Room was spacious and clean. Parking left alot to be desired. Staff was ok. No one was around to check out at 5am. And the room was enter while we were gone even with the do not disturb sign on the door. Price was good with expedia

You need to cut the parking lot bushes in front of the main entrance, the only parking space I found was there and my truck had to be forcibly parked in the bush.

The room was great. The bed's were very comfortable and the AC and refrigerator was super cold. The parking was limited but never a problem. The staff assured me I would always have a spot. I enjoyed my stay and the value. Thanks

We were here for a wedding in clute. Hotel was nice. Only issues is that we were upstairs and im not good with stairs. Parking was very limited. Breakfast was good but basic.

Honestly, this was the cleanest hotel that I have stayed at in a long time. You were not assaulted with the smell of chemicals- it was just clean. This is obviously not a brand new motel and there was absolutely no smell. Being so close to the beach usually hotels are noticeably battling mold. Everyone was nice. I would give this hotel 5 stars, but it just isn’t a 5 star hotel. Parking is limited. If you have a big truck be careful.

The room was very clean and tidy. The cleaning lady gave us all new fresh towels and cleaned the room nicely for us. Parking spaces were small and not enough spaces. The lighting over the parking lot was great. Overall it was a great stay.

Price was right Saw a roach in kitchen area Mold on corner baseboard by shower Trash cans too small. Two coffee cups would fill trash can. Trash cans had rust on them. Air conditioner was loud and when it kicked off it made a large banging noise . Hispanic lady at front desk very nice. Breakfast was limited compared to other Wyndoms we have stayed at . No yogurt second morning of stay . Lady said waiting on delivery truck. Bath towels were cheap, very thin. Retention pond hidden by new fence was unkept. An eyesore coming down the steps.

The room was clean and everything was in place. Nothing looked worn or old. Not until I got up in the morning to shower did I have a criticism. There was a roach waiting in the shower and baby roaches on the bed spread. I am glad I didnt see them last night. The room temperature was cool and just right.

Our room was very clean when we arrived and when they cleaned up after our Sandy mess on our Beach vacation. We thought that the waffles were amazing! No joke. Best, flavored waffles that have us looking up look recipes now. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately there were many loud guests. Being on the bottom floor was rough. But that may not have anything to do with the hotel and more. Would the guests who happen to be there when we were right above us. We will definitely get a second floor next time we get a hotel.

This hotel appeared to have good ratings on hotels.com, but when my partner arrived it was quite gross. He is a bald, oxygen-dependent man. There were long dark hairs in the bed which suggests the sheets weren’t changed (ew!). He also found mold growing beneath some of the crown molding; not great for someone who has trouble breathing. There were large crumbs on the floor and it looked like the place hadn’t even been swept. We asked for a refund and were denied. The inability of this hotel to take responsibility for this less than stellar stay is disappointing, but you had better believe I will be sharing this information on every platform I can to keep others from being exposed.

The bed was comfortable, AC was cold 😊 but sitting area was terrible. Sofa needs to be replaced. Could only watch tv from the bed. We were only there to enjoy the beach so we just needed a bed to sleep in for 1 night. Ok for the $.

My kids like it. Comfortable beds and clean room. It has small fridge and microwave. The hotel also provides free breakfast. My kids love the self made fresh waffles. The lady of the hotel is really nice and the guests living there are also very friendly. Only the AC is pretty noisy when it is working hard.

Staff expected four people to stay in a room without a toilet working. When asked if they had another room, they told us no then we asked for a refund and they told us no. Staff got really rude with us. This was all at midnight.

I called ahead of time on a Thursday for a Saturday stay in which they answered the phone. When it came to Friday and Saturday we called multiple times because online it said the property was “pet friendly” but once I got the check in email you have to sign a document saying there are “NO PETS ALLOWED and bringing one will cost you $250”. So we called and called to no avail. Called Wyndham customer service line and they said in their notes on the property it was in fact pet friendly with a $50 deposit… but we couldn’t get the actual property in the phone to set up…. We arrived to check in and mentioned we had been calling all day and they shrugged and said their phones were down… mind you the same number we called all day ALSO texted us asking us to check in early and if there was anything we needed feel free to respond via text to their message. So we responded saying the tv remote doesn’t work for the tv and we couldn’t watch anything. No response from them even in the morning when we checked out at 10:30. So they can text off of this number but just don’t answer the phone or respond. The place was decently clean but all the other people staying were stomping all over the floors and playing music very loud until 4am. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the noise and the downright poor communication.

When I had arrived, I was greeted by the reception. Trying to check in he told me to sit down while he checked me in while he was constantly trying to make a call to someone. Thirty minutes had passed and still nothing, when I asked what was going on he said that he did not the password to the computer so he could not check me in. Instead of waiting I told him to cancel my stay and I left. I have never arrived to a hotel and not be able to check in because an employee doesn't have the password to a computer.

The room had been updated and looked clean but there was a strong smell of smoke in the room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property was in a run down neighborhood. It didn’t offer many places to eat or shop. I wouldn’t have felt safe to be out after dark.

The room had been updated and looked clean but there was a strong smell of smoke in the room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property was in a run down neighborhood. It didn’t offer many places to eat or shop. I wouldn’t have felt safe to be out after dark.

The motel was not in a great part of town, but we felt safe the whole time. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Sheets and towels were in good shape. Bed was comfortable. We could hear people talking in the next room, but not a prob. Staff was always friendly. Free breakfast was what we expected; waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit. Overall a good experience, considering the great rate we got online.

This is our 6th time staying here, and never disappointed. Price is very reasonable rooms are clean. Their breakfast has gone downhill a bit, still have waffle iron, cereal and yogurt but used to have a toaster to do breads etc but still worth the stay. Will be back for the 7th time soon.

It could be excellent. You offer breakfast but very limited items. The lady see us and another family and she didn’t attempt to refill the bar.

Price was right Saw a roach in kitchen area Mold on corner baseboard by shower Trash cans too small. Two coffee cups would fill trash can. Trash cans had rust on them. Air conditioner was loud and when it kicked off it made a large banging noise . Hispanic lady at front desk very nice. Breakfast was limited compared to other Wyndoms we have stayed at . No yogurt second morning of stay . Lady said waiting on delivery truck. Bath towels were cheap, very thin. Retention pond hidden by new fence was unkept. An eyesore coming down the steps.

Don't understand how this has a good rating from customers it's old out dated. Breakfast was a joke not but coffee and waffles. Really disappointed in Hotels.com and this location.

Our room was very clean when we arrived and when they cleaned up after our Sandy mess on our Beach vacation. We thought that the waffles were amazing! No joke. Best, flavored waffles that have us looking up look recipes now. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately there were many loud guests. Being on the bottom floor was rough. But that may not have anything to do with the hotel and more. Would the guests who happen to be there when we were right above us. We will definitely get a second floor next time we get a hotel.

After checking in, tried using the tv in the room and it did not work. Tried calling front desk about it, and the room phone did not work. The sofa was torn up, mold stains in the shower, very small parking lot. When checking out their breakfast consisted of only waffles. If you need just a place to sleep and don’t care or need anything else, go for it. But for the price I would like to stay in a nice room with working amenities.
