Great hotel. Clean, new, modern with lots of really cool amenities. There's a very nice gym, pool and even a pool table! There is a board of activities in the elevator lobby showing all kinds of goings on at the hotel and in town. The staff was friendly and helpful and very willing to put up with a tired, somewhat dazed traveler. I would definitely stay here again!

In a convenient location next to 2 highways and has plenty of food options around, place was super cleans, beds were comfy, plus free breakfast, gym, and pool!

Single mom traveled with my 3 kids. The room was clean and spacious. The furniture is not bulky so more room to move around. Bathroom was nice with a stand up shower. We stayed on the 4th floor facing traffic. I thought it would be loud and keep me up, but it didn’t. Breakfast was ok. The kids enjoyed it. The only negative thing was the pool was closed due to maintenance, but we did get to go swim at the Hampton inn next door. I would definitely stay there again. All The staff members were very nice and welcoming.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We only had the privilege of staying one night but it was amazing. The pool, the pool table, the inviting area in front lobby with plenty of seating. All day coffee bar also! It was a very inviting atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was fantastic. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are nice. The floors in each room I stayed in left the bottoms of my feet and socks visibly dirty, so that was a little gross. The workout facility was very nice and food and drink items available for purchase in the lobby were a welcomed option with a great selection. The continental breakfast would be better if they focused more on quality than quantity.

Great place to stop on our way home. Clean, up dated . Pool table and games in the lobby were nice to have something to do with kids. Great workout room.

So apparently the room was clean, but when I went to sleep the pillowcase smelled of sweat. It looks like it hasn't been changed . And this morning a lot of noise from housekeeper.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and the front desk staff is very friendly.

There was some staining in shower corner grout. The room was as very comfy and clean otherwise. We loved the breakfast until 10 AM and noon checkout!

Room was noisy, could here other guests in the rooms and halls, bathroom not very clean, especially the shower drain area. breakfast was not the greatest, egg white omelet with peppers was not very appetizing, bacon was not very good either. I would prefer good old scrambled eggs..

We stopped here on a road trip from Michigan to North Carolina and for the price, the stay was wonderful! Super clean and easily accessible off the highway. Plus, they had a wide variety of breakfast options included in their free breakfast offering. Safe location.

Quick friendly service upon checking in. Very clean room. Traveled with dogs and there was a large grassy area for them to walk and do their business. Great place! I’ll definitely stay here again!

Clean room, very friendly staff

My biggest complaint was the cleanliness. Our hotel room mini fridge was unplugged and water was all over the floor. When I called the front desk about it, I was told to plug it back in. When I plugged it back in, it tripped to the breaker and all the lights in the hotel room went off. There were also food crumbs on the floor behind the refrigerator, and on the floor in between the bed and the floor lamp. The Wi-Fi was also very difficult to connect to. Prompting you to sign up for a Hilton gold membership.

My husband and I stayed here for one night while traveling from FL to PA. We absolutely loved this hotel. We travel a lot but for some reason we never stayed at a Tru. We give it an A+. It was clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I’m fairly picky about hotels and this one was really nice. We will definitely stay there again!

Rooms are very small and mattresses are quite lumpy for a newer hotel.

Very clean place. Also very noisy. Hard floors in the rooms made the entire hotel quite noisy--we heard footsteps, luggage drops, and door slams all night long. The aesthetic is quite harsh--garish colors, straight lines, hard surfaces. The 'closet' in the room is nothing more than a bent pipe sticking out of the wall & ceiling.

No doughnuts or pastry in morning on both days. No nightstand on my side of bed. Placed my phone on floor to charge. Only one low budget office chair in room. Room was clearly lacking. I expected better for the price.

Children should stay on 1st floor. Walls are very thin. I was using the bathroom & heard every word of a conversation in the next room beside me.

For $170 we had an average, small, mediocre room. And no microwave or coffee. It is hugely inconvenient to traipse down to the lobby to get or reheat coffee.

We could hear the room above us just walking back and forth, late into the night so that was unpleasant but the only complaint I have.

The property was well located off the highway and was very clean. Our room faced the highway and we heard the trucks all night! The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was thin, lumpy and felt like we were sleeping in a bad sofa bed.

Just really small, not a lot of space in the standard room compared to others. No extras amenities (no extra pillows) no closet or storage space. Also, it is LOUD!!! you can hear your neighbours talking next door, hear everything from the parking lot. Hear people moving things upstairs. Good breakfast variety. I wouldn’t stay in a TRU again personally.

The hotel is great. We’ve stayed there 3 times but the rooms facing the interstate can hear traffic noise all night but the rooms in the other side are fine.

Friendly helpful staff

Check-in and check-out process was slow. Hotel staff member was not at desk. We ended up having to go and look for him in a side room. Our room at check-in was also dirty/not cleaned by housekeeping. We arrived late at the hotel (after 7pm) so we were disappointed that we were not able to immediately get into a room. The hotel clerk apologized and provided us with a new room. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. Beds were comfortable. Pet fee is very high - 75.00. Overall we had a good 1 night stay.

Upon arrival was greeted kindly and respectfully. Bob the desk person was attentive and able to make some changes in our accommodations of two rooms and four people. Online registration and reservations with Expedia were without any hitches.

Doug at check in was excellent. Room is great.

System down and couldn’t check in at 4. After driving 9 hours I was tired and wanted to rest. Had to wait over 30 Minutes with very little explanation “ you can’t check in our system is down”. They could have at least offered a drink or placed me in a room and check in later since I had prepaid

We stayed here one night as a midway stop to our destination. The hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean. However.. what we didn’t know is that a busy highway is behind the hotel with no sound barriers. Unfortunately, we were on the back side and didn’t get much sleep. It was extremely noisy. If we knew this, we would have opted to stay elsewhere. After a nice 2 hours of sleep, we came down to breakfast. Which, due to the poor attitude of the older lady working the breakfast area, we ended up leaving without getting anything to eat. The pancake machine was on but had an error on it. My wife said, excuse me ma’am, as she was going to ask if it would be down the entire time, she was ignored. She said it again, ignored again. Finally she said excuse me ma’am for a third time and the lady looked at her and said “yeah??”. She said I wasn’t sure if you knew that the pancake maker isn’t working.. the worker said “that sucks. Hopefully someone fixes it” and walked away. That’s when we went to the room, got our things and checked out. The young girl working at the front desk at checkout asked if our stay was okay. We told her the issues, explained about her coworker- she asked who spoke to us like that. We told her. The look on her face, you could tell that the woman we were speaking about has had issues like this before. She apologized profusely and said she would make adjustments on our bill for the issues, but… that never happened…

Easy to find right off highway but also can hear traffic on highway. Hotel was very clean and rooms a decent size. Modern, newer decor. Easy check in and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

We had a room on the back side, which is within a couple hundred yards of the interstate highway. It was very loud in our fourth floor room. If you are sensitive to such noise, we suggest getting a room on the front side or staying elsewhere.

Clean property, but you can hear every vehicle drive down the freeway if your room is on the side that faces the freeway.

My room faced the highway and the noise from all the trucks made it very hard to sleep. Even though the staff and service were great I would not stay here again nor would I recommend staying here

Great location for a midway point to many destinations where you need an overnite stay. The town nearby had nice dining options and is quaint. Price is always pretty good as well. Will definitely consider this hotel on future trips.

I would highly recommend booking a room on the side of the hotel furthest away from the Interstate. We didn't and the road noise was excessive. Other than that it is a very nice hotel.

The hotel is mostly clean, bright and modern. They have decent amenities (exercise room, pool, laundry) and some extras (pool table and board games) as well as a water bottle filling station near a ice machine. The desk clerk when we arrived at night was amazing, friendly and efficient. The walls are poorly insulated so I could hear banging of doors all night long. The water pressure in the shower is poor. The stay includes breakfast and while the breakfast area looks nice and modern the food leaves something to be desired for. Some of the food that was placed out was frozen. When I asked for a knife to cut my bagel I was told to use the plastic ones (fyi those don't work on frozen bagels). The morning desk clerk didn't seem to care about the breakfast difficulties merely stating the breakfast employee didn't show up for work so what can he do. Overall it's a decent hotel but pricey for what you get.
