수영장이 넓어서 수영하기에 좋아요. 루프탑이라 프놈펜의 도시 풍경도 보면서 수영할수있습니다. 맞은편 학교의 옥상에서 학생들이 몰래 담배피는것도 볼수있었어요

1박 35000원에 조식도 주고 주변 인프라도 좋고 아주 만족했어요. 방도 넓고 깨끗해요. 헬스장에는 에어컨이 없어서 아쉬었어요. 나중에 또 올래요.

Nous avons eu de la difficulté à trouver l'hôtel, la localisation sur le site ne semble pas correspondre à l’adresse réelle. Une fois rendu, tout était parfait sauf, le gym qui a besoin d’un petit refresh.

Ett otroligt fint hotell med härlig takterrass med en stor och varm pool. Centralt i Phnom Penh. Bokade ett premium rum, stort rum med en stor och härlig balkong. Något lyhört på morgonen då skolan ligger precis utanför Kommer definitivt att boka detta hotell igen!!

The rooftop restaurant and pool were terrific. The breakfast had nice food selections and the scenic views made getting up a real joy. The hotel is within walking distance to several monuments. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff who were on the night duty, slept in the reception at 5 am.. As you can see on the picture, a sunbed.. The towels ran out by the pool (also the pool just had five sunbeds), they said I had to take towels from my room.. The drinks at the rooftop bar were quite expensive, tastes okey.. In the room they should to a little better cleaning, the shower curtain was dirty and they didn’t clean my coffee cup, it stood at the same place for days. The breakfast was quite okey, still the staff should do a class in service and smile more..

Very affordable hotel. Staff was very friendly on check in and helpful. We only stayed one night and was a great find. Breakfast had an omelet station and a mix of Asian and Western foods. Beds were okay. Not as soft as other hotels in the area. They also were not super hard. The pool was nice and the workout room was small but adequate. A nice affordable hotel in the city

Rooftop bar/restaurant presented a nice view. The photos online on the rooftop pool have been filtered to improve the image of what you will actually receive, though all was still nice, do not expect the level of what you see in the photos from the hotel. Breakfast was okay and the menu changed daily. Food was not refreshed very quickly and service was non attentive. Nothing too special here. I stayed under the gym and was woken up daily by people using the gym. The hotel booked a party one night, that lasted until 1 am. One lunch hour, the hotel booked a school function, making the rooftop not useable for the hotel guests. Overall, I would not stay here again. Took 1.5 hrs after check in time to get room. The bed was so hard it would have been easier to sleep on the floor. After they cleaned the room took one call to front desk and two trips down to front desk to get towels and toilet paper and then they blamed us for it not being brought up said we had the do not disturb sign out which I did earlier in the morning but was taken off after we hate breakfast and left for most of the day. For the money they charge I was disappointed. Breakfast was ok

Very nice hotel….did not seem very busy while I stayed here for three weeks….I had the one bedroom apartment which was very nice…TV in living area and Bedroom and a nice kitchenette. Staff very friendly and my room was cleaned daily. Lots of restaurant options in Bonk Kang Kong district plus a short tuk tuk ride to the scenic riverfront.

①シーツの交換は毎日してくれないです ②ホテルの下にコンビニあり便はとても良いです。 ③プールは少し濁っているｗｗ ④現地のタクシーアプリを使えば主要の観光地には2ドル以下で移動できます。 ⑤バスタブは無いがシャワーの出は悪くないです。 ⑥Wi-Fiの速度はちょっと遅い ⑦テレビの19、46チャンネルは日本語放映しています。

部屋によって大きく快適さが異なります。道路側は夜、近隣レストランが騒がしく、少し不快でしたし、昼も正面のビルの換気ダクト騒音が気になります。但し、道路の反対側客室はとても快適でした。その他は、フロントの対応も良く、下にはマックスバリュ・スーパーマーケットがあるので快適でした。次回は、部屋の位置を指定して宿泊しようと思います。

Took 1.5 hrs after check in time to get room. The bed was so hard it would have been easier to sleep on the floor. After they cleaned the room took one call to front desk and two trips down to front desk to get towels and toilet paper and then they blamed us for it not being brought up said we had the do not disturb sign out which I did earlier in the morning but was taken off after we hate breakfast and left for most of the day. For the money they charge I was disappointed. Breakfast was ok

The staff who were on the night duty, slept in the reception at 5 am.. As you can see on the picture, a sunbed.. The towels ran out by the pool (also the pool just had five sunbeds), they said I had to take towels from my room.. The drinks at the rooftop bar were quite expensive, tastes okey.. In the room they should to a little better cleaning, the shower curtain was dirty and they didn’t clean my coffee cup, it stood at the same place for days. The breakfast was quite okey, still the staff should do a class in service and smile more..

I booked this hotel so my mom can have a great time in Phnom Penh. But when we got there, front desk service was not great. No one helped my 72-year-old mother with her backpack when we checked in (I was carrying our other things, and my own backpack). I paid for a second card at the front desk and when I tried it, it didn’t work. I called them and they told me I had to come down to front desk again to fix it. This process could’ve been more convenient. I also asked them to help me book a bus (they had the brochure for it). They said yes they can book it so I booked my hotel at my next destination—with the information that I can book my bus later. After that, I came down to confirm my bus and they said they forgot to check before they said yes to me, but they can’t book my bus because the Giant Ibis offices were closed (New Year’s) and “how would I call them if they’re closed?” were her words. I get that but they could’ve been more attentive. Staff at breakfast were helpful and friendly enough though!

Very nice hotel….did not seem very busy while I stayed here for three weeks….I had the one bedroom apartment which was very nice…TV in living area and Bedroom and a nice kitchenette. Staff very friendly and my room was cleaned daily. Lots of restaurant options in Bonk Kang Kong district plus a short tuk tuk ride to the scenic riverfront.

The rooftop restaurant and pool were terrific. The breakfast had nice food selections and the scenic views made getting up a real joy. The hotel is within walking distance to several monuments. I highly recommend this hotel.
