Pros: Huge property and very comfortable for large groups. Spacious, clean and bright. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Great location. The spa, snooker table and ping pong table provided lots of joy.Cons: The keysafe was difficult to lock and unlock. Area around spa very cramped and hazardous. The upstairs microwave did not heat up food too well. Only one cue was decent enough to use for snooker/pool table. All the ping pong balls were flat or cracked. The hot water ran out unexpectedly by the evening on second day.

Felt it was a bit expensive with having to supply own linen and towels.Bin in games room had someone’s rubbish in it eg half eaten apple.Left hand bed room down stairs, double bed sagging.Grill tray had not been cleaned. Hot plate staying on high.Games room, Spa, showers and location all very good.

We were a party of 9 adults and 5 teens. It’s a huge house which sleeps 16 but fails to accommodate that many people in some areas of the house - small lounge room, small balcony with bbq with only a 6 seater table, another 6 seater table in kitchen area. No table for everyone to sit together. The weather was good so it would have been ideal to sit together outside. It wasn’t overly clean with lots of dust. We were expected to clean the bbq after use however, it was barely clean to begin with. The downstairs outdoor area with the spa lacks character with no table and just a bunch of dirty plastic chairs. Overall, we had a good time with the pool table & table tennis table but not being able to eat together as a group was a big let down. Worth mentioning is that one of the rooms with a double bed is a walkway/thoroughfare to the rest of the house.

We take our family away every year and were disappointed with our decision to stay here. Linen and towels are not provided unless you pay $30 a head (noted in the very fine print). No soap or shampoos provided. The toilet leaks (clean water thankfully) all over the floor and had to put a tray under the tap. Vanity cupboard door comes off its hinges. Barbecue has never been cleaned and was really dangerous as a grease and fat fire started in the tray when we attempted to clean it. Plenty of room in the house and games room was good. Spa was also good

House well located and large but very tired and unloved. Kitchen utensils barely adequate and very old. Barbecue in need of replacement or maintenance. We enjoyed the location and the pool table and table tennis.
