Staffs are helpful and friendly. The hot shower only last 30 mins then it turned cold. You have to take fast shower otherwise you will be ended in freezing just like me.

We loved staying here while visiting Peru. The shower is hot and there's good water pressure. Beds and pillows were comfy. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check out late. I recomeemd this place!

It was a really nice and convenient place to stay. The only problem we had was the water was lukewarm in the shower. The great warm comforter fixed that quickly though. Wonderful breakfast too!!

Já o chuveiro está muito ruim, está saindo água para todos lados, até por cima e não esquenta. Uma outra preocupação é em relação a limpeza, na pequena cômoda ao lado da cama havia uma série de coisas de outros hóspedes, exemplo: pente, maquiagens, absorvente íntimo, e uma série de papéis. Até debaixo da cama encontrei maquiagem. Isso é perigoso, até porque eu viajo com criança.

Its close to all the inca sites and the main street in town, and close to the train station as well, but far enough away where it is still quiet and easy to sleep! 10/10 wpuld stay here again

We stayed here for 5 nights while exploring the area and doing our 2 day trip to Machu Picchu. This was the perfect place. It’s not fancy but it’s clean, bed was super comfy, it’s on a quiet road beside a stream that sounded so great when going to sleep. Breakfast was simple but everything we needed. Location was a couple on minute walk to everything in town. Also could see the ruins right outside our window, so easy to explore those too. Ollantaytambo was the greatest little town. Very authentic, quiet at night and locals were lovely. One of my favorite towns so far!

We stayed here for 5 nights while exploring the area and doing our 2 day trip to Machu Picchu. This was the perfect place. It’s not fancy but it’s clean, bed was super comfy, it’s on a quiet road beside a stream that sounded so great when going to sleep. Breakfast was simple but everything we needed. Location was a couple on minute walk to everything in town. Also could see the ruins right outside our window, so easy to explore those too. Ollantaytambo was the greatest little town. Very authentic, quiet at night and locals were lovely. One of my favorite towns so far!

Nice, clean and comfortable. Very close to the Plaza, market and ruins, just off the main roads. Quiet and little traffic outside, except for the vivid river. Unfortunately the host we met only speaks Spanish, but was friendly and helpful.

My only complaint was that the shower head had a lot of excessive spray that went all over the bathroom. The beds were comfy, the location is convenient and the staff was helpful.

the room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, all of the staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was the best ive had at any of the hotels on my trip so far. Its close to all the inca sites and the main street in town, and close to the train station as well, but far enough away where it is still quiet and easy to sleep! 10/10 wpuld stay here again

It was a really nice and convenient place to stay. The only problem we had was the water was lukewarm in the shower. The great warm comforter fixed that quickly though. Wonderful breakfast too!!

This is just my opinion and I hope this helps to improve the hotel. Do what you want with this information. It's an okay budget hotel as expected however where I had a problem was getting some good rest, the hotel is right by the road and the vehicles here honk non stop, if you're positioned downstairs and your upstairs is walks quite a bit, it'll be very loud and lastly since you can't open the windows because all the road dust and noise will be go in the room and I'm allergic to dust I had to leave a night early because I couldn't rest well and I kept sneezing because I think the curtains weren't clean. Good luck with the hot water too. Nonetheless, you get what you pay for and I learned that.

I was expecting a great place since the base fare was "stated to be" +150$ and I paid less than half of that. I paid TOO MUCH. I felt mislead and fooled. Not sure whose fault was that. Hotel or hotels.com. Anyway, I was not provide with any toiletries. There was no fan in the bathroom and the condensation there, after 2 people took a shower was annoying, dripping all night long when I had to go to the bathroom. The worst part was the breakfast. There was no milk or water on the serving table. I had to ask 3 times for three cups of milk and was told that there was no ambient temperature water for my vitamin C. Only hot water for tea. However, they had several bottles of water in the reception but only "for sale."

This place is an absolute gem. The room was huge for a solo traveler. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and breakfast every morning was simple but plentiful. Ingrid is an incredible host who was so helpful. Staying a bit off of the main square was great—a short (5 minute) walk to the plaza but far enough away from all the crowds. Cannot say enough about this place and can’t wait to return.
