Fantastic communication. This is our 2nd stay and will stay again. There is a pool in hotel you can use, a lovely park and games room. Close to theme park and beach. Trams are a plus also. Would recommend.

Great location for our visit to Bruges and Plopsaland. Accommodation was perfect for us. Plenty of room etc, we didn't cook anything but there was plenty of equipment there if you wanted to. It was in a quiet area when we visited in February and we went out to find dinner but didn't have any luck but noticed the Ibis hotel next door did do some food, pizza etc. Also the use of the pool and sauna etc at the Ibis was great.

This was a clean and very family orientated complex. There are staff on hand if you need them but you could easily go your whole stay without seeing anyone. It is a bike ride or drive away from the coast (or an hour walk) and the charge for parking is a bit of a pain (although you do have a free half hour for loading/unloading) especially when parking on the road side is not always available. The playground and lounge are a really nice. The wellness area may persuade you to go and it is nice but we did not really spend much of our time there, there is just so much within a 40 minute drive in Belgium and France to see!

+ Top gepflegte Anlage mit Kinderspielplatz, Hüpfburg, Tischtennis und Grillmöglichkeit. + Zimmer und Apartment sind sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand + Die Kommunikation vorab und bei der Anreise ist gut organisiert + die Küche in den Apartment war ausreichend ausgestattet, genauso die Elektrogeräte + Klimaanlage vorhanden - leider wurde uns einen Tag vor Anreise mitgeteilt das, dass Schwimmbad nicht zur Verfügung steht da Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Das war leider eine sehr große Enttäuschung vor allem für die Kinder. - das ausklappbare Bett für die Erwachsenen ist eine unbequeme Katastrophe, ungemütlich und quietscht. - parken ist auf dem Gelände nur für 30min kostenlos. Danach 90c€nt/Stunde. Alternativ außerhalb des Gelände kostenlos.

We’ve just checked out of Hotel Suites Nieuwpoort. Overall, it’s been a decent experience. The room is spacious and very good for families with children, which has been a big plus for us. There’s plenty of space to spread out, and it feels comfortable for a longer stay. The rooms are also very well equipped and have everything you could need as a family, which makes it convenient and practical. However, there are a few downsides. The pool was quite cold at 25°C, which made it less enjoyable than expected. It made the kids extremely cold, and we weren’t able to stay in for very long, which was disappointing. At the end of the stay, guests are required to remove all rubbish and strip the beds, which is something to be aware of before booking. Overall, the accommodation itself is spacious and family-friendly, but the additional costs, cold pool, noise disturbance, and end-of-stay requirements do affect the overall experience.

Für uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen, es passte alles. Die Idee mit dem PIN finden wir hervorragend (muss man immer parat haben). Spielplatz vorm Haus sowie Spielzimmer , super für die Kinder, genauso wie das Schwimmbad. Für die gesamte Anlage ist das Schwimmbad zwar klein, erfüllt jedoch seinen Zweck. Die Unterkunft an sich ist für kleine Familie ausreichend aber für mehrere Erwachsenen jedoch nicht geeignet/zu klein. Kostenpflichtige Parkplatz, man findet im Umliegende jedoch immer Parkplätze. Man kann vieles mit den Kindern unternehmen (kinderbauernhof inkl. Spielplatz: soger kostenlose Eintritt, Spielgeräte am Strand sowie Spielplatz: Piratenspielplatz usw....) wir konnten jeden Tag was neues entdecken.

We only booked a one night stay over on our way to our holiday destination. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. There was a great play area for the children- it felt like a friendly community area. We would have been very happy to stay there several days and will definitely book again.

Die Kommunikation klappt bestens. Die digitale Schlüsselübergabe war der Hauptgrund warum wir gebucht haben, da wir nicht wussten wann wir spät ankommen , ist dies mit dem digital Code selbst in der Nacht problemlos möglich. Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft

Der Pool liegt im IBIS-Hotel nebenan, gehört aber nicht zu Holiday Suites – unklar warum. Klopapier gibt es nur auf Nachfrage, wenn man morgens eine Reinigungskraft erwischt. Positiv: Abendsonne und Blick zum Spielplatz, der in Ordnung ist. Lage jedoch weit weg von Stadt und Strand, ohne Restaurants in der Nähe. Preis-Leistung ok, aber nächstes Mal lieber zentraler.

Les suites familiales sont top. Parfait pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Dommage que les lits faits et les serviettes soient une option payante. Petit kit de nettoyage pratique. La piscine le sauna et hamam on a adoré. (Faites des cabines pour se changer car de sécher alors que les portes ne sont pas bouclées c’est malaisant) Sinon c’était vraiment bien

Ons verblijf was top! Echter een paar minpuntjes en een groot pluspunt: beetje verder van de zeedijk, De gordijn in de slaapkamer sloot niet alle licht buiten, wat vroege ochtends tot gevolg had. Ook miste ik een gewoon kapstokje bij de deur, want een natte jas moest nu op de stoel of in de kast op de kapstok. Verder een heel uitgeruste keuken! Alles aanwezig. Combi-oven, pureestamper, slazwierder, noem maar op. En heel heel proper. En no-Key entry. Geen gedoe met een sleutel meer of een kaartje. Gewoln code ingeven en binnengaan! Zalig!

Fantastic communication. This is our 2nd stay and will stay again. There is a pool in hotel you can use, a lovely park and games room. Close to theme park and beach. Trams are a plus also. Would recommend.

This was a clean and very family orientated complex. There are staff on hand if you need them but you could easily go your whole stay without seeing anyone. It is a bike ride or drive away from the coast (or an hour walk) and the charge for parking is a bit of a pain (although you do have a free half hour for loading/unloading) especially when parking on the road side is not always available. The playground and lounge are a really nice. The wellness area may persuade you to go and it is nice but we did not really spend much of our time there, there is just so much within a 40 minute drive in Belgium and France to see!

Die Kommunikation klappt bestens. Die digitale Schlüsselübergabe war der Hauptgrund warum wir gebucht haben, da wir nicht wussten wann wir spät ankommen , ist dies mit dem digital Code selbst in der Nacht problemlos möglich. Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft

Bij aankomst merkte we dat het babybedje niet bleef staan en toen we belden kwamen ze direct met een nieuw aan dus dat was wel super, echter was de accomodatie vies, het zetelbed was ronduit verschrikkelijk van kwaliteit en het beddengoed stonk

Great location for our visit to Bruges and Plopsaland. Accommodation was perfect for us. Plenty of room etc, we didn't cook anything but there was plenty of equipment there if you wanted to. It was in a quiet area when we visited in February and we went out to find dinner but didn't have any luck but noticed the Ibis hotel next door did do some food, pizza etc. Also the use of the pool and sauna etc at the Ibis was great.

Holiday Suites was great! In a brilliant location with a lot for the kids to do. Access was really easy, lovely restaurants just down the road and a awesome beach just a couple of minutes drive. Stayed with 2 of our kids and the apartment offers all you need for a great stay! definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment unit in pristine condition Everything you need including fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle etc. I was visiting with my 2 young kids as a single mom and they loved it. It's similar to a haven caravan type offer. Only things I'd improve was if beds were made for arrival and some bits were missing from the play area zone such as table tennis pads and balls so you couldn't use the equipment. However my kids loved the play area, swings and there was a permanent bouncy castle too. Swimming pool was an awesome addition just inside the Ibis hotel. We went at 8am and had it to ourselves for nearly an hour. I'd definitely stay here again for a prolonged period of time. It just requires to go prepared IE.same as Havens in the UK you need to take washing up equipment, soap, dishwasher tablets etc. obvs if this is a surprise on arrival it's annoying to go out and buy. But the listing does tell you everything you need to know. You also get supplied with a dishcloth and 1 dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid, which did us for our overnight stay. Overall, excellent accommodation especially with children. We will definitely return if in the area. Also loved going for a short walk to the local cemetery which has war graves and is nice and peaceful. Only other issue we had was I couldn't get through on the provided number to contact help. But I think that's because I don't know how to dial when abroad!
