodations, bedroim, private terrace and bathroom as well as the breakfast area a d gardens. The house/property is absolutely beautiful and overlooks the lake from the well appointed rooms. Situated just outside the main centre of Como there is a bus stop outside the villa so easy to get around alongside the boats that travel to the main attractions all day. Francesca and Donatella are so welcoming and will do everything possible to make your stay like ‘home from home’ and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending staying with them, as we will again. We had a perfect short break at the Villa and hope to be back again soon.

The owners are just lovely and very helpful. Francesca anticipated our needs and was very responsive. The view and room were lovely. Access to restaurants is limited but we knew that before arriving. They helped us with taxi to and from the property, even coming from Interlaken. Lake access is a bit difficult but doable. Overall lovely place. Relaxing. Beautiful views.

The mom and daughter who manage the villa were so welcoming, nice and helpful. The views are just amazing from this villa. The only issue is transportation. There is a bus stop right in front of the property but it was either a no show or late by 20-25min. The transportation to other villages by taxi are very expensive. The ferry that stops right by the villa is the slow one hence to get the fast ferry you need to go to como city center. If you have a car then this villa is a perfect place to stay. There are no easy walking distance restaurants reachable specially if it’s rainy. Other than the transportation issue everything else was nice about this place considering it’s not a hotel and it’s run by the villa managers/owners.

We can’t say enough about the amazing hospitality we received at Villa Constanza. The location, the building, the service were all fantastic. The tips they gave, the constant attention and help, the breakfasts — all were spectacular. They even helped us hunt down the taxi when my cellphone fell out of my pocket. I can’t say enough. We only wish we had stayed longer! It’s not easy to get around the lake, but their tips saved us!

The views are utterly spectacular. The rooms are very pleasant with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, a small sitting area and vies of Lake Como. Donatella was an excellent host . She took good care of us during our stay. She took care of our transportation needs and gave good recommendation for great restaurants in the area . Francesca and her family were warm and welcoming. They made a delicious breakfast for all guests and also brought us a wine/cheese plate on our patio one night and made us a pasta dinner night the next. They also made us a dinner reservation and offered to coordinate various activities on the lake. Our patio — what a view of the lake! Bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning allowed us to sleep soundly. Can’t recommend Villa Cortanza strongly enough! Looking forward to coming back.

Even before we arrived, their communication via Expedia was great. When we arrived, we were greeted with such hospitality you can not teach. They made us feel at home and made us feel like family. The villa and grounds are amazing. The 12 foot high ceilings make it feel more grand. The breakfast was great. They will even cook dinner for you upon request. Nothing better than an Italian home cooked meal. The views of the lake most likely rival any other hotel. There are only 4 rooms in this villa which makes it more intimate. We felt safe and secure. I would highly recommend this place of beauty.

Nothing better than an Italian home cooked meal. The views of the lake most likely rival any other hotel. There are only 4 rooms in this villa which makes it more intimate. We felt safe and secure. I would highly recommend this place of beauty.

The staff, a mother and daughter team or incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They served a delicious breakfast, and offered us dinner if we wanted. They helped us with transportation around Lake Como, even drove us to the proper ferry. I was very impressed.

Just amazing!!! This was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Incredible BnB and the owners are absolutely wonderful people. They helped us make reservations for our trip and made a great breakfast that we loved. Book here you won’t regret it!!!!

Great property, staff, extra food services. We were offered charcuterie cheese board and wine for both evenings. The property location is for people who have a car or want to stay there and enjoy the view. It is too far to the boat and there are no side walks with narrow streets so can’t really go anywhere

The property was spectacular over looking Lake Como from our balcony & pool area. Our room was clean & spacious! !!! The owner Donatella & Marco went above & beyond to accommodate us!!! Prepared a delicious dinner/appetizers/breakfast. Donatella even drove us herself to a fabulous restaurant!!! Who does that??!!!!!…… We would definitely return!!! Magical experience.

This cozy, well-cared-for villa is truly a gem… overlooking the incredibly beautiful Lake Como. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay (we wish we had stayed longer!!). Donatella (the owner), her daughter, Martina, and others helped make our stay truly memorable. The room was large, incredibly clean and well/appointed… and the views from the patio were simply breathtaking. Parking is available on-site with a prior reservation. Breakfast was ample and delicious, with lots of tasty baked goods and other traditional fare. Don’t miss this wonderful boutique lodging option located a short distance north of Como on the road to Bellagio. You will NOT be disappointed!

Donatella è semplicemente straordinaria. Dalla prima comunicazione fino all’ultimo saluto, ha dimostrato una cura per gli ospiti che raramente si incontra. Disponibilità totale e un’accoglienza con i guanti bianchi fin dal primo momento. Al nostro check in tardi in serata ci aspettava già qualcosa da mangiare, ci ha procurato fiori nella giornata del compleanno della mia amica, gesti piccoli ma che dicono tutto sul suo modo di fare ospitalità. Le colazioni meritano una menzione speciale: ogni mattina una sorpresa diversa, con tantissime opzioni dolci e salate tutte fatte in casa. La qualità e la varietà erano eccezionali, uno dei momenti più belli della giornata. La villa era tenuta in modo impeccabile, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Donatella ci ha anche guidate con consigli preziosi su ristoranti e attrazioni locali, tutti azzeccatissimi. Ci siamo sentite coccolate e completamente a casa. Villa Costanza con Donatella non è solo un alloggio, è un’esperienza speciale. Grazie mille!
